Resumen
The change from the medical model to the social model of the different types of disability entails a change of paradigm thanks to which the limit is understood as a social state and not as a medical condition. The school is one of the main and most important areas of inclusion that has a special impact on personal development. The school inclusion of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) requires appropriate and personalized pedagogical strategies. At the same time, dynamics are needed that encourage the participation of all students in common projects, in full respect of diversity, without leaving any behind and that favor the relationship between all the components of the class and beyond. In this research, it is postulated that service learning is an inclusive educational proposal for all students, thanks to which students with SEN can also achieve full inclusion as protagonists of social transformation actions.

Resumen
In 2017, the Professional Institute of Chile, an institution of technical-professional higher education, implemented for the first time and in a pilot way the servicelearning methodology from a curricular perspective in five careers in its five face-toface locations in four regions of the country. To know the results of the process, three assessment instruments were designed, applied differently to students, teachers and community partners, in order to describe their perception and identify the level of achievement of key milestones specific to the development of the methodology. In all the dimensions evaluated, positive results were obtained over 75% of approval, highlighting the motivation of students with the learning process, the good perception of the teachers regarding the development of social and disciplinary competences in the students and the high satisfaction of the community partners with the service received.

Resumen
Friendly Cities for everyone (4All): action-research in urban accessibility through OpenStreetMap is a service learning project to promote civic awareness in the right of accessibility, already carried out by more than 1000 teenagers and/or people with reduced mobility in The Basque Country. In this article we share a qualitative analysis of their perceptions, from their research role in their commitment to the transformation of the environment. Given the results offered in relation to social challenge, learning and service, we propose a synthesis of interaction between the continuum of perception of their own emotions-values-engagement and their orientation to action, in the co-generation of a competent and inclusive citizenship.

Resumen
The aim of the present work is to present an interdisciplinary experience and the systematization of two university programs where service-learning is applied in relation to dengue prevention. The methodology used during the field work is qualitative and flexible because it is not sought empirical testing but rather to stimulate the good practices of prevention, promotion and health care in the children of Los Piletones’ neighborhood. On the one hand, different activities were used for Dengue’s prevention that allowed stimulating and obtaining a greater understanding of the subjects to be treated. On the other hand, the students who participated in the two programs were evaluated through a self-assessment survey of the Tunning Latin America competences. The presented assessments of the competences acquired by students participating in university programs show that they have generated competencies hard to acquire in the classroom. Finally, it is worth to mention the virtuous circle that arises when a SL project is of a high quality, since the teachers took on the dimension of the problem and the need arose to continue the prevention work of dengue.

Resumen
The text gives an account of the trajectory experienced by a group of academics who were meeting in different university spaces, to implement in their chairs the active participatory methodology called service learning. While this was happening the Chilean universities were invited to install processes related to university social responsibility, driven by the Universidad Construye País Project. The text gives an account of the actions experienced while the university spaces were generating conditions to support the promotion of knowledge with a social and ethical stamp, going from isolated academic work to a collective one that demands institutionalization.

Resumen
Service learning is a work methodology recently introduced in European university education, what is learned in the classrooms find application among people in need. Two goals are pursued: live the social commitment of the university and help the community (or other communities) in a situation of vulnerability. But some ethical doubts arise, because it seems evident that there is a danger of using those who are helped (the needy) because they are reduced to a means to live a learning experience, get some credits, that the teacher achieves positive evaluations in the subject, etc. However, the approach of the aid must be different, since the 'beneficiary' is a person, that is, someone with an absolute value who is able to contribute absolutely to the person who helps (capable of making him a beneficiary). In this article we advocate a benevolent approach, and not abstract or following criteria of effectiveness, to the ApS methodology.

Resumen
The progressive blurring of the sense of school education is caused, among other factors, by the imbalance that exists between the features of the new ecology of learning and the assumptions about learning that underlie the design of educational systems. This lag can be, in part, cushioned by personalizing learning. The general objective of this work is to analyze the potential of service learning for the personalization of school learning. For this, a research has been designed that analyzes in depth the service learning program carried out in a secondary education institute of the Community of Madrid (Spain). It is a case study, longitudinal, consisting of two cycles of design-implementation-monitoring-analysis of results. The results highlight the main strengths and weaknesses of the service learning program studied.

Resumen
The university, as a social institution of reference, is increasingly aware that its function can not be carried out regardless of the social responsibility it plays. The current university training model requires learning situations that allow combining academic learning and training for active citizenship. From this approach, a service learning experience is presented in a subject in the Degree in Primary Education, which aims to serve as a methodological strategy in the formation of a critical citizenship among future teachers. Its implementation has allowed us to know the different attitudes of students towards social intervention, favoring contact with various institutions of the environment through collaboration in their programs, performing different types of service according to their learning and interests.

Resumen
Older adults are a population susceptible to abuse, allegations of abuse to this area are a constant, considering this phenomenon as a serious social problem. The general objective was to analyze the sociodemographic characteristics, health, family, permanence in the Home and the perceptions of seniors of Hogar Simeona de Mariano Roque Alonso. The methodology used was a quantitative, descriptive and cross-sectional approach. The technique, the interview; A survey with closed and open questions was designed. The population was composed of the residents of Hogar Simeona. Sampling was not probabilistic for convenience, it shows 30 older adults. The results obtained were, with respect to the sociodemographic characterization, 56.6% (17) is between 75 and more years old and 66.6% (20) is male. Regarding family characteristics, 83.3% (25) have children and 80% (24) do not receive visits. In relation to health characteristics, 66.2% (20) suffer from high blood pressure. Regarding the permanence in the Home, 43.3% (13) is less than a year ago. Regarding the care received, 50% (15) has very good perception about hygiene and care. It is concluded that family characteristics predispose older adults to feelings of abandonment, which is why it is suggested to implement effective coping strategies to avoid cases of senile depression. There is also a high percentage of hypertensive elderly people, so it is recommended to perform pharmacological treatment evaluations in a controlled manner to reduce the risks of cardiovascular diseases.
