This article exposes the iter of the constitutional law and synthesizes the transformations that have taken place in the institutional system and different categories, as a way to emphasize the dynamics that to this tenor have been made in the conception and roles taken by the constitution. In this structure, it analyzes the Centennial of the Constitution of 1917 and investigates to what extend the current Mexican constitutionalism can be placed in the time line of Constitutional Law. As to make a reflection on whether there a social state exists in Mexico.

Este libro, es el resultado del taller de cuentos para jóvenes, mismo que está a cargo del Dr. Román Sánchez, taller que se erige como una de las principales acciones que se llevan a cabo – por parte del gobierno municipal de Puebla capital – dentro del programa de talleres tendiente a difundir el valor de la trasparencia, la redición de cuentas, la corresponsabilidad social, etcétera, en el tejido social poblano, y, de manera específica, al seno de los jóvenes.

La obra que a través de estas líneas reseñamos, fue escrita por la doctora María Delgadina Valenzuela Reyes, la cual se titula: Métodos y Técnicas de Investigación Proyecto y Tesis de Grado en Derecho, en su segunda edición; consta de cinco capítulos, un total de 191 páginas, editado y publicado por Editorial Porrúa e impreso en México, en el año 2016.

This article is a qualitative research of 12 women that in 2016, requested help from the mental health community center at Arroyo Naranjo, in Havana Cuba. The objective is to look into aspects that had been previously identified in a quantitative investigation, of those that had requested help the same year. Based on the diagnosis of posttraumatic stress, an approach to a social reality is sought through the discussion of gender issues. It will gather information that will contribute to its establishment. The cases being studied have suffered a violent episode as children; two thirds of them were of a sexual nature, to which the mothers did not give credit. All naturalized the manifestations of psychological and sexual violence; although feeling reified, they accepted the hegemonic masculinity and established dependency in their relationships. A proposed action plan was made based on the results.

The present academic work will illustrate the inequality and discrimination in which the federal courts have placed officers of the police departments described in section XIII of section B of article 123 of the Constitution, in relation to “workers compensation and other benefits” that police officers are entitled to under an unjustified dismissal. Faced with deficient norms and regulations that directly affect the labor relationship, an interpretation of accordance must take place to ponder the fundamental rights of equality and non-discrimination in respect to “workers compensation and other benefits” that correspond to the police officer (a public servant). It must consider overdue wages and other benefits established by the Federal Labor Law as a result of their unjustified dismissal, taking into account the intrinsic nature of their labor relationship.
