Resumen
In this article one presents an analysis of the condition of the university harmonization in the European Space of Top Education. For such this purpose and from a qualitative perspective, there were examined the declarations of the European secretaries in charge of the university sector, the guiding criteria of the process of Bologna and studied 55 European universities, from the analysis of the degrees of Psychology and of Biology to determine how there is formed the application of the process of Bologna in both cases and to verify, if in effect, the university harmonization has taken place in Europe, or if on the contrary, they have given themselves steps though the harmonization of the university systems still is a hanging task.

Resumen
This methodological paper discusses how photographs can be used in multi-layered data projects with children and families. We present photographs as a versatile low-fi digital artifact that can be used under a variety of research circumstances and critically discuss this particular visual tool in the context of the growing body of visual and multimodal research with children and families. The critical discussion draws on a series of research projects in which we have employed photographs (topics of the projects include family diversity or children's routines). The comparisons between projects highlights some of the procedural and analytical choices that are opened up when using photographs. In particular, we focus on two issues: (a) differences that emerge when materials are created by participants or are elicited by researchers, and; (b) the metaphors that are applied to interpret and work with photographs.

Resumen
This research attempted to explore to what level children’s right to participation was realized at a primary school which is highly qualified in terms of children’s rights in Turkey. The study was designed as a case study. The study group of the research was chosen via critical case sampling. The data were gathered through observations, interviews and document analysis. The data were analyzed by conducting content and descriptive analysis. In the research, children’s right to participation related 15 different contexts, of which three were laws, were determined at the primary school which is highly qualified in terms of children’s rights. It was revealed that the realization level of children’s right to participation changed in different classrooms based on teachers’ attitudes and beliefs. The results of the research demonstrated that there was a difference in children’s right to participation at the primary school which is highly qualified in terms of children’s rights ranging from the level at which children were not involved to the level at which children participated in decision-making processes.

Resumen
The aim of this study is to reveal contributions of the differentiated instruction implemented in the primary school 4th grade science course into science literacy levels of the students. The case study method among qualitative research methods were used in the study. The research was carried out in the second term of 2015-2016 academic year. The study group consisted of the 4th grade students (n=23, 9-10 aged) studying in the Kozabirlik Primary State School in Bilecik city center in Turkey. Interviews (teachers and students), observations and student diary forms were administrated as data collection tools in the study. The content analysis method was implemented in the analysis of the obtained data. It was concluded from the findings that the differentiated instruction improved involvements of the students with the science-technology-society and the environment and developed their scientific process skills and thus contributed to the science literacy levels of the students.

Resumen
Relationships between mortality and morbidity are long established within geo-spatial modelling and GIS-based analyses. While there has always been a strong associational relationship between the two measures, this has been less tested at an aggregate areal scale than one might expect. From a geographical perspective this has been in part because access to data at meaningful spatial scales, especially for mortality, can be difficult. This paper presents newly collected data from Ireland on mortality and maps cross-sectional associations with self-reported health and limiting long-term illness and disability conditions (LLTC) for the first time at an intermediate level geography. Data is also available for two different time-periods from administrative records and from five-yearly censuses. Mortality data was collected at a newly-created intermediate level geography (IA, n=410, average population=10,900) while the self-reported health/LLTC data was collected at a long-standing administrative scale (ED, n=3409, average population=1,350). Given there was a nested relationship between the two scales, redistricting techniques were used in GIS to enable direct comparisons. Mortality data was available for all deaths (SMR) and premature death (ASR), as well as for four different causes of death. Self-reported health was mapped in three ways; as a combined rate for poor health status; as a weighted health score and as a combined rate for LLTC. The associations were derived from correlation/regression modelling at the smaller IA scale. The results identified that the associations were statistically significant and of mixed magnitude, but had relatively low r-squared values. The associations were strongest for premature (under 75) mortality, while additional correlations for cause of death were lower again. From this, we concluded that the self-reported health/LLTC statistics, while of some potential explanatory value, were not especially useful as predictive variable. Suggestions for improvement would be to weight the self-reported health data by age and additionally to take into account deprivation as a second explanatory factor operating within cross-sectional work. Finally, modelling at different spatial scales might act as a useful guide for comparative analysis in Andalucía and other regions of Spain, where spatial scales may be similar in terms of size and scale.

Resumen
In the area of integration of the European Union the borders still persist, now without the difficulties and barriers of yesteryear, but maintaining numerous symbols and elements of the cultural heritage that continue to make a difference. They are “dividing lines” and, at the same time, strips of transitional territories with an important natural and cultural heritage that now become attractive resources for novel tourist demands. Therefore, border tourism is already being studied as a new product where the border and history resource is the main attraction and destination, although in a complementary way to other tourism resources and products.Apart from other territories and border destinations in Europe or the world, our research concern focuses on the Luso-Spanish border, the “Raya” or “Raia”, at its southern end, in the Lower Guadiana, in spaces that participate in the Algarve, Baixo Alentejo and Huelva. In this territory are combined tourist destinations (Algarve and West Coast of Huelva) with a very close interior and unknown to most tourists staying on that coastal edge, just a few tens of kilometers. However, in recent years, an incipient tourist space seems to open up inland (and waters) from the coast. The Guadiana estuary acts as a gateway to an interior rich in resources and historical-artistic and natural heritage and that could benefit from border tourism. Our main hypothesis is that the development of border tourism could be an opportunity for this transboundary territory. In this work we are dealing, therefore, with:- Analyze the geographical, natural and cultural heritage of this cross-border area, with a brief profile of its population and cooperation policies on accessibility and tourism infrastructures.- Diagnose this novel tourist product for this particular territory,- and make proposals capable of promoting this tourist activity.
