Resumen
The main objective of this research is to establish the main features of vernacular housing in the Chota Valley. This study has been developed with a holistic perspective of qualitative methodology and the hermeneutic paradigm. It is a case study, so the capital methods were the observation scientific documentary and field work. The main question which governed the study was: what the heritage values of the vernacular dwelling in the Chota Valley from the cultural influence of African descent, and how these relate to everyday life and material culture and Spiritual of the region within the current aspirations of the Sumak Kawsay or good live? It´s an architecture with the environment and maintains the original principle of exchange between man and environment, trough housing.

Resumen
The present study seeks to analyze the main characteristics and relationship that exists between the transformational leadership considered positive towards its followers and the dynamics of looking out for the organization as a whole; Being premise that collaborates in the development of teams of high performance that seek to lead their objectives towards the same end, that is to say, business success. Therefore, it also seeks to develop the aspects that allow management of organizational change through the qualities of the leader within the teams that perform organizational management.

Resumen
Abstract
The idea that Asia and the studies of this continent should have a great preeminence for the South American and Northwestern academies has become a cliché. Several studies has confirmed the preponderance of Asian states for the understanding of current commercial, social, political, economic and academic relations. The present study is not going to worry about showing the expansion of the Asian influence within the South American academy, rather, it will be limited to review the way in which the South American universities are studying Southeast Asia through a quantitative study that perceived as main variables, the subjects that study Asia in the region, their contents and the universities that dictate them.

Resumen
La comunicación es una estrategia generadora de confianza en los emprendimientos, por lacapacidad de influencia en los individuos y la capacidad de generar y mantener la confianza, así comode perderla, cuando hay incongruencias entre lo se dice y hace, o cuando los mensajes se percibencomo promesas inalcanzables o con tintes manipuladores. La comunicación es un proceso propio delser humano en el que interactúan diferentes actores, la estructura social da paso a diversos tipos decomunicación. Los emprendimientos son organizaciones con capacidades de adaptación inmediata,para responder a las necesidades cambiantes de los diversos entornos, el objetivo de la investigaciónes “Analizar la comunicación como estrategia generadora de confianza en los emprendimientos.”Para abordar el tema se han desarrollado tres fases, metodología, desarrollo y aspectos conclusivos.En la primera se han seleccionado bases de datos, búsqueda por palabras clave, análisis de abstract yselección de tres artículos de relación con el tema. En la segunda que corresponde al desarrollo, seplanteó el emprendimiento desde la conceptualización de algunos autores relacionados a este campode conocimiento así como la descripción de este sector de la economía en el Ecuador y las accionesgubernamentales para gestionarlo, luego se abordó la comunicación desde la perspectiva sicológicacognitiva en la efectividad de la comunicación y la correlación existente entre ellas. Finalmente seanalizó la confianza como un elemento de integración social que determina el procedimiento de laspersonas en actividades, especialmente en el trabajo, que la autora citada propone estrategias decomunicación para generar confianza.

Resumen
Abstract: this article describes different technical aspects that should be considered to implement the Coral Tree Nursery asexual reproduction method and monitor its degree of success in working with the recovery of Acropora valida coral populations, present in coral reef areas of the Galapagos Islands. The theoretical context of the development of this method is analyzed, as well as its physical description, the areas of Galapagos in which it could be applied and the ways for monitoring. Finally, we propose some technical analysis for the information related to the survival, growth and transplantation of fragments of coral included in the proposed nurseries.

Resumen
The incursion of new technologies in the business environment presents to the organizations the possibility of creating new channels of communication that allow a bidirectional interaction with the client. The present study aimed to analyze new perspectives of marketing using technologies such as the internet of things, big data and high-speed internet, for which it is necessary to determine if the market has the basic elements for the implementation of new strategies of Marketing that employ emerging technologies. For this purpose, the Delphi method was used and research tools such as observation, interviews with experts, and surveys of a sample of the Guayaquil population were used to identify the habits of the clients in relation to e-commerce transactions. The analysis shows that future marketing prospects will enable companies of new communication channels to be employed with personalized content for each specific segment of customers, and in turn to obtain information from their customers in real time for the design Of personalized products and services.

Resumen
Analyze the potential of design with identity to generate a cultural product that is representative of Loja and that also promotes the development of community tourism in a site of high cultural interest and with specific characteristics favorable to the development of research. In the academic work, the design process seeks new design elements and products that are born from the iconographic research of the indigenous peoples that allow us to generate an element that identifies the archaeological site and that is transferred to the artisans of the sector. The experiences in the classrooms related to the process of creating patterns and design prototypes are analyzed in the development of the article, its preliminary validation of the market with the aim of generating its future production and manufacturing in different craft ranges that allow small businesses Produce correctly. We focused on the scope of the study on the site "Tambokocha", near the city of Loja, to determine some concretions regarding the influence of cultural revitalization related to the initial management of a community tourism sector in that place. We rescue the simultaneity of the conceptual theoretical work with the manufacturing of prototypes of the generated products, which have been presented in entrepreneurship events and exhibitions in the university and commercial instances, the apprentices of the activities are the conclusive ones regarding the viability and acceptance of production creative and its interference in activities related to culture.
