Resumen
Due to linguistic colonization and language hybridization due to its permanentcontact with indigenous languages, Spanish is a language that has been changingover time, acquiring variations in each region of America. In the case of Peru, the imposition of a language in a territory that had many others has generatedthe emergence of Peruvian idioms, incorporating many words of native origin intothe general language. The figure of Ricardo Palma, is important, not only for hisliterary writing, but for his attitude of closed defense of the Andean Castilian andthe incorporation of our words to the dictionary of the Royal Spanish Academy in1892.

Resumen
The city of Lima, since its foundation (January 18, 1535) to the present, has un- dergone a gradual transformation both in its urban structure and in its population. This process, however, became faster and even violent as of the 80s of the last cen- tury with the emergence and action of the Tupac Amaru Revolutionary Movement and the Shining Path. The decade of the war of 1980 to 1990 made complete populations move from the countryside to the city, in such a way that Lima ended up being the biggest city of the country with people from the mountains. We want, on this occasion, to refer to the social composition of Lima that appears in Ricardo Palma’s Peruvian Traditions.

In the collective memory of the Peruvians of the present, the name of the Hospital Order of the Betlemites is practically forgotten. However, when reading the Peruvian Traditions of Ricardo Palma, the name of that religious institution that remained in Peru for almost three hundred years, resurfaces with new vigor to open the panorama of an interesting time in the history of medicine and the health of our ancestors. Along with this historical vision, comes also the literary part, which is born from the ingenious pen of Palma, when telling us about characters, customs and facts of a Lima that no longer exists. This communication will try to explain many of the aspects that need to be known in order to better understand the tradition: “The Barbones”, and with this, to revalue the role of a diligent historian and an ingenious writer who was the father of the Peruvian Traditions.

Resumen
The paper deals with the new critical assessments of the historical Tradition Los brujos de Shulcahuanga, through a new look at the exegesis, already carried out and, within a holistic approach, of intra, inter and extra textuality, consistent with the nature of the Palmyan Tradition. Locating us in one of its worlds: the historical, (chronic), more than the other: the literary, in which, the Tradition takes its being, and, having achieved its literary values, we try to find objectivity, “proportionality” of the history in the plot of the Tradition, the dimensions and characteristics of a narrated independence uprising, taking care of the inextricable unity of those two worlds, that is given through a language loaded with ironic humor, jocular, satirical and mocking, that conforms the tradition. The findings will allow a comprehensive assessment of the mentioned Tradition.

Resumen
Ricardo Palma in the tradition The divorce of the little countess, presents literarily the legal framework of the woman, in her condition of daughter under her father’s authority until her condition of wife under the husband’s authority, which she gets to outwit avoiding the co-habitational consummation of marriage with a strategy that let her leave the conjugal house, take refuge in a convent and interpose him a divorce lawsuit; a conflict that ends with her husband’s death. As a widow, she leaves the monastery, with the fortune of the inheritance.
