In the socioeconomic context of her time, Ellen White called agriculture the ABC of the curriculum to emphasize its importance in the education of a church, in addition to activities such as cooking, baking, canning, and colportering, among others. All of these are co-curricular activities whichcontributto the harmonious development of the human faculties whichare not necessarily taken into account in modern thought. Based inan exploratory researchstudywe intend to compare the proposals of the co-curricular activities in Ellen White with that of contemporary authors. The results indicate that the co-curricular activities in Ellen White transcend contemporary proposals because they prepare the students physically, socially, spiritually and intellectually, while the contemporary proposal considers that the co-curricular activities are afundamental support for the students and serve to expand their levels of knowledge, research and curriculum.

Perfectionism may be understood as the tendency to set high and irrational standards, to stringently self evaluate and to asses self-worth based on achievementor failure. The cognitive model proposes the identification of cognitive profiles comprised of: schemas, beliefs, cognitive distortions, automatic thoughts and coping. The aim of this work was to describe maladaptive perfectionist’s cognitive profile. A non-systematic scientific literature review was made and empiric evidence was found. Maladaptive perfectionist's cognitive profile was described as the presence of schemas belonging to the disconnection/reject domain; beliefs about one’s need to be perfect and beliefs about contingent self-worth; biased interpretation of perfection, attentional bias and dichotomous thinking; perfectionistic automatic thoughts that associate with general negative cognitions, which tend to be maintained through rumination and self-criticism; and an emotion-focused coping style which is unhelpful to neutralize stressful situations. This article brings accessible and updated information which can be, useful to recognize the maladaptive perfectionist’s profile, and to identify goals for preventionor treatment interventions.

University studies not only mean a process or stage of professional training for young people, but also a moment in their lives that presents them with different challenges that require them to develop disciplinary, social and personal competences. Unfortunately, if the young person does not manage to overcome this test, the problems that this stage brings will overcome him, binding himself in situations that hewill simply be unable to face. Therefore, universities must find pedagogical tools that not only see the academic development of their students, but also the adoption of coping skills that allow them to improve as people. This article seeks to present an approach to mentoringas a possible accompaniment tool that can indirectly reduce the dropout rate by improving the learning experience of university students.

The objective of this article is to analyze the impact of the educational reform implemented by President Peña Nieto in the exercise of teaching at the basic level as a professional activity. Methodologically, Hortal's (2002) proposal on the ethics of the professions is used as an analysis element to argue how this reform of 2013 is a watershed part in the conception of the teaching profession as a state profession. The study of the working conditions of the teachers allows us to conclude that, paradoxically, the changes place teachers in a precarius position, by individualizing the activity, instead of strengthening the professionalization of the teachers of basic education.

This research study uses a descriptive type of qualitative approach, focused on describing the morphosyntactic transference of Aymarain Spanish among students of the fifth grade in the Primary School N° 70274 Challapampa –Copani -Yunguyo –Puno, 2017. The sample was made up of 12 students from the only fifth grade classroom, chosen by intentional nonprobabilistic sampling. Two instruments were applied to collect the data: The first one called "Linguistic Competency Performance Record in the Production of Written Texts in Spanish" and the second "Linguistic Competency Performance Report in the Production of Spanish Oral Texts", the data were analyzed with the Corder Contrastive Analysis technique. The result of the research show that the contact of languages which characterizes the C.P. Challapampa, gives rise to linguistic transference phenomena, especially at the morphosyntactic level where students make use of the morphosyntactic structure of Aymara S + O + V to write in Spanish, which is incorrect, since the structure of Spanish is S + V + O; frequent use of expressions such as hemosand taba; loan words from the Aymara language such as the expressions waka, awatiw; and finally the replacement of the vowel /e/ with /i/.
