Resumen
The civil initiatives focused on the use of artistic and experiential techniques, aimed at building peace and the empowerment of civil society have achieved positive results in the population affected by the violence of armed actors on the stage of the peace process in Colombia. In this context, the research aims to analyze initiatives that promote peace, mapping and categorizing those that use art as the main instrument of symbolic reparation and has at the skyline the transformative and inclusive peace building, reconciliation and construction of collective memory of the victims of the armed conflict, in addition to the transformation of leadership through participatory and experiential processes. Through qualitative methodologies based on critical communication and discourse analysis, we have recognized, systematized and described territorial processes of peace building and empowerment that dialogue with the theoretical and practical framework of peace studies, pointing out that creative and artistic methodologies and techniques can be effective tools for the construction of collective memory, empowerment, social transformation and the visibility of Human Rights violations in Colombia.

Resumen
The education cooperatives emerged as a kind of alternative education centre facing the supremacy of the state and private centres. The cooperatives are considered the best education entities for receiving a quality service in the field of education. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the gender and the work life of the teachers in relation to the leadership of these professionals who occupy managerial positions. The research method used is a descriptive and correlational one, with a quantitative analysis of the data obtained taking a sample that includes the whole number of teachers who form the education cooperatives of the Autonomous City of Ceuta. In order to know the relation among variables, the Chi-square Test was applied and in the cases where a relation exists, Phi and Cramer’s V Test was applied. The results were significant regarding the gender and the years of service of the teachers with respect to the leadership phenomenon in the managers of these education centres. They show that the variable of gender as well as the years they worked are not determining so as to develop an effective role. Nevertheless, the first one affects the assessment of the carried out management.

Resumen
Abstract: The following investigation gives a bird's eye view of social Inclusion and Interculturality in the area of General Basic Education in Ecuador. This article reflects upon the reality that the Community Center for Intercultural and Bilingual Education ,located in the Yasuní National Park, undergoes by reviewing important documents that contain policies and regulations which reveal the fragmented know-how about social inclusion and interculturality. The center attends to Waorani schoolchildren.
What intends to be clarified is if the aplication of instruments intended to measure knowledge ,skills and competences, necessary for better school performance, need to be contextualized and take into consideration sociocultural diversity and the principle of interculturalit y proposed in the Ecuadorian Constitution of 2008. The results of the application of a battery of standarized
CUMANIN y AE-P tests were observed ,which although are highly reliable, do not take into consideration social cultural contexts. Such results do not convey the skills and competencies that Waorani children have thus, the need for tests to be previously adapted to social cultural
contexts in order to abide by the principles of social inclusion, interculturality and diversity.

Resumen
The Software Development methodologies have experimented a historic and evolutionary process that started in 1940 with the first Computers. At these times there were not standards or parameters. The software development was empiric or artisanal, facts which brought as a consequence a “Software Crisis” because the projects don’t cover the client’s expectations or were delivered postdates and very expensive. The answer was the boring of models and classics methodologies, these were given discipline and rigor; standards and controls to the process of software development. Maybe in an exaggerated way, at this point were named “The steel triangle.” The evolution didn´t stop, the arrival of Internet brought a lot of projects with changing requirements, and very short deadlines, for these the classical Methodologies did not adjust at all. Agile Methodologies emerged, Focused on interactions between clients and team work, earlier delivers and welcome the changes; they coexist with the classics schemes and attract active and growing communities. This paper represents an effort to review on a holistic way all of this evolutionary change, because many papers focus on divulge Agile Methodologies leaving out of its provenance.

Resumen
This paper provides evidence of the existence of an Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) in the long-run for Argentina from 1970 to 2012 which is the country with most production of meat in the region. There is a dynamic relationship between methane emissions, economic growth and agriculture activities. The autoregressive distributed lag methodology was used to test for cointegration in the long-run. Furthermore, we used the vector error correction model to test for causality and to verify the predictive value of independent variables. In fact, a quadratic relationship was found between methane emissions and economic growth. The effect of agriculture was the only unexpected, and that is because the reduction of methane emissions thanks to suitable policies related to the use of technology in agriculture activities.

The objective of this article is to present through a documentary analysis a description of the main organizational forms adopted by companies, based on the theoretical comparison of the contributions made by authors such as Chiavenato (2002), Rivas (2002), Padilla and Del Aguila (2003), Velarde, et al. (2003), as well as added value propose some constitutive elements of an alternative systemic organizational form resulting from the reflection of the presented structural configurations. Among the organizational forms described are: the Mintzberg’s organic model; horizontal organization, network type organization, cellular organization and virtual organization. Product of the assessment of organizational needs in contemporary times, it is concluded that organizations must abandon the rigid, bureaucratic and normative forms to adopt a more adaptive configuration, with strategic thinking, management of authority and decentralized power, based on consensus, cooperation and whose main characteristic must be flexibility.

Resumen
This article allows to obtain a heterogeneous distributed database with replication in aCentOS environment in less than 5 minutes, using a bash script, using only free software. Theidea is focused on having a slave that will be ORACLE and the master nodes will be in MySQLand PostgreSQL, in order to reduce costs when designing and implementing a distributeddatabase since the power of a manager is maximized of payment, which is Oracle, with the freeand good performance of MySQL and PostgreSQL. The result of this article will be an ODBCthat configures the two managers without spending a single cent and in record time, and thus beable to obtain a distributed database made up of different managers, who work as one.

Resumen
The objective of this research is to identify the methodologies applied by the
teachers of leveling in Education Faculty, Humanities and
Technology Sciences of the
National University of Chimborazo, as well as the appreciation according these
methodologies by the students. A questionnaire was elaborated with questions of the official
curriculum; this is an instrument validated by experts an
d this was applied to teachers and
also a sample to students. The finding shows that there is a correlation between the opinions
of the two stakeholder groups consulted; however, the student criteria is less frequently used
for these activities. As a conse
quence, a proposal of methodological specifications guided by
the institutional pedagogical model is structured; this strategy after validation will enter
piloting with a sample to teachers and students. The conclusion is that this methodology must
follow
the cycle of continuous improvement as a scientific theory, this guides the culture of
academic research; in addition, methodologies must be constantly innovated.
