Resumen
The present article problematizes the notion of recognition in the thought of Axel Honneth, confronting it against the theory of ideology of Louis Althusser. If the struggle for recognition is the consequence of moral wrongs, the vindication of the values denied to the aggrieved is the objective. However, recognition posed in this way implies recognizing and subjecting the subject within a hegemonic value order. Only then, we can question whether the rupture or the reproduction of the ideological order indicates the limit of the critical potential of Honneth’s recognition theory. This article tries to answer this question.

Resumen
The question of human significance and the whole knew a philosophical course so vast that it did not exempt even "atheist" thinkers, like the historical materialists or the parents of psychoanalysis. Although their objectives were different, the genealogy of their readings and their respective intellectual debts allow us to locate within the theological framework many aspects of their theoretical practice. For this reason, the following article will be the first of some works aimed at identifying the influence of religion and theology on authors linked to the eminently secular thought of the twentieth century. From this same perspective, we seek to locate the question for the One and for the All at the center of dialectical philosophy, for which we take as an excuse the book "Grace and desire. San Agustin, Pascal, Lacan" by Sara Vassallo.

Resumen
This paper presents the debate between Imre Lakatos and Paul Feyerabend (close friends and also, disciples of Karl Popper) about the foundations of scientific method. First, as a sort of introduction, it presents Popper’s deductivist position, known as falsification, which states the ability of scientific theories to submit to falsation through a critical approach to its own basic conceptions. Then, Lakatos’ epistemological stance, known as the Methodology of Research Programs, is explained as a sophisticated version of falsification that started in a naïve fashion with Popper. In the last two sections, the author analyzes Feyerabend’s position – which he himself baptized Methodological anarchism – whose main thesis is that any method is potentially valid in the set of discussions about the methodological and conceptual foundations of science.

Resumen
In this paper the author seeks to explain why modern life in Peru is chaotic. To this purpose, the author makes use of the concept of communicative action introduced by Habermas. The author finds that modernity in Peru has failed due to the scarcity of the sort of action that seeks understanding. Instead, modernity in Peru develops through actions that seek to impose themselves, and that constitutes a regression towards a primitive and non-modern action.

Resumen
Intellectual honesty in academic work is not only a value but also a human quality as such. The lack of honesty conveyed in plagiarism harms not only the individual as a professional but also the academic community, which expects seriousness and truthfulness in every paper submitted. When this value is transgressed the door is opened to the rise of anti-values such as arrogance, laziness and falsehood. Therefore, we must make the effort to demand serious academic work by means of the appropriate tools available today.

Resumen
In the present work I intend to expose the views of Thomas Aquinas and Francisco Suárez on what distinguishes the potential entity from the entity in act. I establish a comparison between the two authors and in order to indicate why and to what purpose this conception has changed between them. First, I examine the principle of individuation of entities in general and the initial difference that we find between both thinkers on the relationship between form and matter. Second, I evaluate what constitutes the foundation of our knowledge and the notion of similarity. And finally I lay out the changes in the understanding of the real and the individual in this scholastic transit in favor of the constitution of what is essentially an individual.

Resumen
The present work aims to show in a simple way the concept of hubris in ancient Greece through some of its most representative authors. It seeks to understand the importance of this notion nowadays and the warnings its consequences present to us. We will see that hubris makes an appearance in Homer, in the rage of Achilles; in the poets, in the nature of extreme pride; in Plato, in the excessive desire for pleasure; and in Aristotle, in the cruelty towards another for the sole pleasure of seeing him suffer. To this end, we will examine the evil that the Greeks discovered in human nature, and we will see that, although buried in oblivion by the modern man, hubris in the form of pride and excess can be present in human acts, even if we can no longer recognize it.

Introduction: Bioethics is the philosophy standardizing, regulating and punishing medical practice and performance approaching of medicine as both art and science supported by the growing technological revolution. Every health professional and technician in their professional activity is expected to perform the care practice based on the principles of goodness -not the maleficence-, justice and the autonomy of the person. Objective: To reflect about some dilemmas or ethical errors more frequent in hospital clinical practice. Synthesis: Some controversial situations in hospital centers include the patient's little participation in medical decisions during the disease process, difficulties in communicating with the patient due to distortion or misinterpretation of the approaches, inappropriate use of the patient interview and overvaluation of diagnostic methods compared to the clinical method. Conclusions: The code of ethics and the principles of medical ethics are universal and constitute the common language in the concert of all nations for health practices regardless of whether each country has its own rules, regulations and resolutions that regulate or model the professional conduct, but do not guarantee by themselves the ethical practice of Medicine but they make up an important referential framework. In the daily care practice, professionals show the competences learned during the previous training process and its application in the healthcare and working scenario.
