The article seeks to understand how multiculturalism is founded and recreated from a very dynamic sociocultural perception considering diversity as space, which is not only ethnic but also cultural. Is in this context where interculturality acquires a fundamental role in coexistence and social construction. How to enable intercultural approach to identity, knowing that their social components are dynamic travelers, complex and indeterminate in the Amazon-Andean world? How, from identities, is perceived the reality in its diversity? Under this premise, it is conceivable that all cultures can share common social components? Also, how to understand the cultures in its history, which made them asymmetric and hybrids cultural beings because of the context of traits and social situations they exchanged? We refer to those which did not escaped from the circumstantial symmetries of the historical process. In short, this, our cultural mosaic, how to understand it in the context of Amazon-Andean area interculturality? and what are the challenges posed by this reality in the context of modernity?   DOI: https://doi.org/10.31876/sl.v1i1.6

DOI: https://doi.org/10.31876/sl.v2i1.4

The objective of the study was to analyze the tendency to vote blank and void in students of the San Martín de Porres University, in the 2016 general elections in Peru. The research with qualitative approach, inductive method and with case study design, had as a sample of 10 students from the V cycle Faculty of Communication Sciences, Tourism and Psychology of the San Martin de Porres University, to whom in-depth interviews were conducted. The results revealed that the tendency to vote blank and null was the consequence of a reaction of the students to the trajectory of the political actors, interpreted as negative; the actions of the political parties and their candidates led to the distancing of the young electorate. In conclusion, the students voted blank or null to express their discontent with the participating political parties and candidates, and ignore the electoral regulations regarding blank and null votes.

Objective: To determine the relationship between the consumption of junk foods and the alimentary attitudes in the students of the University of Huánuco; in 2014. Methods: the study was observational, analytical and cross-sectional; with correlational design. The population consisted of 1342 university students of Health Sciences; whose sample was selected probabilistically and stratified were 298 students to whom it was applied: an interview, a questionnaire of junk food consumption and a scale of food attitudes; previously validated and reliable. The ethical considerations of the investigation were applied. Descriptive and inferential analysis was carried out using the Rho correlation coefficient of Spearman, after normality of kolmogorov-Smirnov, supported by the SPSS V19. Results: 79, 3% (237) of the sample, indicated consuming junk foods. 75.6% (226) expressed positive food attitudes. The overall correlation was analyzed between the variables: junk food consumption and food attitudes, obtaining a significant low level correspondence (Rho = 0, 174 and p = 0.003); also, with the same tendency, between the consumption of junk foods and diet as a dimension of dietary attitudes (Rho = 0.195), this being significant (p = 0.001). There was no correlation between the consumption of junk foods and the dimension traits of bulimia- concern for food and oral control as part of the food attitudes. Conclusions: There is a low significant relationship between the consumption of junk foods and the nutritional attitudes of university students, which is why healthy eating policies must be implemented.

According to Rosental Alves, director of the Knight Center for Journalism in the Americas, the digital revolution is a long process that will keep going along the next decades, and that implies the break of the prevailing media system and the creation of a new media ecosystem. The Organic Law of Communication, approved in Ecuador in 2013, stipulates that the means of presenting its codes of ethics is mandatory. What minimum content should these regulations have? What are the deadlines for institutions to enact them? This and other legal concerns answered the lawyer Juan Carlos Riofrío in this article. From the beginning, he believes that the demands should not be the same for a community radio formed by a person as for a newspaper with 100 employees.
