Resumen
This article shows that the application of a management model based on ethical leadership in Petroperu allowed to reverse the situation of economic crisis and the bad reputation that faced as a result of bad management and serious media reports that starred the top executives of the most important company from the country. The new management, in the last four months of 2003 recovered in the short term the economic loss situation it received due to a series of measures applied, as a result of a rapid strategic planning process that involved all the collaborators working together. This economic recovery and the new organizational culture based on four values and four principles were decisive for 2004 to reach extraordinary values in its economic and operational indicators, as well as allowing them to recover and position a new image with a good reputation in the citizenship, consolidating as the first company in Peru.

Resumen
The objective of this paper is to explain the methodological design of competency assessment, based on evidence as a new way of assessing performance in a more objective and contextual way. This proposal is the product of the theoretical review and empirical experiences that combined with critical analysis allows establishing a more objective methodology resource to evaluate competences, different from the traditional cognitive assessment.Performance-based evaluation articulates planning, execution and evaluation, in order to achieve coherence between what was planned, what was evaluated and what was learned. In the planning it relates the levels of competition with the contents and indicators of achievement; then they articulate with instruments, the evidences of knowing, doing, being and of product. Finally, all the components are integrated, for their execution, allowing showing the didactic sequence of an authentic evaluation, based on observable and measurable evidences.

Resumen
The generation of hazardous solid waste (puncturing, not puncturing, special and common), by the minor health care centers such as dental clinics, veterinarians, doctors' offices and pharmacies and their inadequate management, causes a serious problem towards human health and the ambient. In the district of Nuevo Chimbote, which has 110 such establishments, the negative impact of this activity has led to the implementation of a specific and integral management model. The characterization of these residues allowed to generate indicators that support its implementation. The methodology used for the development of the management model was developed taking into account the legal requirements of the sector and empirical elements, based on the analysis of Benchmarking, which relates good practices and national and international experiences in the management of solid waste in order to take into account the needs and expectations of the interested parties. The proposed model of solid waste management proposed and implemented contributed to reduce the health risks of these establishments: the pharmacies and veterinary clinics were the establishments that initially presented a higher sanitary risk (51.67% and 47.50%) due to the inadequate management of the hazardous solid waste sharps in the stages of storage, treatment and final disposal, after the implementation the risk decreased to 15.83% and 23.89% respectively. In both the medical offices and dental clinics, which initially had a health risk of 38.75%, reaching a health risk of 7.5%.

Resumen
The work was carried out in the Valle Cieneguillo Sur; Sector ATEA (Association of Agricultural Extension Technicians) to 9 km of the north of Piura, in a plantation of lemon tree of 7 years with distancing of 7x7 m2, lasted 22 months (January 2016 - November 2017), under sandy soil (92% sand) and 0.13% organic matter. The design Blocks Completely Random was used. The experimental unit was a tree in production. The factors under study were: 110 (N) 50 P2O5 120 K2O 25 Ca (D1), 210 (N) 100 P2O5 150 K2O 80 Ca (D2), 280 (N) 120 P2O5 180 K2O 120 Ca (D3), 50% Rice husk + 50% Organic matter (C1) and 75% Rice husk + 25% organic matter (C2); the combination determined the treatments: T1 (D1C1), T2 (D1C2), T3 (D2C1), T4 (D2C2), T5 (D3C1), T6 (D3C2) and T0 (without applying). With the results obtained, it was concluded: There are no statistical differences between the treatments on the number of first, second and third fruits. The fruit weight first, second and third, behaved statistically similar, however in the factory score, the control (481.67 g) behaved statistically equal to T5 (340.00 g) and is superior to the rest of the treatments. The T4 reported the best performance for the first lemon, with 7296.03 kg / ha. The T2 showed the highest performance for the second qualification with 2564.41 kg / ha. The yield (kg / ha) of third fruits was better with the treatments T5 and T6.

Resumen
Ecotourism is based on the conservation of nature, ancestral cultures and education; organized in small local businesses, reducing negative impacts to the natural and sociocultural environment, generating economic benefits and jobs for local communities and tourists. Sustainability occurs, if the economic, social and environmental impacts meet the needs of the present, without limiting the possibility of satisfying them, with the same degree of fulfillment and enjoyment in the future. This is possible in the mangroves of "San Pedro" de Vice, with a zoning, trails and carrying capacity tourism.Areas were defined in the mangrove, such as tourist and recreational use, where a path of 1100 meters long and 1.5 meters wide was established, which is equivalent to 1650 m2.The carrying capacity tourism is 795 visitors per day, divided into 10 groups of 12 people separated at a distance of 100 meters; The tour will last 60 minutes, and 7 weekly visits (from Tuesday to Sunday) can be made.

The history of humanity is the history of different forms of work developed from technological innovations, that define the way of thinking and organize a society. In the current post-indusrial model, highly automated technologies converge with structural and cultural changes, that modifiy the Institutions roles accepted until the end of the 20th century and impact strongly on the traditional work model. Digitization and automation discusse the associated effects on the labour force and highlights what skills will be particularly sought after in the new industrial model, in a context thar polarizes societies in terms of the gap between rich works and poor works, highly qualified jobs and workers expelled from the labor market. In Latin America (México, Brazil, Chile), we follow the example of European labor reforms, bat new the new legislation responds more to a political purpose (deregulation of work relationships and prejudice against labor unions), tha to technical studies.
