El presente artículo se plantea con el objetivo de describir algunos aspectos puedan evaluar de manera aproximativa las dificultades de acceso educativo a las Tecnologías de la información y comunicación en los estudiantes afroecuatorianos de séptimo de Educación General Básica de la Unidad Educativa “Brasilia”. El problema por el cual se propone el estudio se asienta en la exclusión digital que experimentan los estudiantes afroecuatorianos de instituciones educativas urbano marginales. Los resultados del estudio vienen a comprobar que existe un escaso acceso a las Tics en el contexto educativo y escolar de los estudiantes. Del mismo modo, aunque se han implementado políticas públicas de conexión digital, parecen no haberse evaluado correctamente. En las conclusiones, se describen aspectos relacionados a la poca disponibilidad de recursos tecnológicos en el contexto educativo, además, se pone en evidencia la carencia de acceso a internet y un ordenador en los hogares de los estudiantes evidenciándose la necesidad de complejizar la visión a los distintos contextos educativos.

La investigación demostró la posibilidad de los adultos mayores de integrarse en los procesos sociales que tienen lugar en su realidad más inmediata, mediante su participación en actividades lúdicas. Un elevado número de adultos mayores se distancian de estos procesos, siendo los mismos tan necesarios para un asertivo ejercicio social. Por ello se pretende exponer y resaltar las habilidades que puede desarrollar el adulto mayor a partir de la realización de actividades lúdicas como parte del proceso de integración. A partir de las características de la investigación realizada se utilizaron métodos tales como la encuesta, la entrevista, la observación y los talleres de socialización. Se demostró que se precisa educar a los adultos mayores con vistas a lograr su integración social mediante actividades lúdicas con el propósito de elevar su calidad de vida. Para ello es preciso modificar la mentalidad y estilos de interpretación de las nuevas realidades y estructuras a que se enfrenta el mundo contemporáneo. Resulta fundamental desarrollar cambios de enfoque desde el propio individuo, las organizaciones sociales y demás entes que intervienen, por ello se toman en consideración los resultados obtenidos con su participación en actividades lúdicas desde la perspectiva de la Educación Popular como parte integrante. La realización de estas actividades permite manifestar la aceptación de una nueva etapa en que las reglas del juego son las mismas, solo ha cambiado la forma de ejecutarlas. La aplicación de técnicas de la Educación Popular empleadas lograron satisfacción personal e integración en determinadas esferas de la vida social. ABSTRACT The research demonstrated the possibility of older adults to integrate into the social processes that take place in their most immediate reality, through their participation in recreational activities. A large number of older adults distance themselves from these processes, being the same as necessary for an assertive social exercise. Therefore, it is intended to expose and highlight the skills that can develop the older adult from the performance of recreational activities as part of the integration process. Based on the characteristics of the research carried out, methods such as the survey, the interview, the observation and the socialization workshops were used. It was demonstrated that it is necessary to educate the elderly with a view to achieving their social integration through recreational activities with the purpose of raising their quality of life. This requires modifying the mentality and styles of interpretation of the new realities and structures facing the contemporary world. It is fundamental to develop changes of focus from the individual, social organizations and other entities involved, so the results obtained with their participation in recreational activities from the perspective of Popular Education as an integral part are taken into account. The realization of these activities allows us to manifest the acceptance of a new stage in which the rules of the game are the same, only the way of executing them has changed. The application of Popular Education techniques employed achieved personal satisfaction and integration in certain spheres of social life.

With the aim of characterizing the upgrading process of the Initiating Sport School Volleyball teachers’ of Pinar del Rio, the present research describes the following procedures in the diagnosis and its results starting with the determination of  variables and indicators to be measure in each instrument. In the successive derivations process, that is the establishment of the parameters to identify and define the dimensions that allow getting closer to the research reality, there was collected and processed the necessary information, potentialities were valued and it was done an upgrading problems inventory on the taken sample. Besides, it applied, as a technique, methodology triangulation to contract the results of the applied instruments, determine the study object essential regularities, as well as the similarities and discrepancies. From this integration, it is determined as a main regularity that the volleyball teachers upgrading process limits their professional performance and impede it be a flexible and differing process, what is it manifested in the performing manners in the present context.

The introduction of women in the middle distance running, has been possible thanks to the constant search for changes in the relationship between women and high-performance in the sport, thereby establishing the bases of the process of female sports training; however, there are needs that the feminine physiology demands. Objective: to describe how sports training has been in female middle distance runners and to explain the need to include the menstrual cycle in female sports training. Development: there are morphological, physiological and psychological peculiarities in the female gender, for this reason in the runners; the menstrual cycle represents most of the symptoms that affect athletic performance. The fluctuation of a normal cycle is 28 days with variations between 20 and 38 days, with significant changes in relation to weight, heart rate, volume of oxygen and hemoglobin in blood in addition to mood changes and increased fatigue at certain times of the cycle. This confirms the need to investigate the effects of the menstrual cycle on sports training and on how athletes and coaches can use it for a double benefit.  Conclusions: Nowadays women in the middle-distance running, train in the same way as men, without taking into account the physiological characteristics of the gender. It is advisable to include the variations of the menstrual cycle in the planning of female physical activity.

This research discloses the perceptions of professional, academic and social performance; was carried out on a group of 27 directors of the training centers who evaluated 27 students through an institutional instrument made up of 20 indicators distributed according to the professional, academic and social component, which was subjected to statistical analysis and validation as minimum requirements for construct validation and reliability according to Cronbach's alpha. The practical development of the methodology allowed knowing the professional component, the homogeneity in the results of each of the indicators were evaluated in the practice scenarios where the Degree in Technology and Information Technology was present during this year 2016. It is interesting to highlight the general average of 4.8, which shows the probable potential of professionals in the technology and computer science degree to guide workshops, prepare handbooks, manuals, articles, participate and support projects related to the know-how of professionals, implement advertising campaigns, develop software, etc.

At present, the development of curricular reforms based on competences involves questioning the model and the content of these. The Reflective Practitioner approach is selected as the basis for building an alternative competence model that captures the complexity of the relationships between theory and professional action. The investigation is a multiple case study. In this, as in the first replication, a semi-open survey was applied, which consists of questions about carrying out the practice within the company, which the purpose to evaluate it. The information was obtained from 32 business tutors of professional practices in a Colombian civil engineering program. Through content analysis, it was categorized according to two conceptions (Technical or Reflective). As results, the predominance of the Technique is ratified and a propositions of synthesis that serve as content of each one of these conceptions are identified. Basic information to formulate competences that enable professional practices to train students from a Reflective approach.

Innovar exige cambios en los modos de enseñar cómo aprender a aprender para desarrollar competencias imprescindibles en el siglo XXI. La creatividad es una de esas competencias necesarias para encontrar nuevas soluciones a viejos problemas. En el ámbito de la formación inicial docente, estudiantes de Prácticum en el master en Educación Infantil y Primer Ciclo de Enseñanza Básica, conocieron una aplicación digital que permite crear avatares. Este estudio pretende comprender la creatividad de los estudantes en prácticas según el modo en que esta herramienta se utilizó en los dos niveles educativos y el impacto en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje. Se recurrió a un enfoque de naturaleza cualitativa y se utilizó el análisis de contenido como instrumento de recogida de datos de informes de prácticas de 22 estudiantes, correspondiendo a 38 prácticas relativas al 1º Ciclo de la Enseñanza Básica (1º CEB) y cinco a Educación Infantil (EPE), relativos al curso académico 2016/2017. Los resultados muestran la relevancia del recurso tecnológico en las prácticas educativas tanto sobre la motivación, la atención, la concentración y el desempeño de los niños/as, como sobre la reinvención de las prácticas de los docentes. Sin embargo, se verificó que el enfoque aún está centrado en la utilización de la herramienta tecnológica por parte del docente y con un menor impacto en la modificación del papel del niño/a como creador de recursos digitales.

The external professional practices constitute a key moment in the process of development and strengthening of the professional identity of the future professional of social education. The research carried out, focused on the subject of Professional Practices III of the Degree in Social Education of the UNED, aims to determine the influence that the introduction of qualitative techniques and instruments during the realization of the same exercises on the professional identity of students. Thus, by means of a mixed methodology, the results obtained in the research carried out during the 2016-17 academic year show that the use of autobiography, discussion groups and questionnaires to assess the practice during the stay in the institution of internships, facilitate reflection of the students themselves and awareness of their educational progress, aspects that directly affect the acquisition and strengthening of their professional identity from three dimensions: self-image, social mission and ethical commitment to the profession.

In recent years there has been a great deal of debate on what is the best method of evaluating, a traditional evaluation or an alternative evaluation, and which aspects have to be taken into account when doing so. Evaluation and education must evolve at the same pace as society evolves, the problem is that it evolves too quickly, more than we can conceive. Even so the role of teachers is to make your students able to participate and understand the society around him, so that they are able to adapt in better conditions to their reality. Thus achieving a better citizenship or at least, more prepared to understand the changes so vertiginous, that suffer the current societies, with the new technologies (ICT) or the globalization. For this, an evaluative resource is presented that allows the teachers to reach this objective, the CoRubrics, an application for the collective and cooperative work that allows to create headings online.

The aim of this review is to publicize a book that deals with professional teaching identity, a concept certainly of a polysemic and polyhedral nature. A scientific approach to professional identity in the framework of teaching involves great difficulty due to the complexity of defining this identity and the factors that currently influence the development of the teaching profession. We live in turbulent times in which education professionals have responsibilities related to emotional competences, excess bureaucracy, access to a world full of technology and new economic interests that direct educational policies. It is no longer worth knowing in depth the different pedagogies and scientific contents of the different disciplines, the teacher is required to have a multidimensional professionalism full of responsibility, which generates stress, anxiety and high levels of self-demand. This anxiety and stress can lead to professional illnesses suffered by teachers in the course of their working lives.
