Resumen
This article analyzes one of the most traditional issues in the criminal jurisdiction, it is the applicability of the modifier circumstances of the criminal responsibility for the existence of any anomaly or mental disorder. Specifically, the key hypothesis is established on the possible exemption of criminal liability (Article 20.1 Criminal Law) in those subjects with an Attention Deficit Disorder and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), for which it will be revised and analyzed - both legislative and jurisprudential-, the psychopathologies that have been commonly accepted by criminal law doctrine. This study leads to a critical view about what it is known as "permanent psychopathologies” by the spanish legislator in the implicit literal redaction of the Criminal Code. This question is going to be discussed and answered from an interdisciplinary understanding of psychopathologies. Resumen
The right to personal privacy, as a derivation of the dignity of the person (Article 10.1 of the Spanish Constitution, hereinafter referred to as CE), implies the existence of an own and reserved space in front of the action and knowledge of the other, necessary, according to the guidelines of our culture, to maintain a minimum quality of human life so that what art. 18.1 CE guarantee is a right to secrecy, to be unknown, to others do not know what we are or what we do, prohibiting third parties, whether private individuals or public authorities, decide what are the boundaries of our private lives, each person can reserve a space sheltered from the curiosity of others, whatever is contained in that space from which it follows that the right to privacy gives the person the legal power to impose on third parties the duty to refrain from any interference in the intimate sphere and the prohibition of making use of the well-known.Keywords: Honor, intimacy, own image, freedom of speach.

The situation is now changing. Desires to satisfy needs and aspirations of individuals increasingly becomes a more difficult task. The new challenges require an innovative restructuring of the parameters in force till now. Citizens increasingly interconnected with their peers is positioned as an active subject of the organization, which inevitably brings her sacrifices for the common good. The limits to freedom of choice are evidence that struggle as higher values of solidarity and human dignity. A community of property as a tenant of a rustic lease, a community of mountains with a capacity to act, a family farm as an agricultural cooperative partner... Are these cases, legal exceptions to the rule that only entities with legal personality have capacity to act, anomalies or a legal trend? Does it matter still legal personality? In the divorce proceedings having unborn children is necessary the imposition of provisional measures to set an amount to meet the needs of the unborn child - such as sonograms, childbirth preparation classes, etc. - And that such measures vary throughout the growing child to suit the needs of the moment rather than the establishment of an amount that does not vary with the needs, requiring in this process the presence of an impartial mediator that allows the viability of this theory.Keywords: Unborn child, divorce, mediation, feasibility
