The purpose of this research study was to validate the causal relationships according to the proposed theoretical model, explaining that the improvement of organizational performance is developedthrough quality management practices, knowledge management and transformational leadership. To achieve this, a questionnaire was applied to a convenience sample of 222 administrators and teachers of a private university. The research design was consideredas multiple correlational with a transversal focus. The data was analyzed by means of a system of structural equations. The parameters obtained to assess the goodness of fit of the model were the following: x2with a value of 2463.580, x2/ gl of 1.582 less than or equal to 3.0, RMSEA of 0.051 less than or equal to .07, GFI of 0.736 greater than or equal to .70, and CFI of .903 greater than or equal to .90, these indices reveal a very good adaptation of the structure and validation of the proposed model, as well as that all causal relations in the model (p-value <0.05) are statistically significant. Thus it is affirmed that the development of the organizational performance is affected by the interactions of the practices of quality management, knowledge management and transformational leadership.

Due to the lack of research and tools that explore and evaluate digital competencies, both in educational and community contexts, a rubric of evaluation in digital competencies from a socio-formative approach was designed consisting of: 1) Literature review of existing documents to diagnose or evaluate digital competencies; 2) construction of the instrument through a rubric type structure with the socio-formative taxonomy; 3) review and improvement of the instrument by a panel of 3 experts; 4) the content was validated by a panel of 14 expert judges; 5) the application of the instrument to a pilot group, composed of 45 persons; 6) final improvement of the instrument based on the suggestions and evaluations of the expert judges. Results: from the results of the evaluation by expert judges, an analysis of the descriptive data was carried out, and, according to the Aiken’s V coefficient, items 4,5,6 and 7 obtained a score of (V>0.80), but it was different for items 1,2 and 3, which reflected a lower score (V<0.80). From this and the suggestions issued by the expertjudges, the instrument was modified in relevance and drafting; as for the reliability level according to the value of Cronbach ́s Alfa it situated at .845; suggesting that the instrument is reliable. As for qualitative evaluation, a frequency within acceptable levels was obtained with high relevance and redaction, suggesting improvements in the questions, but there was no suggestions about the elimination of items.

The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the autonomy of work and the job satisfaction of the administrative workers of a Peruvian university. The hypothetical deductive method was used, based on a non-experimental, cross-section quantitative design approach. A questionnaire was applied to 122 workers. The results allowed the researchers to determine the direct, moderate and significant correlation, with a Spearman correlation coefficient Rho = 0.651 ** and 0.626 ** and a (Bilateral) significance = 0.000 (p <.05). Therefore, it was concluded that when work autonomy is pr, the level of job satisfaction is high in workers of both sexes.

This article aims to present a model that reflects the need for educational innovation that higher education institutions (HEIs) should consider when restructuring their administration, renewing their educational curriculum including entrant/graduate profiles, and collaborating with the various interest groups within the industry and society. The methodology of this study is qualitative, supported by a documented and cross-sectional investigation. As a result, a model is shown that represents the various elements that make up the need and relevance of educational innovation in HEIs. Through this model, educational innovation is shown to be a current necessity and all HEIs must assume their capacities to give it importance and take action for change.

BPM is a methodology that is focused mainly on process management, rather than on its results; compared to others such as total quality management (TQM), Lean, Six sigma among others. The purpose of the research study was to develop a process model to improve the management of research projects competing for internal grants in a university context with the Business Process Management SaaS approach. The type of research applied was a quantitative and technological approach because it was proposed to formalize the process supported with an application in the cloud under the BPM SaaS approach. For the development of the research project, the tools of the Bizagi Studio suite were used to design the processes and for the comparison of the results, and an instrument was developed that was validated by experts and applied to representatives of teachers, administrators and students. The results showed that the process to manage the research projects effectively fulfill the established requirements, such that the statistical results corroborate that 60% and 100% of those that validated the process indicated that the modeling and design are in Excellent level and 90% of them said that the monitoring and execution of the process are at the same level. The study showed that the design, modeling, control and execution of the proposed process based on BPM SaaS managed to contribute to the management of research projects internal competitions

The city of Cusco, former capital city of the Inca Civilization, has housed for over three centuries the Universidad National San Antonio Abad of Cusco (UNSAAC). Study of the linguistic attitudes of college students towards Quechua becomes necessary to understand the potential landscape for the maintenance and recovery of the Quechua languagein Cusco, particularly at the UNSAAC which has agrowing Quechua-speaking population. This article explores thelinguistic attitudes of university students towards Quechua through ananonymous, non-probabilistic survey study. Herein, languaje attitude is understood as the affective response of the students of the UNSAAC towards the Quechua language. In 2016, more than 300 UNSAAC students were surveyed to observe their languajeattitudes towards Quechua. The hypothesis tested was the following: University students of the UNSAAC demonstrate positive languaje attitudes towards Quechua. Unlike Wolck's conclusion that the Quechua language tends to have a high positive value on a personal level butnot a high instrumental institutional value(Wolck, 2003); the results of this study reveal the existence of the personal and institutional value of Quechua held by students as their languaje attitudes are positive towards Quechua both outside and within the university

We present the evaluation of a training program with teachers of adult education. The Seminario en Gestión Pedagógica para Directores, Subdirectores y Docentes nombrados de los Centros de Educación Básica Alternativa Públicosis conducted in Spain from the University ofValencia. The program is designed based on a consensus process between the institutions and authorities involved, linking an adequate analysis of previous needs. Likewise, the seminar is designed combining three training approaches: lectures on specific topics, visits to places and different educational resources and training courses. Designinga training program on adult education for a specific group, from its implementation, should be analyzed and evaluated to highlight elements and aspects to improve, as well as analyzing the characteristics that have worked properly or have appearedas unexpectedlyin the developmentprocess. To do this, this study worked with the 99 teachers of EBA active, participants in the seminar, so they could perform an analysis from different approaches to approximate results and data. A mixed methodology wasdeveloped with statistical analysis on quantitative data and content analysis on qualitative results, based on a survey study, murals and photography exhibition. The results, in general, are adequate in both waysin all the cases studied. The evaluation of the product has been very enriching to be able to make decisions after its realization and to continue advancing in the improvement of this type of teacher training programs.
