Objective: To consult the state of management in the supply chains of the textile sector, to recognize the inconsistencies of the supply / demand processes, looking for ways to optimize. Methodology: The focus of the study was on the Colombian textile sector, highlighting the market; crucial processes of demand / supply management were studied, research evidenced inefficient practices and a projection control problem was recognized in front of the demand, generating planning errors, delivery to outdated times of the budgeted ones, inventories in stocks generating additional costs and damage to the goods. Results: The proposal of a development, free of licensing oriented to the planning of business resources (ERP), will allow an administrative control in the offer / demand, the use of time will be optimized, systematizing inventory and distribution processes, improving productivity of the industry and decreasing storage costs, the research evidenced these processes as critical points and are systematized effectively by the modular interface, the development will support supply / demand management. Conclusion: The strength of the implementation of the product is in a service oriented to companies that can access administrative control tools that improve the effective use of their inputs in the supply / demand management.

Objective: To take advantage of the fruit of the Tree of Bread (Artocarpus altilis), to obtain nutritional flour. Methodology: The fruit was selected by size and degrees of maturity (indicated by the Grade º Brix measurements), controlling in this way phenomena of enzymatic patching (empardeamiento) during the peeling stages and of the activities prior to drying, which was developed in an oven stainless steel at a temperature between 50ºC and 65ºC. Results: Grinding was carried out in an industrial hammer mill. In addition, physical-chemical characteristics were established in the fruit in each of the resulting degrees of maturity. As well as the bromatological partial, microbiological and sensorial analyzes. Conclusion: After comparing the nutritional properties of breadfruit flour with the flours of other vegetable species, this process is indicated as an innovative creative alternative on the use and exploitation of many vegetable species for the formulation and elaboration of suitable processed foods. to provide protein elements, accompanied by non-empty calories.

Objective: To evaluate the geomechanical and mineralogical properties of the Batolito de Pueblo Bello and Patillal rocks in the northeast of the municipality of El Copey, Cesar and their use for ornamentals, the most influential component of their properties being durability as quality indicators, being able to determine , if the batholith is viable for exploitation. Methodology: The samples acquired in the field were macroscopically and microscopically identified, identifying physical properties of interest, such as the mineral composition, the state of the rock against the weathering agents and others. Results and conclusions: The resistance of the rock matrix was established; the previous thing, served to estimate the tentative thicknesses of exploitation, being realized additionally calculations of resources by the method of blocks to be able to have an idea of ??the mining geological potential of the area of ??interest.

Objective: To demonstrate how the student, who is trained in a virtual way can understand and verify the exercises that he has solved on topics of mathematical logic in his independent study through a didactic tool of IT or ICT information technology, called Trust Table. Results and conclusions: Virtual training should be comprehensive where the student can have, through pedagogical strategies a better absorption of knowledge, where through repetition can master his/her self-learning, this way may have the experience in the use of resources Tic Trush Table as an analytical verification tool of the result of the argument given in the truth table exercises.

The journal Investigación e Innovación en Ingenierías was born in 2013 as a means to promote the culture of dissemination of academic works by professors of the three undergraduate programs in engineering and two postgraduate programs with which at that time Simón Bolívar University counted . This research activity began to take shape and become part of the permanent work of teachers. The challenge for that time was great, since there was no internal recognition by the university community and there was no publication culture; nevertheless, it was possible to move forward.

En el año 2001, el libro objeto de microrrelatos Cuentos breves para llenar el vacío, de Pedro Guillermo Jara, gana el “IX Concurso de cuentos Fernando Santiván”. Este hecho marca un precedente en el campo de la minificción del sur chileno y argentino, ya que consagra una modalidad de escritura (el microrrelato), a partir de una instancia de legitimación cultural canónica: el concurso de cuentos. De este modo, me interesa analizar las técnicas y estrategias que entrelaza Jara, con la intervención de otro soporte de libro (un ejemplar del diario El Mercurio, de Chile) en el que sitúa sus textos, para sortear las bases del certamen e instalar su propuesta de escritura y de lectura de microrrelatos. En ese sentido, resulta posible categorizar sobre los usos lúdicos de: la palabra con la imagen, de la palabra con lo icónico, y de la palabra con otros componentes gráfico – textuales

Este trabajo aborda En Nombre de Ninguna (Valdivia: El Kultrún, 2008) de Rosabetty Muñoz (Ancud, 1960). La poeta del sur chileno construye con palabras y texturas el álbum familiar de una historia que transita un ámbito íntimo y a la vez siniestro. El análisis se focaliza en la sección "[muñecas]", cuyos textos de carácter narrativo permiten ser leídos como microrrelatos. Esta operación lecturaria posibilita tanto una lectura autónoma de cada texto, como una integrada (Brescia y Romano 2006), la cual permite reconstruir – a través de la figura del "relator" (Pollastri 2008) que resulta el hilo conductor de la narración – el relato de la foto ausente del álbum familiar. La imagen que se repone en la palabra mediante el recurso de la écfrasis – estrategia ya abordada en relación al microrrelato (Noguerol 2008; Tomassini 2010) – busca reconfigurar la identidad de la NN –muñeca, niña, ángel – que habita en las sombras.  

El presente trabajo indaga la irrupción de la narración en el sector denominado “Panteón. Postales de turismo” del poemario El cementerio más hermoso de Chile (Christian Formoso, 2008) y en “Un pedazo de piel” de Cristian Aliaga, publicado en los poemarios Estancia La Adivinación (1998), Música desconocida para viajes (2002 y 2009) y en Los umbrales imposibles de la Patagonia al Caribe Anglófono: Muestra crítica de textos (Pollastri 2014). Los abordajes sobre estos textos, que pueden leerse como microrrelatos y como poemas, se realizan, principalmente, a partir de dos categorías teóricas ‘microrrelato en tanto estrategia de lectura’ y ‘relator’ (Pollastri).

Se analiza un conjunto de textos en los que se evidencia el cruce entre literatura y acontecer empírico, en relación con las consecuencias sociales de la intemperie en la zona cultural sur argentino chileno. Los autores abordados son residentes de esa zona: Jorge Torres Ulloa, Gerardo Burton, Tulio Galantini. Se trabaja una lectura desde la noción de microrrelato y fragmento, y su relación con el “relato de los hechos” y con la no ficción (Ana María Amar Sánchez).   Abstract:In this work, a set of texts is analyzed; in them the crossings between literature and empirical occurrences become evident, in relation to the social consequences of weather inclemency in the south of Argentina and Chile. The approached authors are residents of that area: Jorge Torres Ulloa, Gerardo Burton, Tulio Galantini. This paper develops a reading from the notion of microfiction and fragment, and its relation with the "story of the facts" and with the nonfiction (Ana María Amar Sánchez).
