In this paper I shall review the different theories of intergenerational justice. For this aim, I will analyze by virtue of which principles arise the obligations between generations for the different theories. Besides looking for the justification of such intergenerational duties, the analysis will be aimed at showing what is the content of obligations that each theory demands. In other words, this work has the purpose of examining what justifies for each theory that there are obligations between generations and what is the measure of distribution in which those duties must be established. Finally, I will argue in favor of the theory of intergenerational justice that I consider normatively superior.

This paper discusses the impact that so-called common goods might have in distributive social regimes. While questioning some of the most accepted notions of property rights, it suggests the philosophy of natural rights and of the bundle of rights to conceptualize it as a particular constellation of collective rights involving different agents, who shape a sort of fiduciary relationship. Common property thus understood appears as a way of fostering a pre-distributive regime in which the property rights of wealth and productive assets are designed for, and applied in the structural circumstances of the distribution itself, and not merely in response to the outputs of a unfair and unequal system of distribution.

En un centro de secundaria de Málaga (España) se pone en práctica un proyecto Educativo Intercultural desarrollado desde la Competencia Conciencia y Expresión Cultural con la intención de frenar el rechazo hacia el alumnado inmigrante de ascendencia árabe tras los atentados islamistas en París. En dicho proyecto se van a desarrollar una serie de propuestas desde las que tratar de incentivar los valores interculturales deseables en una sociedad democrática, siendo este implementado desde la interdisciplinariedad y haciendo uso de metodologías activas. De las diferentes acciones llevadas a cabo, en este artículo se profundiza sobre la tarea grupal de conocer y poner en valor mediante las creaciones del alumnado una selección de poesía medieval arábigo-andaluza.The key Competence Cultural Awareness and Creativity as a tool to vindicate the Spanish-Arabian literary heritage in an intercultural educational context.In a high school in Malaga (Spain), an Intercultural Educational project based on the key Competence Cultural Awareness and Creativity is put into practice, aiming to avoid the rejection of immigrant students of Arabian origins after the Islamist terrorist attacks in Paris. The project develops a series of proposals in order to encourage the intercultural values that a democratic society needs, implementing it through interdisciplinarity and active methodologies. Among the diverse actions performed, this paper focuses on the group task of getting to know and vindicating, through the students’ artwork, an anthology of ArabianAndalusian medieval poetry.Compétence clé Sensibilité et Expression Culturelles pour valoriser l’héritage littéraire médiéval hispano-arabe dans un contexte éducatif interculturelDans un établissement scolaire de Malaga est mis en place un projet éducatif interculturel développé autour de la compétence « Conscience et expression culturelles » avec l’intention de freiner l´attitude de rejet envers les élèves immigrés d’origine arabe observé depuis les attentats terroristes de Paris (2015). Ce projet se concrétise par une série de propositions pour encourager les valeurs interculturelles souhaitables dans une société démocratique à travers une perspective interdisciplinaire et via une méthodologie active. Parmi les différentes activités mises en place, cet article se concentrera plus particulièrement sur un exercice de groupe visant à connaitre et mettre en valeur, à travers les productions des élèves, une sélection de poèmes médiévaux arabo-andalous. Il étudiera également ses répercussions sur l´acquisition de valeurs interculturelles

No cabe duda de que en el escenario de crisis socioambiental por el que atravesamos es más que urgente y necesaria la transformación de la humanidad hacia los parámetros de la sostenibilidad. Este cambio supone afrontar uno de los mayores retos en la actualidad y desde el prisma de la práctica artística realizar esta necesaria transición hace entender el arte como una de las herramientas más potentes para la transformación. La capacidad de interconexión entre el campo simbólico y el práctico de la creación artística vinculada a la conciencia ecológica, puede activar la empatía y reforzar los vínculos de respeto con la naturaleza para despertar la conciencia ecológica en los individuos. Consciente de la diversidad de artistas que, desde los años sesenta hasta la actualidad, han trabajado desde diferentes estrategias para activar lazos de reconciliación entre la humanidad y la naturaleza ante el desequilibrio ecológico, el presente ensayo se centrará particularmente en exponer mi propia estrategia creativa como un ejemplo más para despertar la conciencia ecológica desde la práctica artística.Esta investigación forma parte uno de los resultados de mi tesis doctoral y en ella se muestra el proceso de creación y recorrido de uno de mis últimos proyectos artísticos Radici in equilibrio. Obra con la cual, se han podido estudiar las fases de creación de una posible estrategia artística de concienciación ecológica. Se pretende mostrar, con tal caso práctico, la idea de que la creación contemporánea puede atender a los procesos ecológico-sociales, siendo capaz de introducirse en los nuevos escenarios de la transición hacia la sostenibilidad. La práctica artística se convierte en un activador de consciencias capaz de florecer en los territorios fértiles que emergen del estado de crisis socioambiental. Synergies in the art work “Roots in balance”. An artistic strategy for a transition towards environmental awareness.Through my artistical position, facing the ecological crisis, this article exposes and analyses one on my last project “Radici in equilibrio”. Art piece with which I’ve been able to go deep into the creation phases of an artistic strategy to create ecological consciousness. With this practical case, I demonstrate that contemporary creation can handle ecological-social processes, being able to introduce itself into new transitional scenarios through sustainability. The artistic practice gets to be, in this way consciousness producer able to grow in fertile territories that arise from the social and environmental crisis condition.

As escolas pouco têm alterado desde o século XIX, mas a reflexão sobre novas práticas ocorre constantemente. São urgentes ações que mobilizem modificações que se adaptem aos tempos.Neste artigo refletimos sobre duas áreas que nos parecem fundamentais para pensar a educação holística do individuo: a inclusão e o ensino artístico. Dando exemplos de duas práticas experimentais realizadas em Portugal no ensino secundário (com estudantes dos 15 aos 18 anos) e ensino universitário (estudantes adultos).Práticas colaborativas construídas com os alunos que nos fazem repensar a vida, os objetivos e finalidades da educação.Prácticas educativas inclusivas en la enseñanza artística a distancia.Las escuelas poco han cambiado desde el siglo XIX, pero la reflexión sobre nuevas prácticas ocurre constantemente. Son urgentes acciones que movilicen modificaciones que se adapten a los tiempos. En este artículo reflexionamos sobre dos áreas que nos parecen fundamentales para pensar la educación holística del individuo: la inclusión y la enseñanza artística. Dando ejemplos de dos prácticas experimentales llevadas a cabo en Portugal en la enseñanza secundaria (para estudiantes de 15 a 18 años) y la educación universitaria (estudiantes adultos). Prácticas colaborativas construidas con los alumnos que nos hacen repensar la vida, los objetivos y finalidades de la educación.Inclusive educational practices in distance learningSchools have changed little since the nineteenth century, but reflection on new practices is constantly occurring. Actions that mobilize modifications that adapt to the times are urgent. In this article we reflect on two areas that we consider fundamental to think about the holistic education of the individual: the inclusion and the artistic teaching. Giving examples of two experimental practices carried out in Portugal in secondary education (with students from 15 to 18 years old) and university education (adult students). Collaborative practices built with students that make us rethink the life, goals and purposes of education.

Estudio de iniciación a la Sociología emocional a partir del cual se pretende conocer  mejor los cambios y  consecuencias del comportamiento social desde el ámbito de las emociones. Centrándonos concretamente el concepto de empoderamiento emocional, se analizará como éste puede ocasionar cambios en las relaciones interpersonales cercanas, y cómo puede generarse una consecuencia de expansión  que logre cambios en la estructura cultural de comportamiento social.Emotional empowerment Change in the structure of individual recognition and interpersonal relationships.The following study is an introduction to qualitative research. It is aimed at gaining a deeper understanding of the effects of emotions—specifically the concept of emotional empowerment—on social behavior, while seeking to ingrate this concept into the field of emotional sociology. Control, responsibility or empowerment of one’s own emotions has become a global market, which is presented as modernity’s new toolkit for behavior. In other words, the isolation and individualism that we increasingly face due to unbridled capitalist globalization has resulted in us not being able to find a safer place to be other than ourselves. As if the time had come to cleanse the subjectivity, which has lain dormant after so many years of mass consumption, misinformed information and globalized individualism, in order to strengthen the bonds of social coexistence based on individuality. For this reason, the study below intends to describe how the acquisition of emotional empowerment affects the development of individual recognition and interpersonal relationships. Thus, it identifies a new structure of personal recognition that, on the basis of how we see we ourselves behave, serves to determine how we behave towards others or, to put it another way, to define new patterns of social behavior.

El artículo revisa la instalación y desarrollo de la noción de investigación basada en la práctica en el ámbito de las artes visuales del sistema universitario chileno. Alojada en los postgrados, la tradicional noción de investigación heredada del paradigma positivista,  ha comenzado a tener cambios en Chile –lentos pero sistemáticos-  desde los ’90. Primero en una discusión alojada en el pregrado, luego hacia el 2010 en el doctorado en artes.La investigación guiada por la práctica artística, conocida por su nombre en inglés Art Based Research o Practice as Research, valora tanto el producto final –la obra- como el proceso constructivo entendido como una cadena de pasos que entrañan conocimiento. Permite además que el artista asuma su labor creativa en la academia como una investigación, lo que permite su validación al interior del sistema universitario al que tradicionalmente se accede solo por las credenciales de artista. Art Practice as research: Its implementation and development in the chilean academic system.The present article examines the implementation and development of the notion of research that is based on visual arts practices within the chilean university system. Nested in graduate studies, the traditional notion of research was inherited from the positivist paradigm, and has undergone changes in Chile – slow but systematic changes– since the 90’s. Discussions leading to such changes began in the undergraduate domain and then became active amongdoctoral programs in the arts toward 2010.Arts-based Research or Art Practice as Research values both the final product (i.e., the work of art) and the constructive process understood as a sequence of steps embodying knowledge. It also enables artists to undertake their creative work as research endeavors in academia, which in turn validates then within the university system that traditionally could only be accessed with artist credentials.

La presente narrativa está relacionada de manera muy íntima a mí carrera artística en sus abordajes y reflexiones, se desarrolla en el ámbito de la investigación del cuerpo femenino, de sus movimientos y de su continua (re)significación delante de quien lo percibe, y, por lo tanto, de su propia (re)organización idiosincrásica. La investigación artística que ha fomentado esta escritura se desarrolló por medio de un movimiento que percibo como acto cartográfico, es decir, una narrativa polifónica que se evoluciona no solo para ser leída, sino para ser imaginada. Cartografié mi proceso creativo compuesto por diversas voces de mujeres de la ciudad de Jaén (España), además de otros discursos presentes en la intimidad de mi trayectoria femenina como herramientas para el desarrollo de una videoinstalación.  The cultivation of the female body: The investigation of a videoinstalative scene in the city of Jaén.The present narrative is closely related to my artistic career on its approaches and reflections. It is developed in the research field of the female body, its movements and its continuous (re) significance in front of the perceiver, and therefore, of its own idiosyncratic (re)organization. The artistic research that has fomented this writing was developed through a movement that I perceive as cartographic act, that is to say, a polyphonic narrative that evolves not only to be read, but to be imagined. I mapped out my creative process composed of various voices of women from the city of Jaén (Spain), as well as other speeches present in the intimacy of my female career as tools for the development of a video installation. 

En los años 70, el crítico de arte sevillano José María Moreno Galván participó en la Operación Verdad promovida por el presidente Salvador Allende en Chile, la cual buscaba mostrar de primera mano la realidad social y política que estaba viviendo el país andino, al tiempo de desmitificar las falsas especulaciones que se ocupó de alimentar la prensa tradicionalista europea. Fue entonces cuando Moreno Galván puso en marcha la creación de uno de los museos latinoamericanos más importantes de su historia: el Museo de la Solidaridad Salvador Allende situado en Santiago de Chile. Ethical and aesthetic commitment.In the 1970s, the sevillian art critic José María Moreno Galván participated in the Operación Verdad, promoted by the president Salvador Allende in Chile, which sought to show first hand the social and political reality that the Andean country was living, while demystifying the false speculations that the traditional European press was feeding. It was then that Moreno Galván started the creation of one of the most important Latin American museums of its history: the Salvador Allende Solidarity Museum located in Santiago de Chile.
