In this document, we approach the epistemic ruptures which started reconfiguring the concept of knowledge and scientific method of the Classical Modernity in the 20th century. We must consider that these ruptures transcend the theoretical and methodological aspect, because they refer to the concept of the cognitive subject itself, that is, we are discussing world views. The critical, historical and educational revision allows us to see how a disciplinary concept of knowledge, science and scientific method takes different dimensions, which is a paradigm of scientific investigation even to this day.Within this legacy of fragmentary and divided knowledge of the relation cognoscente subject - known object, we find the greatest minds of the 20th century. Einstein, Planck, Bohr, Heisenberg, Schrödinger, Born, Poncairé, Curie, Prigogine and Morin from science, and Freire from education, start a new path when they challenge the classic postulates of knowledge, understanding physical processes without the intervention of the observer. They propose to build, from a different perspective, new scientific knowledge and educational processes for which the inherited disciplinary concept cannot provide answers.And it is that paradox and crisis of modern knowledge where Edgar Morin starts thinking his complexity theories and outlining his hologramatic, dialogic and recursive principles from which he configures genuine and viable answers to the observed reality, which is not considered from the simplistic classic linearity but from randomness, uncertainty, nonlinearity and nondeterminism.

The coastal ecosystems of the Río de la Plata are in a situation of increasing vulnerability. The advance of urbanization over natural spaces and the lack of adequate management have led to the loss of native species, the invasion of exotic species, the modification of spatial succession and the reduction, fragmentation and / or disappearance of these ecosystems and therefore to the loss of the services that they can provide. In this paper, the state of the natural spaces on the Punta Lara shore was characterized and evaluated. A temporary evolution evaluation of the natural riverside spaces was droven, including a description of the plant communities, the characterization of its ecological quality and surveys of the local population to know their perception and interests about the riparian space. Based on our results, a Management Proposal is presents in order to recover and preserve the riparian ecosystem.

As a consequence of the increase in customs controls implemented in the main international markets since September 11, 2001, the World Customs Organization has adopted the Framework of Standards to secure and Facilitate Trade (SAFE), through which the figure of the Authorized Economic Operator is established.In this way, the standardization of security procedures is favored with the purpose of harmonizing the procedures of merchandise control and trade facilitation within the framework of the principles of mutual recognition.In this sense, procedures are articulated between the Customs and the private sector with the objective that this assumes commitments around ensuring the security of the merchandise to be export and obtain as a counterpart, benefits in the reduction of time and operating costs, in the logistic chain.

AbstractThis text contains new and old debates in the field of Didactics in University Education.Conceptual references that are part of the work of renowned Scholars on this field and the field of General Didactics are presented.The voices of various university teachers and their teaching practices are introduced, as well as the didactic strategies used in the field.

The objective of the work carried out was to design and validate the quality indicators that the former Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries (MAGyP) would use to measure the degree of implementation of quality systems in groups of producers / food processors. Up to the moment in which this project was addressed, MAGyP used several types of indicators to measure the degree of implementation, which lacked any type of technical validation. For this, it was proceeded to determine by means of surveys the situations ex - ante and ex - post to the tasks of implementation divided in three big headings: Investment, Training and Documentation and registries. The designed system is based on the random sample survey, whose size is equivalent to the square root of the total beneficiaries of the project under analysis. The validation of the proposed methodology consisted in comparing the results of the samples with those of the total of beneficiaries. This resulted in sample and population results that were compared directly and in graphic form, studying in particular seven geographically and productively diverse projects: "Implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for the application of the Denomination of Origin (DO) of the cheese of Tafí del Valle of the province of Tucumán "," Implementation of quality standards in 10 packing and / or refrigeration establishments of fresh fruits (apples and pears) located in the Alto Valle area, Río Negro province "," Diagnosis and implementation of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in producers and processors of fine fruits of the Province of Neuquén "," Diagnosis and implementation of quality management systems in the milk production of the Province of Tucumán", "Diagnosis and implementation of quality management systems in swine production cumana "," Diagnosis and implementation of good manufacturing practices in fine fruit processing establishments of the Patagonian Andean region of the 42nd parallel", and" Implementation of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) to 15 walnut-producing establishments located in the Province of Catamarca ". The comparison between population and sample results in the situations before and after each implementation, gave practically equivalent results, for which the proposed methodology is considered validated, which allowed its use in the more than 200 in force at the time of completion of the study.

The financial system of Ecuador is done in a traditional market and the population is not familiar with the handling of currencies and criptomoneda, however in the globalization, the criptomoneda is taking its place and Ecuador is no exception. The criptomoneda are in the market and transactions with them are gradually becoming familiar to some Ecuadorians who take the risk of investing taking into account that it is a decentralized currency and that there is no government entity that controls it and regulate; The most important virtual currency, known and used to carry out transactions, is bitcoin.In the course of time, virtual currencies arise due to global problems in the field of economy: In 2009 the first virtual currency "BITCOIN" was created by its creator Satochi Nakamoto and since then they have appeared without number of criptomoneda that have created -to a new criptomoneda market in which more and more people invest and use for their economic management; One of its main risks is volatility because its value is based on the speculation of supply and demand and can generate exuberant profits or tragic losses.In Ecuador, the Central Bank of Ecuador has been very specific informing the Ecuadorians that the criptomoneda within the country are not legal but that we have the freedom and responsibility to carry out the transactions they wish through the internet. The crypto-currency market is very recent compared to the traditional market, criptomoneda is a market of high risk of which there is no greater knowledge and when deciding to make an investment it can become easy prey for scammers and opportunists; without detracting from the fact that in the future, criptomoneda can play an important, revolutionary role in the market of financial systems throughout the world.Key words: Criptomoneda, coin, bitcoin, transactions, crypto currencies, control, internet.

El fenómeno migratorio ha llevado a la Argentina en el transcurso de casi dos siglos - desde fines del siglo XIX y después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial - a 15 millones de italianos. Por lo tanto, la identidad argentina está marcada y constituida por la inmigración. Este estudio se realiza con el objetivo de  sostener una mirada analítica sobre la literatura migratoria de la zona Pampa Gringa, rastreando las huellas de la cultura migrante italiana que aún hoy colorean el mestizo y variopinto panorama histórico-literario argentino. El autor en el cual se focaliza el presente artículo es Gastón Gori, nacido en Esperanza en 1915 y nieto de inmigrantes friulanos, conocido como primer escritor del fenómeno de la emigración en la Pampa Gringa. La relación entre Italia y Argentina también se traduce en vínculos literarios y académicos. La literatura, como espacio privilegiado de representación y de historia es uno de los canales gracias a los cual podemos darnos cuenta de las diversas problemáticas que están relacionadas al movimiento migratorio, es decir a los origenes y a la búsqueda de identidad de una colectividad.
