The notion of power in the Central American narrative of the late twentieth century has gained relevance for evidencing the confrontation between dissatisfied sectors by the exploitation and marginalization to which they are subjected, where the concept of Nation is deformed due to the establishment of a discoursetotally capitalist and dictatorial. Faced with such notoriety, Manlio Argueta’s novel uses discursive mechanisms to clearly express the political and liberation commitment of the working class and university in front of a centripetal power. Based on that, the Foucault’s theory of power oriented in three vertices, the university social movements for social autonomy, the role of women in the revolutionary struggle and social development and, the referential character, is applied to the study text where it is more convenient to observe the conformation of a subordinate power that through social practices originates one of the most violent revolutions in Latin America.

This work interprets a poem by Manuel Mantero entitled “For Antonio Machado, in response to his poem‘To maestro Rubén Darío”, a text that he circulated for a period of time pretending to be a universal Nicaraguan. In this poem-tribute Mantero converged both Machadian and Darian poetics, in addition tothe Spanish tradition, in a creative formulation of imitation in the cont ext of 1967

La autoevaluación y coevaluación son instrumentos de evaluación empleados en un proyecto didáctico que se aplicó con los estudiantes de undécimo grado. Aquí, se exponen los resultados de su puesta en práctica en la producción textual. Ciertamente, los estudiantes aprendieron a autoevaluarse y a coevaluar la escritura a través de la escucha atenta, el reconocimiento de sus aciertos y errores, el diálogo entre iguales con el propósito de corregir los equívocos y mejorar sus textos.

Human communication is a characteristic of our life in society. We communicate constantly through different means throughout the day; maybe first what we do when we wake up is turn on the radio or television, we talk to our relatives, we check our cell phone to see if we have missed messages or calls; in the car or on the bus we listen to the radio, the conversation of the people who go to our On the side, we read the signs that we meet on the street, we greet the people we know; We get to work and the first thing we do is check our email or social networks, we read the newspaper (possibly the electronic version), in short, we are surrounded by messages set in that common code called language.

Steiner shows in his theatrical work and specifically in this work that we analyze a concern for the creative work of the artist and a permanent interior loneliness. We interpret the existential conflict of the main character (Felix) considering that the existentialists raised problems related to the meaning of life, choice, personal responsibility and the destiny of man and that the existential ontological phenomenon is the product of those internal conflicts of the environment and the beings that accompanied the poet throughout his life. The vision of the world embodied in the work The Agony of the Poet, corresponds to the vision of the author who from the religious point of view presents a Felix, fearful of the unexpected, the anguish of living, the uncertainty of the unknown and what there is after death. The protagonist experiences these two vital moments of being: permanence and death. The first one means to perpetuate oneself through the ideal and passion that for him was his life project, poetry and the second death, as an inescapable fact of anguishingreality in which he has no choice orpower to decide on his destiny.

The teaching and learning of writing has raised a number of models and approaches that guide the teacher. However, students often do not have the knowledge, skills and attitude to learn to improve their writing. The intervention of the teacher as expert writer, is essential for the student to observe and learn from it, bearing in mind that the writing process is individual and the student must find his own style.

This brief analysis exposes an overview on sociolinguistics, emphasizing their historical development and current importance. It also highlights the role of some social variables in language studies.
