Resumen
The purpose of this communication some foundation natural law in order to analyze the STC No. O9332-2006-PA / TC regarding new family structures recognized by the Constitutional Court. This regard should be noted that certainly Peruvian society experienced in recent years a significant change in the family institution is concerned, as a result of the adaptation process to the present time, why have been a number of similar structures to the family "with a different dynamic," (basis 9) living with the family in the social fabric. The advent of these family structures has required the state a degree of protection. Through the aforementioned judgment, the Constitutional Court has recognized "families that were generated with different structures than the traditional, such as those arising from de facto unions, single (...) and stepfamilies" (basis 7) or assembled; thus broadening the constitutional concept of family as referred to in Article 4 "is a natural and fundamental institution of society" allowing for a concept of pluralized family institution, away from the model guaranteed in the Constitution. We believe that this assimilation will generate a weakening of the family institution.

Resumen
Training in ethics during university education is a necessity for the achievement of professionals committed to their work, so the development of strategies within an appropriate approach, which recognizes the ontological character of the person and his dignity, would allow its strengthening from the universities. The objective of this communication is to present the fundamentals that will later define the strategies for strengthening ethics in the training of professionals in dentistry, from the perspective of Personalist Bioethics. A descriptive-documentary research was developed, which included the analysis of the current problems of ethics in the training of professionals in dentistry, considering the revision of documents and curricular contents of four local universities; the theoretical bases of ethics in university training were presented and the perspective of Personalist Bioethics was explored. It is concluded that ethics should be developed considering strategies that contemplate a transversal presence of ethics throughout the curriculum, with a vision from the first person and within a non-relativist bioethics, such as that focused on personal bioethics, whose philosophical and anthropological bases allow consolidating the development of ethics during university education

We understand as "natural habitat" the environmental or space that has the minimum physical and biological conditions required for the survival of a specie. If a particular habitat is altered or compromised by any external or internal agent, the specie that inhabits could be in risk of extinction. Like all species on our planet, humans, also has the need for adequate natural ecological habitat, which allows them to live according to their human condition and reach their maximum development holistically. In this sense, the family plays a key role in the life of every individual, is in the family where the man learns to be a "person", and learn to love and value themselves and their fellows. The family is the first place that serves the man as a refuge, where you feel protected, loved, respected and accepted, regardless of their achievements or failures. According to the statement, the purpose of this paper is to highlight the importance of the family as the natural habitat of the human being and the necessity for its preservation and conservation, due the key role of the family in the formation of human being, also reinforce the concept of family as the basic structure of a true human ecology.

Resumen
The Inter-American Court of Human Rights (Inter-American Court of Human Rights) has had, within the Inter-American Human Rights System, the important function of guaranteeing respect and protection of human rights of individuals in the face of possible arbitrary action by the States, which may injure, prevent or hinder the exercise of them. Thus, the Court's performance has been for many years, a fundamental instrument for the correct application of the rights embodied in the Convention, which has had as its center of action, the human person. However, in recent years, the Court has taken a quite noticeable turn in relation to the interpretation of the rights that the Convention defines and defends, through sentences in which it has come to disrupt the core of protection of basic and elementary rights, as the right to life, to identity, to non-discrimination, which, according to our analysis, would affect, mainly, the person’s development from an objective and integral view, with the emergence of serious consequences, that would expose the Court to cease being an important mechanism of legal protection to become a mechanism of expansion of ideologies contrary to the person itself.

Resumen
In recent decades our country has been acquiring a certain global touch that has allowed it to grow and expand economically, however, it is not quite right when we look back and observe that growth has also brought with it patterns of "modern countries" that distort realities and that far from contributing to the strengthening of families, the integral education of children and the climate of social respect, generate confusion between budgets essential for social welfare, such as biology and culture, respect and discrimination; these patterns are included in what we will call "Gender Approach", socially extended thinking that currently aims to impose itself. Through a radical conception of the term gender, which seeks the antagonism between sex and gender to nullify the presence of the biological, personal and family visa data.
