Resumen
Journalism has portrayed the world with a "distorted lens," focusing on problems rather than prioritizing a balanced perspective that includes solutions. Constructive journalism developed in response to this situation, and journalists and the media have implemented it. This paper analyses how the minds and routines of professionals have changed after moving from a traditional perspective to a constructive one, where journalistic values have been strengthened.

Resumen
This work reflects on the journalistic innovation in Ecuador from the contributions of entrepreneurial and transmedia journalism. The research presents the cases of two digital native media: GK and La Posta. Through ethnographies in their newsrooms, the professional motivations of journalists and the structure and organization of their editorial agendas are discussed. In addition, there is a debate on the concept of editorial independence in relation to its forms of financing and other challenges in the face of the transformations experienced by journalism today. Also, the article analyzes the application of transmedia narratives in its journalistic products. In this way, this work proposes what are the changes and continuities in local journalism, based on the influence of entrepreneurship and technology.

Resumen
The election of Lenin Moreno as president of the Republic of Ecuador is one of the signs of the evolution and inclusion for people with disabilities in the country in the last 10 years. This article records the results of an investigation that first raised the discourse of El Comercio and El Telégrafo about Lenin Moreno in two historical periods of the country: 2006 and 2017. And, second, understand how this affects media representations and same self-representations of people with disabilities. In the research, 30 news stories were found during 2006 and 227 in 2017. Media coverage of Lenin Moreno varied in some things while others continued the same in terms of the constructions of meanings. The results show how the media discourse changed in 10 years, where Moreno"™s disability was first a novelty and then ceased to be.

Resumen
The need to find ways of sustainability within the industry has generated that the media, especially digital, are an active part of an ecosystem that values the speed, the show and the viralization. This has caused various problems related to the phenomenon of post-truth, false news and mistrust of the audience in the information provided by the media. How to face this problem? The reflection proposed here seeks to face this challenge through a rethinking of the structure of business models. Several experiences show that it is possible to focus efforts on building a model that does not compete in the vertigo of social media and, on the other hand, moves away more and more from brands and companies, and closer to the audience.

In this regard, the most representative videos of Seenfire were analyzed through the following variables: technical, discursive and accessibility aspects. Resumen
Since the nineties, the chronicle has experienced an important boom in Latin America: publications, institutions, recognitions, journalists and native media have appeared and digital immigrants engaged in telling the story in a chronicle. However, what happens in cyberspace: Is a Chronicle 2.0 model possible? or still predominate production techniques inherited from the press? This research analyzes, through the technique of content analysis, nine digital media in Latin America and establishes current characteristics about gender.

Serrano Carmona, Alexis
Universidad San Francisco de Quito
Resumen
Nobody can resist a good story. Alexis Serrano defends narrative journalism in a hyper-communicated world where immediacy has forced the media to lose the details and depth. Serrano invites the new generation of journalists and readers to practice patience, to sit down with a coffee in hand to write or read stories that matter and without them the reality would be indistinct. For the pessimists, narrative journalism is in danger of extinction. However, this reflection proposes that, perhaps, it is the spaces of diffusion that will disappear or change, but history will reach the avid reader in any way.
