What should we think of the famous cosmological scenario regarding dark matter? Is it about a revolutionary scenario or the result of normal science? The present paper argues that to describe current cosmology’s favorite scenario, it takes a concept based on a science build up on its own anomalies.

Resumen
In accordance with the notion offor-itself and his relation with the other, I develop an analysis of the story of Eróstrato, in the light of some sartreans concepts. The thesis that I'm about to defend is the next one: the violence originated in the conflict just have sense from a men to another, when the desire as an intentional conciseness is fundamental.

Resumen
In-vitro fertilization is becoming a pressing issue in contemporary societies. The article considers it starting form the Polish debate but takes up its broader anthropological an ethical aspects. Dealing with the latter, it also employs some acute remarks from Dignitas Personae. Finally it considers an approach to in vitro against the background of European Convention on Bioethics. In its conclusion the paper offers a balanced pro-life stance, albeit critical of in vitro.

Resumen
During the first half of the twentieth century, housing began to acquire a growing importance at the hands of the “State Controller”. The beginnings of this theme were laborious and even peripheral; the needs and changes in the urban landscape - in the heat of the industrialization process - were variable and the houses took a notorious centrality. Some social actors paid attention to this problem, since the tenement houses were frowned upon and began to imagine housing projects where decorum and hygiene are values to consider. After the economic crisis of 1929, the role of the State throughout the world began to grow and the Province of Buenos Aires was not exempt from it. In the Buenos Aires government of Manuel Fresco (1936-1940), workers' housing became important and projects began to be legislated, such as that of the “Barrio Parque de La Tablada”. This project should respond to local needs and fulfill a double objective: to conceive a housing complex in the Matanzas context - so close to the Capital - and build a housing model with a productive, modern and hygienic matrix. This project should be the mainstay to articulate a public policy of greater encouragement and respond to the experiences of Buenos Aires workers: a public policy of social housing.

Resumen
Inequality represents a central socio-economic problem in Latin America, which is sadly recognized as one of the regions of the world that suffers the greatest inequality. Its high rates remain valid, even when indicators such as those of extreme poverty or basic human development have improved in recent decades. Thus, we must not exaggerate the extensive debates that this problem triggers in different areas and spaces. Inequality undermines democracy, which is why its approach is urgent, as well as the implementation of authentic policies that achieve, at least, their decline. Many research on inequality in Latin America or in Argentina has mainly focused on generating statistics and indices and / or developing purely economic case studies, that is, they focused on one of the dimensions of poverty, the economic one, naturalized the relationship poverty-wealth in capitalist terms, which obliterated other dimensions of the issue, such as ethical and cultural poverty; forgetting to include, for example, historical contexts such as the important role played by the State, national governments, and equity initiatives of important organizations such as CEPAL. In recent years, approaches to the problem have been made through the inclusion of historical and political perspectives. Following this last trend, in the present study we will approach inequality in Argentina during the 1990s from the beginning of history; we see inequality as a public and social problem, as well as an economic one.

Resumen
This is the initial matrix of a research project whose purpose is to travel the last half of the nineteenth century with the intention of reconstructing, analyzing and describing the educational reality in Santiago del Estero, it will seek to observe the past taking as a reference a group of questions that are organized in relation to the formation of the provincial proto-state administration, considering its school organization. The school reality in Santiago del Estero by the proto-state takes as an inaugural review the creation of the Junta Central de Instrucción Pública on September 26, 1859, an instance that will allow the intervention of the proto-state to be plotted in terms of education in the provincial scope, until the fall of the military regime of the Taboada Brothers in 1875; the subsequent stage until the consolidation of the National Educational System in 1884, will gradually acquire an organization focused on the installation of national grants, the Colegio Nacional, and the Escuela Normal of Santiago del Estero.
