In the first place, the topic of Karl Otto Apel's discourse ethic is exposed, including his criticism of Dussel. It is difficult to explain, in the first place, the philosophical reasonableness used by E. Dussel. In spite of everything, and unlike Marx, he recognizes the originality of E. Dussel in introducing into reason the "exteriority of the oppressed other", the "transontological" origin, the extrahistorical one of unconditional vindicationof ethical reason. Then it becomes clear Dussel's approach to the ethics of liberation. Your criticisms of Apel. The formal reason of K.O. Apel is, in Dussel's opinion, incapable of being applied, since the reason of the affected participants, empirically and inevitably, is always in asymmetry with reality.   In the third place, the points in which both authors agree coincide. Dussel and Apel are focused on several topics. The criticisms that have been made respectively the EdL and the ED are understandable, first view, given the different context in which they are born.

This article aims to analyze the construction of thought dominated and without criticality, acquired by educational institutions molded and used as instruments for the purposes of the market economy and globalization. From Paulo Freire’s approach to banking education and Noam Chomsky’s illustration, education is approached as a tool that allows emancipation and the proper word of the educator and the learner. With this purpose, the works of these authors and others that reinforce their approaches are analyzed. The conclusions reached are that globalization suggests appropriate models of education that standardize and grid institutional thinking and implicitly the entire educational community. To change this reality, a reflective education is necessary and in search of the discovery of reality through research, creation and questioning that allows creating new knowledge that is meaningful and the more so to others.

The neurosciences and their diverse applications in the XXI century, pose challenges of knowledge with great value to different disciplines that are deployed even to the management sciences, by virtue of their contributions. In addition to this, these processes have a place in the administration, municipal public management, essentially because they are processes that require planning, especially when taking into account the variable contexts and uncertainty that are experienced at present, in order to develop later a set of determining activities that allow the fulfillment of the objectives according to the proposed lines of action. With regard to the above, Braidot (2009) points out that Neuromarketing is an advanced discipline, whose function is to investigate and study brain processes that make the behavior and decision making of people in the fields of action of a clear way clearer. Traditional marketing (market intelligence, design of products and services, communications, prices, positioning, targeting, channels, sales, loyalty). Methodologically the research responds to the qualitative approach since the ethnographic method outlined in the epistemic paradigm is experiential introspective. The data collection was carried out through observation and semi-structured interviews, which gave way to the structuring of the cognitive process through the memos and the integration of the same together with the triangulation. The previous facilitated the fulfillment of the general purpose; understanding of the categories and, in turn, the derivative; generate substantive theoretical guidelines.

Foreign Languages have been taught through diverse methods and approaches. The teachers’ role has been transformed from the center of the activity to the facilitator of learning. One of the main controversies which arises in this issue is the use of L1 while English as a Foreign or Second Language (L2) is facilitated. Some teachers rely heavily on the mother tongue and others completely proscribe it. The main aim of this work was to analyze the Ecuadorian instructors and learners’ perceptions about the use of Spanish during the English classes in two Universities in Ecuador. In these cases the use of L1 during the instructions by the teachers was compared among the groups. In each group the learners’ perception about the use of Spanish was observed. One part of the population of the study consisted of three English Language Teachers as a Foreign Language. The groups of EFL learners, from Quito and Riobamba were characterized differently in several aspects like: proficiency level, age, social status. An observation checklist was completed by the researchers during all sessions. The instructors and learners who participated in this research were surveyed right after the last observed lesson. The outcome produced from this data collection and analysis will guide teachers to find a better answer about the controversies in the use of L1 during instruction of L2.
