Resumen
SOFTEL´s enterprise has a preponderant role in the social program related with the Computerization of the Cuban society, especially Health sector. In this enterprise, an Integrated Management System was designed that allows the enterprise to unify the internal processes, with the Cuban Law of Business Improvement, with the internal control components, taking into account the integration with ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 standards and existing legislation for software development and the general operation of the enterprise. Strategically, to reach a higher level of organization, the introduction of the tools Redmine, Alfresco and Diriger was established. When reaching a higher level of organization, the need arose to go up a new step in the performance of the organization to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes, for which the preparation of tools was made to measure the effectiveness of the processes and the Integrated Management System.

Resumen
The present article consists in the prospective study. Aimed at developing the commercial management of the Fire Protection Agency (APCI), through ananalysis of the main parameters that intervene in the process of provision of services; with the aim of achieving a consolidation of the entity with its actual customers and the potentials. For this, the scenario method was applied, whose sources of criteria consisted of a series of participatory techniques and reflection among the members of the Board of Directors of the company in which this analysis was applied.

Resumen
Nowadays people face a wide range of problems: conflict resolution, illegal migration, terrorism, drug trafficking, environmental protection. Today Belarus is increasingly perceived as a "pole of stability" and being the geographical center of Europe, it is the place to resolve urgent issues. Minsk, the capital of Belarus has become a recognized venue for negotiations to promote peaceful settlement in Ukraine. Besides in 2017 Belarus has hosted a number of major international forums: events organized as part of the country's presidency of the Central European Initiative; the 26th Annual Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe; the Collective Security Treaty Organization summit. It is obvious recognition of a new role of Belarus. Belarus is building bridges. Minsk has proved to be a venue of dialogue between conflict parties, between different countries, between East and West for the development of regional, subregional and global cooperation.

The training of the cadres in Public Administration becomes a theoretical and practical foundation so that the Cuban directive incorporate the arguments and changes required with methods and address styles, the transformation in a creative way and the effective exercise of the public function in the entities. Management Accounting is a control instrument that provides useful information for the decisionmaking process. It is generally identified with business management but it is applicable to any type of organization such as the public sector, where the control of limited resources is essential for the effective performance of its functions. The article deals with the topic of key interests and strategy of Belarus at global arena. Unlike many countries in the world, economic diplomacy in Belarus lies at core of the formation of foreign policy. The main idea of the article is that for neighboring countries it is necessary to take into account the importance of economic diplomacy in shaping the foreign policy of Belarus to properly build relations with the country.

Resumen
To validate the diagnostic component needed for the inclusion of productive units (PU) from a model for Integrated Strategic Management (ISM) of the natural resources(NR) in meaning of the local development (LD) and environmental conservancy (EC) directed on three focus in arid territories with agro-productive orientation is the objective of this research. In order to know the territory components, the features of the PU users of NR and to accomplish of the guidelines of LD and EC were used qualitative and quantitative mechanisms. In Moctezuma, Sonora, México, the river on-side husbandry is developed in milpas meanwhile the cattle activities are in ranchos, agriculture and cattle producers are involucrate participants in the use of NR. The most limitative resource is water due to the category of management which contrast whit its proposals and ways to use them. ISM thinks through the integration in PU of these territories

Resumen
Within the process of updating the economic model in Cuba, increasing efficiency and effectiveness in the knowledge of international contracting management is of vital importance. For this purpose, the specialists in external prices have among their job to review in a systematic way, the purchasing operations presented for approval in the Contracting Committee of the importing companies and the Higher Organizations of Business Management (OSDEs). The reviews carried out have detected deficiencies, both in the analysis of external prices and in aspects related to the concurrency sheets. Therefore, a document that organizes and guides such revision process, at the specialist level, should be implemented. In order to respond to this need, the bases for such a Procedure that optimizes the revision of external prices, which contributes to the decision making of closing operations, will be prepared.
