Stroke is defined as a sudden change in neurological function, caused by a deprivation of blood flow in a certain area of the brain, preventing the supply of oxygen (02) and glucose in the tissue, causing damage to it. It is estimated that annually 20 million new cases of stroke occur worldwide, of this total mortality can reach five million people. This is one of the main causes of death and disability in society in recent decades. Hydrotherapy has been emphasizing over the years among physiotherapists and researchers as one of the most used therapeutic resources for physical rehabilitation and prevention of functional alterations. The present study aims to identify in the literature the benefits of hydrotherapy for patients with CVA sequelae through the physical properties of water, thus reducing the sequelae left by this pathology. A descriptive qualitative bibliographical research was carried out based on material already published, mainly composed of books, magazines, periodicals and materials made available on the Internet. In this perspective hydrotherapy is an innovative treatment technique, being scientifically studied in several types of treatments, and that offers benefits that go well beyond the rehabilitation. It is concluded with these studies that hydrotherapy can improve the quality and life expectancy of these patients. Promoting a faster return to your daily life activities, leaving them more independent as possible.

Breast cancer (CM) is the world's most affected by women, accounting for 23% of all types of cancer incidents. The annual mortality of this neoplasm is more than 411 thousand deaths per year.Representing a major public health problem. Brazil has followed the high rates of CM incidence and mortality in developed countries, but the measures necessary for the prevention, screening, and control of the disease have not undergone the same growth. The present study aims to identify how nursing care is performed in the screening of breast cancer. It is an integrative review of the literature, in order to deduce generalizations about substantive issues, from a set of studies directly influenced on these issues. In this sense to assist in the diagnosis and screening of CM mammography and one of the tests that are requested, although mammography is the most indicated 90% of CM situations are detected through the women themselves. It can be argued, therefore, that the promotion of self-examination is an efficient method for its detection. In this way the CM tracking is performed through the imaging exams as well as the clinical exams. Once well oriented in relation to CM and the correct form of self-examination, thus healing all the doubts of these women related to the subject, one can with this have the early diagnosis and thus there is much more chances of cure.

The article aims to describe how methodologies generally used in the private sector can be applied to optimize state programs, and more specifically, school feeding programs (PAE, according to its initials in Spanish). Therefore, to achieve its objectives and, above all, to generate value, both for the users of the programs and for Peruvian society, it is essential that the management of the PAE is developed efficiently. To contribute to this task, the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) and Stakeholder Analysis of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) are presented from a theoretical application approach, and both methodologies can be adapted or applied directly according to the specificities of the organization.

«Sustainability» in the supply chain is one of the important challenges of the 21st century. This work aims to deepen the understanding of how integral sustainability can be fostered, developed and supported through alliances and lean practices operations in a supply chain of the Services sector. Through the analysis carried out, it is sought to determine to what extent it has been possible to achieve a high level of comprehensive sustainability in the analyzed supply chain, supported by its own alliance model and the systematic and strict application of lean operations practices. Tourism nowadays has become one of the sectors of greater projection in Ecuador and has the backing of the government for its impetus and execution in the different subsectors, as well as the management that is advanced to the interior of the companies that It is more demanding and decisive in the tourism development of the regions to achieve its adequate impetus and development .. Based on this premise the present research focused on the analysis by applying a research tool of user satisfaction within the Sector of the country, a factor that is essential to take into account within the tourism industry, as well as determine the weaknesses and strengths of the guild and the possibility of improving the quality of the service and industry-level products on offer.

The research was carried out in the parish of Posorja province of Guayas, whose purpose is the development of marketing strategies to strengthen tourism activity in its operators It was necessary to carry out a situational diagnosis of tourism, to verify the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses And threats; A market study was used to identify client's wishes and preferences and their position regarding the competition, proposing positioning strategies. It was based on theories of the planning of marketing strategies and tourism established in the theoretical framework, the research is approached according to the deductive and inductive methodology, determining the descriptive study and using the techniques of observation, interview and poll. The population was taken in different hotels in Playas and Posorja with a total of 538 tourists, the probabilistic sample was 230 people, was used a survey to the tourists formed by 10 questions and an interview to the president of the parochial GAD of Posorja, obtained the Information was reached the discussion of the results.
