Resumen
This article is intended to give the reader a general picture of the central themes or trunks which arise with respect to the crime of theft. It will be reviewed on the jurisprudential treatment who receive the points outlined in the title that gives its name to this work. Will analyze those problematic situations that are most important in practice, leaving the disparity of criteria that prevail in the subject. The idea of this company is that the reader to take sides by a particular temperament, but you know the state of the question and can thus decide accordingly. Taking into account that it is a work that deals with the face of the crime of theft, it will be carried out on national doctrine or compared.

Resumen
In Argentina, municipal autonomy is an issue that has been arousing extensive and profound debates, for some time now. This article addresses in particular the debate about the power of City Councils to declare certain property as public utility and subject to expropiation.
The research begins with an analysis of the guidelines contained in the National Constitution; it extends to the current situation and the existing procedures in local legal systems to continue with the analysis, in particular, of Buenos Aires Province's situation and the problems its legal system presents.
Finally, this article exposes the discrepancies present in the local legal systems regarding the subject under analysis and it emphasizes the convenience of the fact that in Buenos Aires Province the City Councils are granted the power under dispute, in compliance with the concept of municipal autonomy included in the National Constitution of 1994.

Resumen
The claim of recognition or restoration of rights or interests constitutes one of the main alternatives to consolidate the basic premises stipulated by the Constitution of the Province of Buenos Aires, as are the "direct demand" of the entities that are involved with the exercise of the administrative function, and the judicial protection continues and effective. In this scenario, the residual and / or transversal nature of this claim within the framework of Buenos Aires administrative procedural law, obliges system operators to direct their efforts and tasks towards compliance with the guiding principles enshrined in the Local Magna Carta. Consequently, due to the dynamics and extent of the litigation within Public Law, the use of this procedural channel acquires unusual features, in order to achieve the effectiveness of the fundamental rights involved

Resumen
in the present work is going to conduct a study on the legal status of animals in Roman law and, on the other hand, the existing regulations in our Argentine law making reference to judicial decisions, in this way we observe the changes in the concept of animal, being considered as something to be considered as a subject of law which should not be restricted to ambulatory freedom because it is a sentient being. This is how these changes appear within society and that transcend the thinking of judges and legislation. This will help us analyze if the Roman Law in animal regulations has influenced our current Argentine legislation.

Resumen
The Constitutional Reform of 1994 incorporated the Third Generation Human Rights to the dogmatics of our Magna Carta, including among them consumer rights. The constitution of Buenos Aires in 1994 is part of that movement. In 2003, our province approved Law 13,133, which establishes the competence of the municipalities in relation to consumer relations by creating a special procedure. In this way the competence of the Buenos Aires municipalities has been broadened.

the particular physiognomy that federalism has presented throughout its historical and geographical expansion makes it possible to draw a parallel between the outstanding features of its conformation in the 17th century in the United States of America, as the original model, and the expansion that the phenomenon has generated in Ibero-America and, in particular, in the Argentine Republic. From this, and the political and philosophical characteristics that developed around it, it is relevant to develop the details that defined the format adopted by Argentine federalism.

Resumen
Learn and unlearn are two inseparable aspects of a unique process that allows us to adapt to a constantly changing reality. The study of the process of motivation as a component of the learning process, has been dealt with from different areas of knowledge, pedagogy and didactics, as well as psychology and particularly in recent decades, neuroscience, which it has provided us with an explanation of the same neurobiological mechanism. Also, in the current Era of Artificial Intelligence, both processes require the operators of education in all areas and levels, a review about the new ways of learning outside the classroom interaction, impact on their own motivations for our students to learn, promoting the redesign of new strategies and methods of teaching including emotions and empathy.

Progress in the integration of private international law in the EU continues to bear fruit with the adoption in the last three years of important legislation covering the three main branches of private international law, namely, international jurisdiction, applicable law, and recognition and enforcement of judgements.This deepening has reached sensitive areas insofar as they touch on personal matters such as inheritance or the one that underlies our work, the regulation of matrimonial economic regimes with an international element: thus, the regulation on that this work is based, the regulation of enhanced cooperation shows the will to move forward in the project that Robert Schuman devised on May 9th, 1950.
