The scientific research we have done is basic, non-experimental causal correlation, the study factors are two: Management Leadership and evaluation of teaching performance in Educational Institution No. 3089 "Los Angeles" - Ventanilla. Lima 2017. The population is made up of 4 Directors and 200 Teachers and the sample is made up of 4 Directors and 132 Teachers. The research design is transactional, correlational, causal. bivariate, transversal. Two questionnaires were drawn up for data collection: one for the directive leadership variable and the other for a variable teacher performance evaluation, which was applied to the sample. The instruments comply with the qualities of validity and reliability. The study proposes the following research hypothesis: The Directive Leadership significantly influences the evaluation of the teaching performance in the Educational Institution. The results obtained allow us to reject the null hypothesis and accept the hypotheses investigated since it was found in a nonparametric test, therefore Kruskal-Wallis test was applied to observe the significant influence between pedagogical leadership and teaching performance with a level of significance of 95% obtaining a value of 0.00, in addition the linear regression test was applied and it was obtained that the pedagogical leadership influences in 42.4% on the teaching performance therefore the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted research.

In order to introduce the subject of this study it is necessary to take into account several fundamental concepts: enunciation, colloquium, conversation, personal pronoun, enunciator, modalizer. The management of these concepts is unavoidable to assign values and functions to these dative forms and to determine the place they occupy within the linguistic system, since the objective of this work is to describe the syntactic behaviour and the semantic values of certain personal pronouns when they function as an indirect object: the so- called dative of interest, especially the ethic dative. From the Latin origins of the construction and after a long evolutionary process, the forms currently in use are reached. Of the numerous classes of Latin dative, those that remain with great vitality in the oral language are: the commodi dative, the sympathetic or possessive and the ethic. But it is this last one that is the most interesting, for its great use in the colloquial language, especially in the Spanish of America. In the CORPUS UNCuyo of Defenses of Thesis (2007-2012), you can find not only defenses but also colloquia in formal oral language. In both types of texts there appear quite a few cases of dative of interest. In the colloquia, despite the situation of formal communication in front of a jury, some ethic datives of habitual employment in the spoken language have slipped. From what is observed both in oral and written language, it is inferred that the dative of interest and, to a greater extent, the ethic dative are modalizers of the enunciation: the dative of interest is the indicator mark of an attitude that the subject imprints on his statement.

The eminently rhetorical-literary approaches that rely on the possibilities of language do not allow a finished account of more complex phenomena that involve literature as a particular production of an author and his cognition. Cognitive Linguistics, with its special attention on the semantic phenomena conceived as a result of the perception, the experience of the world and mental processes of association as generators of the construction of meaning, could clarify multiple textual and sense phenomena present in literary texts. The poetry of Dionisio Salas Astorga, literary referent of our time, stands out for a marked grammatical condensation that has a parallel in a semantic condensation. This allows us to hypothesize that, owing to the semantic-grammatical complexity of his texts, some of his poems would require an interpretation based on the theory of Conceptual Integration (Fauconnier & Turner, 1998; Fauconnier, 2002; 2005) for the reconstruction of its meaning. That is why, in this work we will try to make an interpretative reading of a poem from the book Últimas oraciones from the Conceptual Integration or blending theory (Fauconnier & Turner, 1998; Fauconnier, 2002; 2005).

There have been many reviews regarding the possibility of developing the elements of the so-called universal grammar. Those who have recognized the need to set relevant concepts addressing the descriptive analysis of languages, also assume that this work has not yet been reflected into results generally accorded. In this context, the determination of the structures of thought that underlie linguistic expression takes its own place. Since nowadays the issue is attended even from sign languages, it seems appropriate to make an efficient proposal for the analysis, regardless of the code in question. To achieve this, we will start from the Speculative Grammar as historical precedent and critically analyze significant proposals from Hispanic Linguistics.

Objective: To evaluate the metric properties of the Oxford Knee Score applied in people with osteoarthritis after knee arthroplasty. Method: Systematic review of the literature. The EBSCOhost platform was used to access the MEDLINE and LILACS database and the SCiELO platform. The descriptors were validated on the DeCS and MESH platforms, except for "Oxford Knee Score" and "responsiveness". We selected articles published in the last five years, available in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Results: There were eight articles that revealed that OKS is a valid, reliable and reproducible instrument. Responsiveness was the least studied metric property. Conclusion: The Oxford Knee Scale is adequate to evaluate the functionality and the impact of pain in people with Osteoarthritis after knee arthroplasty.

Aim: To analyze the effects of a pre and post-operative breathing functional reeducation program in pain, respiratory rate and O2 saturation in the health/illness transition process of the client submitted to an elective gastrectomy. Method: A quasi-experimental and longitudinal study, based on a quantitative paradigm, with a sample of 60 clients distributed in two groups: 30 control and 30 intervention. Results: Low levels of pain were present in the study, with statistically significant advantages for clients of the intervention group at discharge and postoperative consultation (p=0.016 and p=0.002, respectively). There is an immediate beneficial impact on oxygen saturation after the completion of the program, (p<0.001, at all times of assessment). The respiratory rate remained normal, with no effect of the intervention (p> 0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of the program revealed benefits, mainly post-operative, with decreased pain level and increased oxygen saturation. There were no program effects on respiratory rate. Its characteristic of continuity in time brings advantages to the customers.

Background: the rehabilitation nurses are decisive to the promotion of accessibility trough architectural barriers elimination, which promotes the reintegration of people with reduced mobility. Objectives: to understand nurses concernment about the elimination of architectural barriers. Methodology: a quantitative, descriptive, exploratory study using an accidental non-probabilistic snowball sampling method, composed of 56 nurses. For data collection, an ad hoc self-administered questionnaire was applied, using Google forms, in November 2016. Results: 60.7% of nurses don’t know whom to adress to eliminate barriers and 58.9% did not implement any intervention in that sense. Verified significant statistical differences that favor the rehabilitation nurses concerning their knowledge about: specific legislation about acessibility (p=0.000) and whom to adress to request the elimination of architectural barriers in the community (p=0.024). Conclusion: the accessibility and the elimination of architectural barriers should be a part of the daily pratice of nurses.
