This research was carried out in the estate "La Estrella" in the Las Ventosas, municipality Colina of the Falcón state, with the objective of evaluating the effect of different frequencies and doses of irrigation by drip irrigation in aloe vera, L. A striped design was used with 4 treatments and 4 contiguous repetitions: T1 without irrigation, T2 irrigation by dripping every 7 days at doses of 0.5 L / plant, T3 irrigation by dripping every 14 days at doses of 1.5 L / Plant, T4 drip irrigation every 21 days at doses of 3 L / plant. The variables length, width, thickness, weight of the penca and weight of the gel were evaluated, as well as the biomass and gel yield. The application of 0.5 liters per plant every 7 days with drip irrigation, allows to obtain greater length, width and thickness of the leaf and high yields in the cultivation of aloe.

There was an inference of the factors that limit the application of learning evaluation in the Curricular Unit Ecological Bases of Environmental Systems the Program of Undergraduate Training in Environmental Management of the Bolivarian University of Venezuela, during the academic period 2016-I. To this end, research was carried out an explanatory type, with a cross-sectional non-experimental design, on the basis of a sample of 10 teachers who taught the curricular unit in the state of Lara, to which a survey, by means of a questionnaire validated by the criterion of specialist. The outcome of the study revealed a number of limiting factors, not the least of which is that 70% of teachers have weaknesses associated with the planning of didactic units, with an incidence of 40% in the use of techniques and instruments of evaluation. In addition, the study revealed that there is a 60% of teachers who do not know the types of diagnostic evaluation, formative and summative assessments. Another factor of importance is the handling of scales and weights, where it was found that a 40% weighting applied contrary to the regulations.

n Venezuela, changes have been taking place in university education, specifically in the curricular designs of public institutes and colleges, with the aim of transforming them into Territorial Polytechnic Universities (UPT), with humanistic philosophical bases, where the curricular design is flexible and transformer of the individual, presumed within a real traditionalist and positivist context. Therefore, the present scientific article seeks to investigate the theoretical-epistemological constructs that can support curricular management in the context of the UPT, starting from the reality experienced in the National Program of Training in Instrumentation and Control of the UPT "Alonso Gamero ", research based on the perspective of Bobbit (1918) father of the Curricular Theory, and knowledgeable about the term curriculum, such as UNESCO (1958), Taba (1974), Grundy (1987), Stenhouse (1985), Sacristán (1988) ),among others; as well as the curricular management of Brovelli (2001), Castro (2005), Román and Diez (2000).

The legal bases related to the role of university teachers from an occupational health perspective are a fundamental tool, since it implies an understanding of the reality and functioning of the organization within the field of action linked to physical and mental balance. The objective of the article is to construct theoretical approaches on legislation, university teaching and occupational health. The methodology used has been of a documentary nature, based on bibliographic review and analysis. It is concluded that legal regulations constitute a strategy that leads to indispensable forms of behavior in the growth, consolidation and manifestation of solidarity, favoring academic performance, seen from the organizational culture, providing management practices essential for raising productivity Work, being a component of the process of socialization of knowledge as a fundamental condition of success in university educational institutions.

Some advances in the scope of a doctoral research are exposed to its objective: To elaborate a pedagogical strategy for the professional training of the university graduate in the National Training Program in Integral Community Nursing. The investigative logic taken from the materialist dialectical approach of Marx and Engels, that allows to assume the relations between the Venezuelan social transformation, changes, demands of the university education and the formation of the graduate, the considered methods: the historical-logical, analysis - synthesis, observation, interview. In conclusion, the aim is to provide a theoretical contribution in the future that will support the pedagogical strategy defined by Castellanos (2003) as the "intentionality of actions aimed at improving learning, designing actions that guide the selection of the most appropriate routes." This is proposed as an alternative solution to favor the process of training graduates in this program.
