Resumen
The constant development of technologies, Internet and telecommunications, have caused society to turn towards a digital context based on connections. Higher education has evolved, changing both the way of learning and the way of teaching, with technology being the transversal axis in every educational process, which is why the present research analyzes digital platforms (Facebook, YouTube, twitter) as a new style of learning in higher education in Ecuador, particularly at the University of Guayaquil specifically in the Faculty of Philosophy Letters and Education Sciences, in the Multimedia Systems career, where a descriptive study was conducted with the participation of 200 students and 12 teachers who received a structured survey of 20 questions with 12 items, the result of the study indicated that 82.42% of respondents feel satisfied to use digital platforms, especially Facebook and YouTube, in the teaching-learning process. 92% consider them as help in their academic activities, and 94% use them as communication channels. ommunication student-teachers. 78% of students improved their academic performance, 96% agreed that digital platforms improve the group's learning levels. So it was concluded that it becomes a need for teachers to rethink their role in the classroom as a mediator between knowledge and technology, incorporating digital platforms into the curriculum as a new learning style in the career of Multimedia Systems.

It is important that, in accordance with the quality standards demanded by the Universities, a humanistic training should be provided alongside the academic development, so it is possible to identify the students that face obstacles or difficulties involving family, personal or social issues that may affect their academic performance and the search for a possible solution that is given by means of correspondence between the teacher and student in the process of supporting him/her, which offers orientations and defined actions that promote the permanence of the students to achieve their professional goals. About 6 years ago, San Gregorio de Portoviejo University created the Department of University Welfare, whose members direct and execute the program of student support. The present research work has allowed to examine the process through a survey applied to a sample of the undergraduates during the period September 2016 February 2017.The obtained results confirm that a large part of the pupils, during the interviews, activities and formative events have been oriented and fully supported by the tutor in the process of supporting the student, but also a significant percentage of them stated that the process has not been of benefit in their university stay, which allows to consider that this process is not covering the total amount of the students, being necessary to analyze all the activities that were carried out in this process to establish changes and variations in the procedure of supporting the student in order to accomplish welfare, support and permanence of the total of the scholars in this institution of higher education.

Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo caracterizar las tecnologías "SaaS", como medio para optimizar los recursos de Tecnologías de la Información (TI). Se realiza un análisis sobre la fundamentación conceptual necesaria para el manejo de la infraestructura como un servicio, sus modelos de despliegue y sobre el outsourcing integral de tecnología. Con base en toda esta fundamentación se plantea la implementación de un software integral dentro de un importante grupo empresarial del Ecuador, y se determina aquellos atributos peculiares para adoptar estas tecnologías.

ABSTRACT
This paper aims to characterize the " SaaS " technologies as a tool to optimize IT resources. Performing an analysis of the conceptual foundations necessary for managing Infrastructure as a service, their deployment models and comprehensive outsourcing of technology. Based on all this basis the implementation of a comprehensive software within a major business group arises Ecuador, determining those peculiar attributes to adopt these technologies.

Abstract The service sector is a fundamental factor in the development and growth of different countries. Within this context, the boom that the services of the non-state sector have recently experienced in Cuban society is important, not only because of the benefits in terms of employment, but also in the contribution to the growth and projection of the different localities. Therefore, promoting the management of information on these services so that different publics are informed of their benefits or other particularities is a necessity. The objective of this work is to make an assessment on the use of computer tools to help transform information management services of the non-state sector, enabling the promotion and evaluation of the quality of these services, through virtual spaces, depending on to boost local development. Abstract
This article focuses on the limited commercial integration of organizations to promote the different products and services offered to the community, the objective is to contribute with computer applications to strengthen the advertising image; the type of research is of a qualitative nature, applying theoretical methods such as induction-deduction, analysis-synthesis; in the empirical order, the surveys, interviews and the closure with the application of statistical-mathematical methods. The described methods allowed the realization of the diagnosis to the different commercial institutions, as well as to verify the needs of implementing the different computer applications, in order to improve the economic growth of the organizations, which were taken into account because they maintain an inter institutional agreement. With the execution of the multidisciplinary project of Linking with the Company, in which the careers of Engineering in Computer Systems and Computer and Network Engineering are involved, it was possible to implement 36 computer applications (website, Web pages, applications, information systems) to In addition, the social organizations of the Jipijapa Canton were able to publicize the variety of products offered to the local, regional and international markets. Through the visit counter we obtained relevant information that allowed us to know the interaction that exists between users and the merchants that offer their products. The training was carried out for the members of the different social institutions, in order to properly manage the computer applications. The main impact reflected in the statistics shows a systematic and growing growth since its inception in January 2017 until the cut made at the end of 2017 in advertising images from 100 to 4736 with international reach, with emphasis on the Acuña Coffee Plantation website and Café the Mañanerito.

Resumen
La presente investigación muestra como en la actualidad el idioma inglés se ha vuelto indispensable en la formación de los estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública de la Universidad Juárez Autónoma de Tabasco, y cuál es la perspectiva que ellos tienen respecto al aprendizaje del mismo. El educarse en una nueva lengua es un reto hoy en día, sin embargo, adquirirla genera una ventaja competitiva para los futuros profesionistas. Para la obtención de datos se implementó un estudio empírico basado en una muestra intencional o de conveniencia de 155 universitarios. Reflejando que los alumnos no solo aprenden el idioma por obligación, sino que también lo hacen para obtener beneficios dentro del ámbito laboral y social, ya que vivir en un país cada vez más globalizado, lo exige. El aprender inglés es más fácil para los estudiantes cuando éstos emplean diferentes herramientas de aprendizaje tales como las prácticas con especialistas, presencial con técnicas y el utilizar software digitalizado.

Abstract
The present work shows how in the present day the English language has become essential in the formation of the Public Accounting degree students, in the Juarez Autonomous University of Tabasco, and the view they have of the learning of this language. Learning a new language is a challenge nowadays, however, acquiring this knowledge gives a competitive advantage for the future professionals. For the obtaining of this information, an empirical study was applied on an intentional or convenience sample of 155 university students. Reflecting that students don’t learn English just because they have to, but they also do it to obtain benefits among the labor and social environment, since living in a globalized country, demands it. Learning English is easier for students when they use different learning tools, such as talking with specialists, techniques and using digitalized software.

Dengue for many years has been one of the diseases transmitted by the mosquito AedesAegypti with greater importance in the world, considering Latin America as one of the places with the greatest spread of dengue; The problem that was evidenced in this investigation is the deficiency in the application of educational campaigns which affects the propagation of the vector, Jaramijó has been a vulnerable canton before the presence of vectorial diseases, affecting its population that is susceptible for lack of knowledge ; Constituting as general objective to promote an educational strategy through primary actions and epidemiological surveillance with participation and social responsibility that responds to the educational needs of this community; The method used is descriptive because it allows the collection of data without the investigation procedures altering the object of study and as an empirical method surveys as a tool to collect information to know the level of knowledge of the population on dengue before and after dengue intervention; These activities were carried out between October 2015 and October 2016 in the village of Miduvi, the universe was 500 inhabitants and the sample of 384 based on the significance value of 5%, the community strategy made it possible to reduce the pockets of infection through the Community participation and the implementation of preventive community actions which contributed to improve the quality of life

Resumen
Abstract
This research develops and contributes a resource with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) that supports and strengthens the educational communication of 25 teachers of Computer Systems Engineering who use: Facebook and Email whose main practice is to communicate socially, but scarcely to apply educational strategies in the classroom; the problem centers on the little educational use of these technological structures as educational alternatives of learning and communication, the causes can be several. López, Flores, Espinoza & Rojo (2017) mention that one of them is the lack of structuring and excessive visual noise. Therefore, this ICT resource will provide teachers with a space for the integration of textual and multimedia resources that range from the basic use of Facebook and Mail, to some specific structured methodologies for academic use.
The educational field of research is housed in the qualitative, descriptive approach. A sampling of maximum variation is used to determine if the developed technological resource supports and strengthens the use of ICT as one of the basic competencies that every teacher of the 21st century must possess; it is applied to 3 subgroups of the total number of teachers through unstructured interviews. At the conclusion of the research, the results indicate that the resource developed is considered a technological tool of integration and great value to publicize, use and strengthen educational teaching strategies offered by Facebook and email as new ways of teaching and communicating in the classroom.

Resumen
Abstract: The present research aims to establish the possible relationship between the degree of integration of Information and communication technologies and the level of ICT competencieswhich which have the teachers from University of Guayaquil, it is expressed in the level of use of platforms for the management of virtual educational content as a didactic resource for an efficient teaching-learning process. The data,which were obtained through a survey, were applied through statistics of the Academic Unit of the Faculty of Philosophy and Science. According to the results, it was found out, that the teaching staff of the University of Guayaquil has from low to intermediate level in all dimensions of ICT competence due to many personal and / or institutional factors, however, the majority of teachers that were participated in the study, positively perceives the main advantages of ICT in the teaching-learning process representing a strength to continue advancing in their training and professional advancement that will redound into practice the educational quality.

Resumen
In the following investigation, two realities are confronted; On the one hand, the experience of the Polytechnic School of the Army (ESPE) as a higher education institution executing the continuous training program in face-to-face mode, in agreement with the Secretariat of Higher Education Science and Technology (SENESCYT) and, on the other hand, the Ministry of Education and Culture (MINEDUC), using the new information and communication technologies in the development of continuous training programs, currently executed to train teachers in virtual mode. For the comparison of these two realities resulting from the modalities expressed, it is necessary to apply reagents (surveys) to various actors such as: trained teachers, teachers in the training process and administrators of said programs. Thus, a comparative-qualitative research is carried out with post-test analysis of the study variables. In the results, the researchers discover favorable and unfavorable situations, conditioned in aspects of cultural and ethical nature of the users or trained teachers.
