Resumen
The current paper tries to identify the activity and educational demands associated with the ROMA inside Spain across Twitter, in order determine which are the diverse opinions on this question. For it, we have used a hybrid based methodology on the one hand, in the quantitative analysis of the tweets gathered thanks to the use of the data mining and structure of networks across Twitter's API. For other one, a qualitative methodology due to the study of all the tweets extracted with the hashtag #DíaInternacionaldelPuebloGitano, thanks to that we have determined the demands and opinions as well as, the emotional cataloguing of the above mentioned texts. The analysis of the 726 tweets in official languages of the Kingdom of Spain, being this territorial - linguistic element a delimitator used to include the public opinion in a geographical concrete space. The analysis of the information has been realized using the software SPSS 21 with which we could have determined that the number of tweets issued by the users was of 726, whose spread increased due to the retweets and favorites up to a total of 2061 in April 8. The busiest time was of 12:00-17:59 with a total of 959.Finally, we could have determined as the activity in the social network, it has great similarities with the studies up to the date on the ROMA in relation with the education. Thus, the protests and complaints for the inequality and the intolerance, the existence and functioning of school centers where there exists a high number of ROMA student body. Conversely, also we find similarities, as the slow increase, of student body of ROMA with major studies, and that are seen so much in social networks like inside the community, as examples to continuing.

Resumen
In every teaching-learning process, the methodologies determine the ways of working in the educational processes so that the students acquire the corresponding learning. It is a reality that marks the educational act and there are different modalities and roles conducted by the teacher in the development of them. Taking the Valencian International University as a reference in the context of online training, the objective of this study has been to analyze the use of methodologies in an online training context that were applied by 106 teachers who taught in the area of education during the 2017-2018 academic year. The data were collected through a self-administered questionnaire that was conducted ad hoc for this study. The questionnaire focused on four items: the methodologies that are implemented in the educational institution, the frequency of use, the role of the teacher when implementing the methodologies and the type of knowledge favoured in the student. The results show that regarding online learning most of the methodologies are used in a generalized way, except Hand-On methodology. The most common role of the teacher is the facilitator or guide role. However, there is a need to deepen in a greater knowledge concerning the role of the methodologies, the role of the teacher applied therein and the type of learning performed by the student in the context of the Valencian International University.

Resumen
We analyze here the learning strategies used by university students of online mode, according to sex. First of all, an exhaustive review of publications that share the object of study has been carried out, most of them disseminated in the last decade that indicate the main findings of these researches. The objective of the study is to analise the strategies employed and reveal similarities and differences with regard to face-to-face mode.Methodologically, we chose to carry out a multi-method design, in which the qualitative analysis aims to contribute to the evaluation and interpretation of quantitative results. The information collection instruments have been the Questionnaire to Evaluate University Students' Learning Strategies (CEVEAPEU), documentary analysis of regulations, university reports, review of virtual classrooms, didactic guides and asynchronous seminar where we asked the students for an assessment about their learning strategies.Among the results obtained, it should be noted the proven similarities if the results are compared with face-to-face studies, where women show a more solid strategic profile compared to their peers. In this regard, they plan and get more out of study time, provide an intrinsic motivation for learning, have a marked preference for doing work and study with other colleagues, discuss doubts and ask for help from both peers and teachers. However, in the anxiety control strategy women obtained worse results.

Resumen
The use of educational resources in the classrooms has been highlighted by the research on Effective Teaching as one of the key factors that enhance the quality of teaching. The aims of this research is to describe the use that Secondary Education students give to technological resources inside and outside the school and determine the relationship between the use of technological resources within the school and the academic performance of students in Mathematics and Reading. To do so, it's been conducted a secondary exploitation of the PISA 2015 database, which include the data of 6,736 students from 201 compulsory secondary education schools in Spain. Multilevel analyzes are used as a method of data analysis. The results indicate that technological resources are present in the students' day-to-day activities both outside and inside the schools, and that the use of email, the connection to the Internet and the use of the computer generate improvements in the academic development of students in Mathematics and Reading. The commitment to quality education is linked to the use of technological resources, therefore, it is essential that the adjusted use of technological resources be strengthened in all schools.

Resumen
This article analyzes the foreign policy of the United States in Asia, where a fragile status quo with the presence of the United States was established, after falling a traditional vertical and hierarchical States system in the nineteenth century and going through the vagaries of conflicts and wars in the first half of the twentieth century. The main focus will be given to the administration of Barak Obama that introduced a major change on the issue, as well as the current administration of Donald Trump with the tendency to return to the isolationism of the United States. In the twentieth century the superpower had a diplomatic-strategic policy of committing itself to the «liberal international order» based on liberal representative democracy and the free market economy, and avoiding the emergence of a hegemonic country in Western Europe and Asia. This policy was based on the bipartisan consensus among the political decision-makers of Washington, D.C. that gave greater importance to WesternEurope. The Obama administration changed this diplomatic-strategic line, and gave priorityto Asia, while its optimism and idealism regarding China’s position, along with other diplomatic-economic considerations, allowed the giant of Asia to take a series of acts that caused the change to the territorial status quo. The new diplomatic-strategic line of Obama did not take root in the United States in the end, and with Trump’s coming to power, United States’ policy in Asia has become more confused and contradictory. Although it has become clear that Trump is not interested in maintaining and promoting the «liberal internationalorder», it is still not known exactly what direction or line the Trump administration will takein relation to the political-strategic agenda of relations with Asia. From Obama to Trump, the policy of the superpower in Asia has been going adrift.
