The purpose and basic objective of this paper is to present a theoretical analysis of the most significant risks facing banks, models and methods to measure risk exposure and control methods, policies and risk management strategies. The methodology implemented in this research work corresponds to a mixed approach, in which parts of the quantitative and qualitative are taken to reach the conclusions. On the one hand, the method used to measure the risk of the banking sector was called the Capital Adequacy Coefficient (CAP). The situation of the Ecuadorian banking system is in optimum condition, risk management during the period analyzed has been imponderable. The policy on financial and banking issues has allowed banks to maintain the reserves necessary, thus cushioning the shocks caused by market fluctuations and certain natural events. There are no bank transactions without risk, so it is necessary to guarantee an adequate risk management process in a bank to avoid any negative consequences for a bank and its assets and liabilities. The combination of the multiple products and services that make up the offer of the food and beverage sector are intended to satisfy the needs and desires that the consumer has at the gastronomic level. Currently the market is not limited to physical products also include services, activities or benefits as complementary attributes. However, there are certain gaps that hinder its success, which is due to ignorance about the elements or criteria that must be considered in order to generate and offer a quality service. The objective of this study is to understand the context in which the marketing of services is developed and its relationship with the marketing mix of services for the food and beverages sector, which is structured on the theoretical basis of several aspects from the model of the servucción, its elements and those conceptual foundations of the marketing mix of services. At present, it is not new to talk about vehicles with autonomous driving systems. Today the automotive field in their different brands of vehicles developed different levels and forms of autonomous driving ranging from the need (with driver) to no need for control of the vehicle (the driver that limits the vehicle meets your needs). That is to say, driving from level 0 to driving through electronic devices such as a cell phone. The automotive company Volvo in 2011 presented the "SARTRE" Project (SAfe Road TRain for the Environment) which aims that without infrastructure changes in the roads and with minimal modifications in the current models of vehicles are endowed with advanced safety systems to achieve safe and efficient driving. In this article we will analyze whether the SARTRE Project is a way to autonomous driving or focused on the reduction of environmental pollution.

There are some criticisms of the access system to the ecuadorian university because many students fail to achieve access to the careers of their preference or vocation; for that reason, an investigation was made to the admission process and leveling course taken by the students who entered the Faculty of Philosophy, Letters and Education Sciences of the University of Cuenca. It is important to demostrate with real values these statements. To achieve this, students were analyzed who were admitted and entered the leveling course between September 2015 and February 2016, through surveys at the beginning and end of the course. Based on the results of the scores of the National Exam for Higher Education -ENES- with which the students entered the careers, it was compared with the careers of preference, and the experience after taking the leveling course in the faculty.

Alzheimer's Dementia is a neurodegenerative disease that produces cognitive and behavioral symptoms that affect the quality of life. The quality of life is the perception that an individual has about their own health. An investigation was carried out whose sample of the study consisted of 50 patients with Alzheimer's Dementia and 60 Subjects without cognitive impairment. The Quality of Life Scale in Alzheimer's Disease- QOL-AD was applied. The results show that patients with Alzheimer's Dementia have a lower overall self-perceived quality of life than subjects without cognitive impairment.

A The objective of the research is to diagnose vulnerabilities in wireless networks in Ecuador, in order to help and provide IT professionals with a resource for the improvement of security in wireless networks in public or private companies. This study will be carried out at the SEK International University with the collaboration of La Casa del Cable S.A and Bigexpert Cía. Ltda. Quito Ecuador. The descriptive and synthetic-analytical method, accompanied by techniques specifically interviews and surveys applied to IT professionals helped in the study process, the results of this investigation reflect that there is a high interest regarding security in wireless networks, as Many companies seek to provide different ways of accessing data through the use of new technologies, as long as this does not affect the integrity, confidentiality and availability of information. Los cementerios son lugares destinados a la sepultura de restos mortales; dependiendo de la ubicación geográfica y la cultura, los cuerpos se depositan en sarcófagos, féretros, o ataúdes, para luego ser enterrados en mausoleos, nichos, criptas, o bajo tierra; sin embargo en la actualidad no se ha logrado un manejo adecuado en lo referente a la organización y actualización de estos espacios fúnebres por parte de los GAD´S Municipales, tanto en las zonas urbanas y rurales, lo que impide darles un  mejor manteniendo; por ello se ha considerado emplear una metodología para realizar  un diagnóstico que  a su vez permita levantar el catastro del área de estudio. Para obtener la información se tomaron en consideración las siguientes fases: 1) revisión bibliográfica, 2) registro de información mediante una ficha de inventario; 3) elaboración de un inventario de cementerios, criptas y camposantos, 4) Estudio de la capacidad instalada y utilizada. Los resultados obtenidos después de proceso fueron los siguientes: diagnóstico de la situación actual de las criptas, cementerios y camposantos, creación de un inventario y un catastro de criptas, cementerios y camposantos. Todo esto se realizó mediante el método exploratorio ya que este permitió definir la situación actual de las criptas, cementerios y campo santos; además del método de observación directa y científica los cuales ayudaron a analizar el estado de conservación de los mismos.        Palabras clave: criptas, cementerios, camposantos, inventario, catastro, diagnóstico.

 La presente investigación se basa en un razonamiento inductivo, el cual evaluó la incidencia del gasto público frente al sector agropecuario ecuatoriano, basándose en la aplicación del Índice de Orientación Agrícola, con el fin de deducir cuán importante es el sector agropecuario para el Gobierno. El sector agropecuario es una parte importante dentro de la economía ecuatoriana, la cual ha sido la actividad que permitió el desarrollo del sistema económico y precursora para la creación de las pocas industrias nacionales que existen en la actualidad. El gasto público agropecuario del Ecuador entre 2005 y 2015 presenta una tendencia positiva en términos relativos, gracias a la obtención del Índice de Orientación Agrícola afirmamos que dicho incremento no es el adecuado comparando la aportación que realiza el sector agropecuario al producto interno bruto, presentando un comportamiento distinto, con un resultado tan bajo en comparación a la unidad. Con la obtención del índice se confirma que, para Ecuador, el sector agropecuario no es un eje prioritario, otorgando un gasto público sin un previo estudio ni análisis de las necesidades del sector agropecuario, provocando un retraso en su desarrollo y productividad.

La propuesta fue presentada en el XIII Congreso Internacional sobre el enfoque basado en competencias CIEBC 2017,desarrollado en la ciudad de Cartagena de Indias de la república de Colombia, en marzo del presente, mismo que ha sido actualizado.El proyecto colaborativo surge de la red de contactos en el cual se decide implementar un trabajo conjunto, involucrando a estudiantes de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas y Económicas de la Universidad Internacional del Ecuador extensión Loja e Ingeniería en Sistemas de la Universidad de Fidélitas de Costa Rica,aplicando las TIC’s aplicadas a temas de emprendimiento.   Los grupos son estudiantes de Administración de la Universidad Internacional del Ecuador, sede Loja que deben utilizar herramientas para diseño de páginas Web en el desarrollo de soluciones y sitios Web de la localidad de Loja.  Por su parte el grupo de estudiantes de la Universidad Fidélitas de Costa Rica deben desarrollar una aplicación móvil que complementa al sitio Web.  Se crean grupos con participantes tanto de Ecuador como de Costa Rica y en conjunto deben desarrollar ambas soluciones que se complementan, cada grupo país es una contraparte colaborativa en el proceso de desarrollo de los proyectos.   Palabras Claves: Emprendimiento, Colaboración, Interdisciplinariedad, Internacional, TIC’s

El presente artículo detalla el empleo de las TIC´s, como una alternativa para desarrollar las inteligencias múltiples en el sector universitario, con el objetivo de estudiar a través de encuestas, su empleo. Para la presente investigación se consideró aun grupo experimental conformado por estudiantes de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas y Económicas, de la Universidad Internacional del Ecuador, con la finalidad de analizar las diferentes herramientas de las TIC´s utilizadas en el desarrollo de las ocho inteligencias múltiples planteadas por Howard Gardner.
