Resumen
Psychological preparation is one of the pillars on which the overall preparation of the athlete is based; This must start from the individual or group psychological diagnosis and incorporate the work of the trainer. The attention, in the case of the Rhythmic Gymnastics, demands a high concentration, being one of the essential aspects to reach the maximum level in the different dimensions that constitute the performance (quality of execution, technical level and artistic level). The present investigation has as precedent studies of this author on psychological analysis in the gymnasts, supported by the scientific project "Psychological Attention to the School Sportsman" of the Center of Psychology Studies of the Physical Activity and Sports and has as objective to make a diagnosis on the concentration of attention in the Havana gymnasts and the treatment received by the coaches. To this end, research methods such as document analysis, surveys, interviews and observations were used to obtain information from different sources. The main results of the study revealed insufficiencies that in this sense appear in the gymnasts, caused by different internal and external distracters, and the need for training and overcoming of the trainers to contribute to the improvement of this psychological process.

Resumen
The constant changes of the requirements in the Code of Points of the last Olympic cycles, demand today more than ever of an adequate planning and control of the process of sports preparation of the gymnasts. The control of the intensity of the training of competitive exercises during the special preparation or microcycles of transformation, is an aspect that is hindered by the non-definition of indicators to be taken into account in the rhythmic gymnastics related to the characteristics of the load (external and internal) and the results to be achieved by the gymnasts. The present investigation is derived from an institutional scientific project that has been developing for four years. The objective of this study is to determine the regularities of the behavior of intensity indicators during the practical application of the methodology for the control in the gymnasts of the School of Sports Initiation (EIDE) in Pinar del Río. The application of several scientific methods were very useful: theoretical, empirical and mathematical-statistical, emphasizing the observation, measurement and calculation of average and percentage. The methodology was applied to the five gymnasts of the joint exercise. These take an average of three years in the youth category. The results were analyzed in methodological workshops by a group of trainers with experience in sports. From here an analysis was made for the restructuring of the planning of the set during the preparation, taking into account the individual results of the measured indicators.

The mise-en-scène of “eating in évora”: narrative, visuality and storytelling on food and wine consumptionAbstract: This text analyses the discursive strategies used in the social (re)construction of places and identities aiming the promotion and consumption, from a food and wine tourism perspective. Empirically, it draws on a qualitative analysis, carried out from an inductive perspective, in line with the assumptions of grounded-theory and inspired by visual and storytelling narratives over the book “Comer em Évora: the restaurants and its recipes”, authored by the Portuguese photographer J. H. Coelho (2014). The emphasis on history, tradition, authenticity and personalization, either by the family life or the figure of the chef and author cuisine, constitute the discursive strategies used to reinforce both the cultural stereotype on the traditional Alentejo cuisine and a different, creative, innovative and exotic cuisine. Keywords: Consumption; Food Writing; Tourism Studies, Visual Methods; Food and Wine Tourism.
