Resumen
In the framework of a socio-historical reality which was strongly hostile to Italian women in the early twentieth century, many rebellious female voices express their dissent in works of social denunciation in which the enemy is always the patriarchal-misogynist system that discharged its violence onto women. One of these voices cries out powerfully, that of Sibilla Aleramo, whose feminist struggle was narrated in her autobiographical romance, A Woman, giving rise to an existential path towards the achievement of a new identity. A new woman was born, capable of heeding her own law, even relinquishing her own son: a human sacrifice for freedom.

Resumen
Does the Fourth Industrial Revolution deserve the status it is given? Is the digital revolution promoting a new stage of economic prosperity? What does it mean for the organisation of work and employment? We make a selective review of the different most significant positions on technology. The theory of the long waves of accumulation, suggested by Ernest Mandel, is the theoretical framework which we try to answer these questions from. The inauguration, on a world scale, of a new expansionary long wave due to of this digital revolution is in question, in light of the evolution of accumulation, profitability or productivity, and considering the biophysical limits that industrial productivism is encountering.

Resumen
The clarification of regional competences is a legal operation that clearly exceeds the listing of principles or norms which dictate their repartition. It is of great importance to optimize their exercise since that decentralized management is consistently contingent upon a legal system that promotes the emergence of the local decision. The terms and means involved in this decision-making divulge the extent of freedom that the local authorities possess.
If we consider that the regional preeminence established in the Moroccan constitution represents a form of clarification with regard to the scale of competences conferred to the region, the legal framework that accounts for the constitutional provisions must cede control to the local collectivity over its own affairs. This priority is only valuable if the theory governing the exercise of competences assigned to the local authority is in conformity with the rule of law.

Civic education has become one of the most pressing political and social concerns of our time. A myriad of debates have emerged concerning whether and how citizenship can be educated, but also about the elements that should constitute the foundations of civic education in educational systems. These positions and controversies, however, are not novel overall; in fact, a clear continuity can be traced throughout the western tradition of political and educational thought. This paper aims to show the genealogy of the main debates on civic education providing the context required to improve the coherence of current and future analyses in the area.
