Resumen
This paper focuses on the study of the work of Argentinian avant–garde artist Edgardo Antonio Vigo, particularly on the way he combined art and bureaucracy through the use and manipulation of legal language. We will analyze some works that feature the linguistic forms, genres, and the material and visual nature of legal discourse used in an ironic and critical way, which put legal language outside its natural, original place. Vigo employs the signatures, threads and specific terms of said language as an eccentric use of the forms of a space that he belongs to because of his everyday work, but still in an inappropriate way given the fact that he is not an authorized person in terms of the limits imposed by such discourse. Those artworks that criticize the judicial system for being unequal and unfair will also be analyzed. These elements prove that his works have a political character in terms of their internal configuration which is linked to an environment it does not belong to, which it makes public and which allows it to exist outside its usual, regulated spaces.

Resumen
The new departure introduced by Marcel Schwob’s Vies Imaginaires in the genre of biography did not fail to attract Jorge Luis Borges whose influence in its turn was paramount with writers such as Juan Rodolfo Wilcock and Antonio Tabucchi. This article examines how these four writers produce their biofictions emphasising their poetics and the relationship they develop with their readers.

Resumen
The work of Rubén Darío is a milestone that once again finds all its strength in the discussion of hegemonic paradigms in the field of Comparative Studies, the Weltliteratur, Hispanism and Transatlantic Studies, not as a case to be analyzed but as a place of theoretical enunciation that, as it could not be otherwise, anticipates some developments of postcolonial theory and subaltern studies.
Darío (as Caupolican) not only supports a world on his back, but interrupts every illusion of homogeneity and arrogance in relation to any center. He tells us that the language and the poem are in an impossible place and finds in that impossibility a theoretical principle, an ontology of the present and of ourselves.

Resumen
This article analyzes the relation between autobiography, reader and communicability in a work of great complexity, Jorge Semprún’s Autobiografía de Federico Sánchez. The problem of communicability intensifies with contemporary texts that are explicitly ideological. How do we read these works, especially when the values and belief systems expressed in them do not coincide with our own? The reception of this work isfurther complicated through the double exile of the writing subject and reader alike.
