Resumen
The term «Intrahistory» has different connotations. According to the Royal Spanish Academy, it is a voice introduced by Miguel de Unamuno to refer to the traditional life, which serves as a «decoration» to the most visible history. He compared this writer to official History with the headlines, as opposed to intrahistory as anything that happened but did not publish the newspapers. It is precisely in this context that the author of the present work tries to demonstrate that the traditions of Palma, by their wide popular base, break into the intrahistory field, by showing us historical figures and facts that are little oblivious to the called Official history

Resumen
Military leaders in the history of Peru during the nineteenth century have left an indelible mark on the national conscience, but none with the peculiar characteristics of the great marshal Don Ramon Castilla y Marquesado, Who made strenuous efforts to establish in its various governments the political, legislative and economic order that the country needed, which turned him into a statesman of the highest order and led the peruvian nation to an unexpected boom. This communication seeks to find the connections that this caudillo has with another great Peruvian: Don Ricardo Palma Soriano, the Father of Traditions. It tries to explain, as well, why the traditionist founded in Castilla an ideal person to relate traditions.

Resumen
The work is oriented to demonstrate how the prodigious Iqueña geography influenced the production palmista. This can be seen in the profuse mention of place names and the idiosyncrasy of the Iqueños, in the different stages of evolution, since 1412 (date of the tradition: The Achirana of the Inca, the oldest if we stick to the historical epoch Tells us, until 1838, the date of the last tradition selected for analysis: An unlikely quotient.) This historical alignment enables a full understanding of Pälma's works in the eleven traditions dedicated to Ica.
In itself through the study we express a counterpoint of the factors: Temporal, spatial and aspectual that are observed in the mentioned traditions, that give a unique vision of the Ica real, showing in the textual plane the kindness of its geography and the nature of its people.

Resumen
In the following study, allometric equations have been generated to estimate the aerial forest biomass of two species: Polylepis incana and Polylepis sericea, from an Andean natural forest located in the village of Poccrac, in the heights of Ticapampa, Ancash. The allometric equations for both species have been designed from 15 data, relating the biomass (M) as a dependent variable with the diameter of breast height as an independent variable (DAP). The DAP measurement of the selected Polylepis trees are within the range of 5 cm to 20 cm. In the regression analysis performed with the statistical program SPSS V 22.0, a correlation coefficient of r2 = 0.929 is found for the Polylepis incana species and a r2 = 0.94 for the Polylepis sericea species, which indicates a high relation between the biomass variables and DAP, showing good goodness of fit for the parameters that constitute the allometric equation of both species. The results obtained constitute an important methodological contribution for the estimates of carbon capture in areas destined for conservation and a tool to assess the CO2 capture function in Andean forests

Resumen
Nowadays the export market is headed by commercial species such as: "grape", "mango", "pineapple", "avocado", "blueberry", among others; most of them, species introduced and adapted to our climates; which brings high production costs, leaving aside our native fruit trees, many of which grow as weeds, adapted to the environment, and have organoleptic and nutritional characteristics over commercial ones; being just waiting for its production on a large scale, so it is urgent to start with basic works such as the germinative characteristics and from there to encourage further research. For this reason, it was decided to determine the Germination Characteristics of Colicodendron scabridum (Kunth) Seem. as a promising resource for the Peruvian population's diet. For this purpose, collections of the species to be studied were carried out, to later identify it in the Herbarium Truxillensis (HUT) and finally to transfer them to the laboratory, where the germinative characteristics were determined. It is concluded that the germination characteristics of Germination Percentage, Germination Rate, Germination Uniformity, germination value and Emergency Percentage for Colicodendron scabridum (Kunth) Seem are: 94%, 6.87 days, 6.67 days, 93.33% and 116.17 respectively

Resumen
It was formulated a spicy coconut sauce with yellow chili and chili peppers, of excellent organoleptic quality and with a longer shelf life; Three spicy sauce formulations were evaluated, which were subjected to a verbal hedonic sensorial analysis (1-5), from which a formulation of greater acceptance was obtained, which was carried out a study of life, microbiological and physicochemical analyzes. The optimum formulation of hot sauce corresponded to Cocona 70%, yellow pepper 20% and pepper 10% charapita, which presented the following proximal composition per 100 grams, humidity 90,4%, proteins 1,0%, ashes 3,3%, fats 1.0%, Carbohydrates 4,3%, and calories 30,2%.The duration of the microbiological tests was five weeks, after which time the molds and yeasts exceeded the allowable limits (103) for consumption; being verified that the useful life is of 12 days, with reference to the Sanitary Norm (NTS N ° 071).
