Resumen
El trabajo se centra en el abordaje de las historias populares de Anancy (Costa Rica) y de Kuanip (Argentina) desde los protocolos de lectura de la minificción: Anancy, el Hermano Araña, es un personaje popular recurrente en los relatos costarricences, que Joice Anglin Edwards recogió en forma de microrrelatos bilingües, ilustrados por Eugenio Murillo Fuentes, en Anancy en Limón. Cuentos afro-costarricenses (2002); Kuanip pertenece a la tradición Selk’nam —pueblo aborigen fueguino—, recogida en forma de historietas brevísimas en las Leyendas de la Tierra del Fuego (2015), de Germán Pasti, Omar Hirsig y Federico Rodríguez (Patagonia Argentina). Considero las potencialidades de la minificción —tanto en la historieta como en el microrrelato— como vehículo que recupera esta literatura colectiva, popular y de tradición oral. Por último, realizo algunos aportes en relación con los soportes visuales de la ilustración y de la historieta.

Resumen
Following the six proposals for the new millennium posed by Italo Calvino in 1984, during the First International Minifiction Conference (held in 1998) other six new proposals were presented in order to study minifiction. The latter have been explored among the academic community during the past 20 years. Also, between 2000 and 2014, six other general proposals were presented in areas of research such as literary theory, textual analysis, genologic semiotics, terminology, Hispanic-American writing, and the nature of fantastic minifiction. In this paper, six new proposals are presented, as well as ten textual principles of minifiction which in their turn condense all of these explorations.

Resumen
Starting from the main limitations of the e-government maturity levels adopted in most initiatives, mainly in developing countries, this paper aims to evaluate modern sources of electronic government evolution. The goal is extracting valid recommendations to be applied in the deployment of a digital government at local level in Cuba. Particular emphasis is made on processing services and the one-stop shop due to its importance in the current stage of the implementation of this initiative in Cuba. The two key aspects provided by the most recent maturity models discussed in this article focus on the sustainability of services and the use of data for improving the quality of life of citizen and achieving a more effective management of the public administration. Finally, the article discusses a group of perspectives that should be considered in a rethinking of e-Government, based on the analysis of good practices and the reference models evaluated.

Resumen
Learning is the path to success for organizations, for which they need to manage their intangible assets, among which knowledge stands out. The development of knowledge management with a process approach, aimed at meeting the strategic objectives of the organization, is a way of proceeding with great validity and relevance. To determine the knowledge that is lacking, the sources and the knowledge flows capable of contributing value to the processes and the organization, constitutes a tool of continuous improvement. The objective of this research is to propose a portfolio of high-level information analysis products and services for the scientific observatory of a university, to strengthen its link with companies and disseminate the scientific results of its researchers. For what is analyzed the state of the art of knowledge management and knowledge audit based on: definitions, tools and methodologies; and the knowledge is audited to determine the information products and services to be developed.

Information is considered today as one of the main resources that the company has. General times this information is scattered in different data sources that make up the business applications of the company. Given the challenge still present in most organizations to achieve effective data integration, it is imperative that companies opt for increasingly advanced mechanisms which allow them to use resources and sources of information in a favorable manner for the achievement of your objectives. In this article the authors will discuss the usefulness of the Linked Enterprise Data to achieve an effective integration of the data in the company, as well as a general framework for its application. A study of some technological tools for the implementation of the general framework of data integration based on Linked Enterprise Data will also be presented.

Resumen
The use of the competencies approachwithin public service organization is a requirement of a strategic management of human capital and the possibility to improve the efficiency of the work. Through a case of study, the goal of this article is to show how to establishthe organizational, processes and working position competencies within a police station. The obtained results indicate the relevance of the competenciesapproach in the organizational model of the police organizations and the current state competencies system in the reference station.
