The Technologies and the internet have changed the model of action within the museum field. Interconnected museums, interactive museums, information and communication technologies, Tics, transforms contact with the public. Some museums and cultural centers of the Basin incorporate new strategies of virtual communication supported by web 2.0 platforms and with applications that allow greater interactivity and interconnection. The Museums and Cultural Centers bet on these platforms for the highest level of access to public and interaction with cultural centers anywhere in the world. Investigate the processes of dissemination of information discourses of these spaces, requires a direct relationship with the activity of each of them, become a follower of their social network accounts and maintain dialogues with managers, actors and cultural managers that give life to these spaces.

The Constitution of 2008 recognizes Ecuador as an intercultural and plurinational State, by making explicit the recognition of the rights of communities, peoples and nationalities. Then the full validity of the rights, underlies an intercultural interpretation that entails an argument different from the traditional interpretative canons. Thus, the Constitutional Court has used as a "method of interpretation" in some judicial decisions what I call the "intercultural interpretive argument". In this article I intend to reconstruct the necessary elements that the official interpreter of the Constitution uses to forge this new interpretive argument.

The objective of this article is to determine the importance of a healthy work environment in educational institutions for minimizing the psychosocial risks of teaching staff. In the same general conceptualizations are developed on the two variables and psychosocial risks are classified, for which conceptual proposals of the World Health Organization (2010), Pan American Health Organization (2015) and the International Organization of the Work. The bibliographic review of the official documents published by these three organizations and research related to the topic such as García (2016) and Moreno and Báez (2010), among others, was used as a methodology. Among the final considerations are the coincidence that exists between the three organizations when they state that in order to achieve healthy working environments, psychosocial risks should be avoided to the maximum through the promotion of healthy environments, thus improving the quality of life of the teachers. The correct adaptation of all areas that come together in the same work space is essential to achieve a favorable work environment that prevents risks and promotes health and well-being among teachers. It also highlights the importance, which is becoming stronger every day, of consolidating healthy work environments, where psychosocial risks are shown as factors of unquestionable study and sustained and effective search for practical solutions with emphasis on the achievement of physical well-being and mental of human talent.

In Higher Education, the tutorials acquire a singular importance, because the academic elements that are not complete in the teaching or in the experimentation and the practice, can be clarified and corrected in them. The objective of this work is to describe the current characteristics of the tutorial system developed in the UPSE and to offer recommendations for its improvement. For this purpose, a survey was applied to 204 UPSE professors, whose results indicate that the tutorials developed there respond to a greater extent to the individual and group modality, being scarce online. The tutorials of content of the subjects, mostly at the request of students are those that are most practiced in the university studied. The students recognize the value of the tutorials, at the same time that the teachers consider that they have had a positive impact on the performance and the academic results. Counseling tutors are little developed in the UPSE, even though they constitute a valuable source of human development. Some recommendations are offered.

Labor reforms are an imminent need in times of crisis, Ecuador is finally the victim of a global economic crisis and the most affected are the productive sectors, labor reforms basically seek to increase employment levels, job stability and be in Better conditions to compete with the rest of the economies, especially the neighboring ones. Several countries in the world, especially Latin America and Ecuador, carry out labor reforms aimed at lowering high rates of unemployment, boosting the competitiveness of the productive apparatus, making better use of the labor force and giving the economy greater dynamism; However, the results remain daunting. And is that when talking about labor flexibility, because there are markedly different conceptions around its meaning and this makes the sectors of the economy do not reach an agreement. It is also important to note that there are numerous economic measures, which may affect the labor market. This article groups different positions on labor flexibility and its impact on the economy, business and the living conditions of workers.

The effectiveness of associativity is measured in the economic and social welfare that it gives to its practitioners. The strategy of partnering in the cocoa sector must be measured and evaluated in order to find opportunities for improvement. With this perspective, the objective of this article is to determine if associativity significantly influences the economic development of cocoa producers in the province of Los Ríos of Ecuador. We analyze land tenure, price instability, cocoa bonanza, combined crop strategies and certification requirements as antecedents to the problematic of the associated cocoa producer. The research is quantitative, applied, non-experimental and transectional correlational. To achieve the objective, the research hypothesis is statistically contrasted. The results show a significant influence.

Currently, the development of tourism in Cuba demands the constant preparation of human resources, the improvement of their skills for their professional performance, especially the tourism guide, so this essay deals with the meaning of overcoming directed to the interpretation of heritage. This is formed through the undergraduate curriculum in the universities of the country, but it is necessary to guarantee postgraduate training from strategies that update knowledge and skills in this specialty of tourism. given the relief that heritage reaches in the offers offered by tourism in our country. For the achievement of such purposes, the MINTUR, since 2006, established the regulation for the policy of training and training of human resources through the Vocational Training System for Tourism as the person in charge of carrying out the training and overcoming activities. of the sector.

Currently, in Ecuador, Executive Decree 813, in its article 8, has been implemented, which mentions the supposedly legal figure of “mandatory resignations”. This legal figure is a totally arbitrary and unconstitutional form as an official way to illegally fire public servants. Therefore, the objective of the investigation focuses on analyzing the unconstitutionality of Executive Decree 813 and how it affects the labor rights of the public servant. The methodology used in the research has been qualitative - quantitative, with a descriptive approach. The universe and the sample were made up of 138 professionals in the free exercise of Law in the canton of Cuenca, to whom the survey technique was applied through the questionnaire as a data collection instrument. From the results of the field investigation, it was confirmed that most of the professionals surveyed agree that the provision of Executive Decree 813 in Article 8 is unconstitutional and contrary to the labor law provided by the Constitution, which generates legal uncertainty in public servants in the face of the requirement of a mandatory resignation, which affects their job stability but also their economic income.

The aim of this study is to analyse the terms related to adoption in Spain and to observe the process of rewriting that took place in the field of family law: from the years of the Franco dictatorship to the Adoption Act of 1987. Thanks to legal terminology analysis it is possible to highlight some social and ideological characteristics that changed throughout the years and to observe how family law is retranslated in accordance with the social context and the historical background.
