Resumen
In recent decades, a growing interest in the micro and meso economic foundations of competitiveness has emerged worldwide. Many authors have seek to explain this phenomenon using approaches that rely on endogenous and relational capabilities of firms. Relational capabilities are exercised in contact with other agents and allow knowledge that circulate among networks to be properly exploited. This paper analyzes this type of entrepreneurial skills and the links that exist between software companies in the city of Bahía Blanca. The method used to study this phenomenon is social network analysis or SNA.

Resumen
The objective of the paper is to equilibrate the sectorial imbalances of the production of goods and services, identified in the Cuban productive structure, following a methodology that includes mathematical modeling. Econometric and goal programming (GP) models are designed to assess the relative importance, to estimate and to solve the imbalances between the intermediate and final destination in economic sectors of the Cuban economy. This makes it possible to design public policies focused on improving economic complementarity and integration, a relevant aspect in the process of updating the Cuban economic and social model, endorsed in the government documents governing the economic reform undertaken since 2011. As a result, the methodology is applied in the province of Santiago de Cuba, where sectorial imbalances were estimated and productive capacities reserves of goods and services by 42.500 million pesos were identified to equilibrate the imbalances, which can contribute to investment decision-making within the framework of the country's economic and social development strategy until 2030.

Resumen
The purpose of this article is to identify research trends in branding and brand building focused on the elderly, considering the importance of knowledge of this consumer segment, based on the sociodemographic changes corresponding to the population structure in the world. For this purpose, a bibliometric analysis was carried out using the Scopus database and developed with the R Core Team 2020 -Bibliometrix software, followed by a qualitative systematic review of the PRISMA type. The results show that there is a recent interest in research on the study of branding and related topics of consumer analysis of the elderly segment, although it still has a low level of scientific production. The findings identify as the most relevant topics those associated with brand equity, brand image, market orientation, relationship marketing strategies, market segmentation, and senior consumer behavior. Regarding brand image, the most characteristic aspects of the studies are related to age psychographics, cognitive processes, self-confidence and boldness. From the previous review, it is recognized the relevance of making greater research efforts to respond to the need for knowledge about the behavior of the older adult consumer, since there are few studies that allow identifying the influences, processes and behavioral patterns of this market segment in the world.

Resumen
The present study has been conducted to examine the impact of seven of most important internal factors on stock prices for all listed banks in Dubai and Abu Dhabi stock markets. Pooled Least Square, Fixed Effects (FE), and Random Effects (RE) models have been used to carry out the analysis for data pertaining to 23 banks for a time period between 2014-2017. The aim of the study is to examine the most important internal factors affecting stock prices in the banking sector of United Arab Emirates, and whether internal factors determining stock prices in this sector are the same for Dubai and Abu Dhabi stock markets. The results give evidence of positive and significant impact of Earnings Per Share (EPS) and Dividend Per Share (DPS) on market price for shares, in all markets for the former and only in Abu Dhabi stock market for the later. By contrast, the study reveals a negative impact of Return on Equity (RoE), Dividend Yield (DY), and Price Earnings (P_E) on market price for shares. Even more important, the study gives evidence of differentiated impact of variables representing dividend policies, on market price for shares, between the two markets investigated in United Arab Emirates.

Resumen
The purpose of this study is to determine a system of indicators to assess the quality of corporate governance of Honduran banks. To achieve it, the importance attributed by bank supervisors and supervised bankers to the dimensions and indicators of Corporate Governance (CG) was deepened. Therefore, the differences between both groups were identified to create a CG quality index with indicators that exceed a global mean greater than 3.5 on the Likert scale of 1-5 and the relative weight of dimensions. The focus of this research is quantitative, with a correlational scope and a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. A survey was applied to officials of the banking system and bank supervisors, whose scale has reliability with a Cronbach's Alpha, 0.961 and the normality tests reflect acceptable scores (using the two-step model). The results indicate that the most important dimension is "relations with shareholders" with a relative weight of 20.73%, "effectiveness of the board of directors" (20.44%), "relations with stakeholders" (20.42%), "internal audit function ..." (20.32%) and “salaries and benefits (18.09%). Likewise, 14% of the 70 proposed indicators obtained mean global scores higher than 3.5, which can be eliminated or analyzed in greater depth with a panel of experts. Also, the Student's t test revealed significant differences in the criteria of supervised and supervisors in four of five CG dimensions, accepting the researcher's hypothesis, which may be related to the role of the respondents.

Resumen
In 2008, the company Airbnb started its activity becoming the most representative tourism accommodation company from the sharing economy. Nowadays, it has more than 6.500.000 registered listings around the world. Previous literature examines hedonic models where Airbnb’s prices are explained in function of accommodation characteristics. In this context, studies about the environmental degradation effects on Airbnb listing prices are practically nonexistent. Citiciens are concerned about the marine pollution problems in the tourist area of Mar Menor (Murcia). The advances in micro-territorial open databases (as the information from the Senitel 3 satellite provided by the European Spatial Agency) allow improving the hedonic models accuracy and determining the economic impact of marine water pollution on Airbnb prices located in this coastal area. This is the objective of our study. The results show a significant impact of high levels of marine water pollution in Mar Menor reducing Airbnb listing prices in this zone. Therefore, managers in the tourism sector have incentives to adopt measures to reduce marine pollution in order to reduce the environmental degradation in this lagoon.

Resumen
This research aims to determine the variables that influence the choice of attending live music events. For this purpose, the Cultural Consumption Survey (ECC), developed in Colombia by the National Administrative Department of Statistics (DANE), is used to find a descriptive profile of the attending individual and develop an econometric probit model that explains the influence that the different variables have on attendance probability. The results do not differ from other studies in that there is a high probability that young and single individuals attend this type of event. However, it is highlighted that all levels of education are positive and significant, people attend in all regions of the country, they engage in all activities, and there is participation from minority ethnic sectors.

Resumen
Innovation financing has been characterized as a fragmented field where multiple theories coexist, each focusing on one or a few aspects of financing at the same time. This article aims to identify the most influential financial variables and their effect on the intensification of innovation activities of Colombian SMEs, in a single comprehensive empirical model that predicts the intensity of innovation from more than forty subvariables associated with the financing of innovation. The prediction model (which achieved an out-of-sample determination coefficient of 0.5 or 0.6), according to the definition used, is based on a set of neural networks optimized using Bayesian techniques. The results of this work suggest, as a conclusion, that for SMEs to decide to intensify their innovation activities, variables capable of limiting innovation predominate, such as the adjustment costs and some obstacles to innovating, but especially variables focused on risk, such as the risk of bankruptcy of the company or of the innovation project and the risk aversion of the CEO.

Resumen
The objective of this study is to develop and test a framework for the role that supply chain strategy (SCS) and supply chain integration have in a firm’s financial performance and to increase the understanding of the role that these factors play in supply chain design. Structural equation modeling was used to test these relationships based on data obtained from small and medium exporting enterprises in Peru. This study responds to a gap in understanding the role of supply chains in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and how firms in Latin America, especially in Peru, apply supply chain concepts. Findings indicate that companies should prioritize their integration efforts depending on the type of supply chain strategy. Likewise, results show that customer integration is directly related to a firm’s financial performance. This study responds to the need to understand the development of supply chain strategies and the generation of competitive advantage in Peruvian export-manufacturing SMEs.

Resumen
Determining the daily accommodation price that customers pay per night is essential for hotel managers. The price changes for different reasons: demand, competition price, prices for groups, holidays or days with a major event in the city, and customer satisfaction. In this research, we evaluate the influential variables in the price per room that is charged to the clients of a hotel in Madrid. Six-month information provided by the Melia Hotels International Company has been used. The results describe that an increase in BAR, competitor´s price and individual-group rates increases the price while an event decreases it.
