This article is based on the determination of the mechanical capacity of the Connecting rod of the Kia Rio, Corsa Evolution and Volkswagen Gol vehicles, based on a static analysis by compression and buckling under column conditions, determining whether or not there is over-dimensioning of the same. The study is developed in phases:- Chemical analysis performed by a spark spectrometer, material hardness tests and micrographic analysis based on ASTM standards, determining the specific material of each connecting rod.- Analytical calculation determining the pressure and explosion force in the engine.- Analysis of the connecting rods in column conditions, obtaining critical values to which the connecting rods will begin to buckle, these values are analyzed by means of EMF, being able to determine the safety factors for each case.- Modeling and FEM compression analysis of each connecting rod with load increase until the last effort, displacement and safety factor values are obtained.- Performing non-destructive tests by penetrating inks and magnetic particles based on ASTM standards determining whether or not there are possible cracks or porosities that influence the results.- Experimental compression test in the universal testing machine obtaining results that will be compared with those obtained by FEM.- Checking oversize in the connecting rods by comparing the forces obtained from the experimental test and using FEM considering the force in the expansion cycle.- Determination of a mathematical model using linear regressions from which we will obtain the effort as a function of the compression force that we enter.

Resumen
In the present project, the previous knowledge of the social manager of knowledge basedon the regulations of the Institutions of Higher Education is defined, the representation of the same inthe context of the locality as a relevant scenario that the teacher-manager needs to know, since thework is in situ, vital for the conjuncture of the work that it carries out in its approach to thecommunity. The methodology is participatory, with a bibliographic design. The theoretical nucleiare: guidelines for the design of projects of social responsibility, regulations of functions of themanagers of Social Knowledge Management, resource management, instructions for the managementof reporting matrices and monitoring matrices and monitoring of the implementation of the projectsin the practices of connection with the community. The perspective of the functions of the managerare intertwined with the substantive functions such as: Research, Social Knowledge Management andPostgraduate. The objective is to characterize the monitoring and monitoring functions of the socialresponsibility project manager as a linkage manager within the glocal functions, its perspective andprojection being to carry out a relevant and participatory social work with the community.

Resumen
The present investigation initially reveals a diagnosis carried out in the Special Tourist Zone of the Historic Center of Quito, in the tourist activities of cafeterias and soda fountains, two questionnaires were applied. In the first, the elements for compliance with the Technical Standard of the Special Tourism Zone were evaluated, and in the second, the management criteria, commercial image, production and food service were evaluated. The result evidenced the breach and limitations in the provision of the service, which reduces the level of customer satisfaction and affects the image of the Area. The difficulties of certain heritage infrastructures in complying with the Standard were verified.

Resumen
Through this article, an attempt will be made to analyze the development model of the microenterprises of the "El Salinerito" Group of the Salinas de Guaranda parish in the province of Bolivar in Ecuador. The research carried out presents some elements that explain the model of microenterprise development as: the collective and solidary work of the residents of the Salinas parish, the planning of the agro-industrial production based on values such as work, cooperation, saving, self-management, reinvestment of their utilities and social entrepreneurship and the proper application of distribution channels and marketing of their products. The process of social entrepreneurship of the Salinas parish and its micro-enterprises is oriented towards the principles of Good Living and the reinvestment of its profits in social projects with the aim of improving the standard of living of its inhabitants.

Resumen
In this scientific article, the comparison of noise that occurs in hours where there is a large amount of traffic such as lunch time (12-1: 30 pm) and departure time from work (5-6: 30 pm) in the tunnels San Eduardo and Cerro Santa Ana, located in the city of Guayaquil-Ecuador, this with the help of a application mobile (APP) previously downloaded in cell phones with IOS technology (Iphone 5 s) and Android (Sony Xperia Z2) respectively; so to be able to know the variation of values obtained, and the reason for the variation of measurements, to determine in which of the aforementioned tunnels there is a greater amount of noise and to know if it is within the accepted parameters in terms of noise pollution; Likewise the damage that would occur if exposed for a specific period to the noise that is generated or the time allowed that a human being could be exposed without being harmful to their health, prior to the pain threshold.

Resumen
This paper deals with an analysis of the relationship between two variables that are motivation and transformational leadership, framed in a military environment with naval approach where people are developed under different work situations as patrols, sailing, etc. That joined the military routine and in many cases the risk involved, creates a decrease in work performance, which is important for the leader to observe and generate positive actions for the performance of their subordinates in command. It has been made with a theoretical revision and using scientific methods of investigation like focus groups and interviews to the personnel of the Ecuadorian Navy that strengthened the concepts and reflections that are exposed reaching a correct relation between the studied variables.

Resumen
The present work takes as a target to analyze the Ecuadoran higher education system contemporary from a methodology based on methods of information, analysis and synthesis. The used methods are based on a historical critique of the schools of world thought and its influence in the Latin-American reality; from, documentary search of bibliographical sources and a case study of the Ecuadorian university. There concludes with the exposition of a model education - learning based the employment of current legal instruments and the diagnosis of the problems or critical nodes of the system of higher education in the Ecuador and conclusions that can reach port to the improving of the system of higher education in our country.

Resumen
In the present investigation the reduction of waste in the preparation times is analyzed of the die-cutting process in three production lines of leather footwear manufacturing industries The products with the highest demand are studied through a segmentation analysis of ABC products, once established the same, begins with the gathering of information on all the activities that make up the die-cutting process, doing a study of times and then an analysis about the activities in which there are preparation times, to determine the waste within the process. In the investigation, the SMED methodology was used, which seeks to reduce preparation times by transforming internal activities of the process into external activities. In the process of die-cutting by owning manual machines we proceed with the reduction of time in the activities of preparation of materials and the standardization of the processes. As a result, a 3% reduction in waste time was obtained in the casual footwear line, 6% in the line of sports shoes and 10% in the line of industrial safety in the daily production of each one of the procedures that comprise the die-cutting process.
