Objective: To identify the most consensual conceptions of nursing, individuals, health and environment among the nurses specialists in rehabilitation nursing. Method: A quantitative, descriptive-exploratory study was carried out in 36 hospital institutions, and 306 specialist nurses were involved in this research. As a tool for data collection, it was performed a self-completion questionnaire. Results: Although there are differences in the five regions of the country, the nursing, individuals, health and environment conceptions that nurses in rehabilitation nursing designate as fully in accordance with their practice are those of Afaf Meleis, Dorothea Orem, Callista Roy and Madeleine Leininger. Conclusion: The congruence observed in the results regarding the different conceptions shows the consistency of the conceptual guidelines of the participants. In this sense, the challenge is to consolidate the support of the professional practice of nurses who are specialists in rehabilitation nursing in the theoretical frameworks whose conceptions are considered fully in accordance with their practice.

Objectives: To identify the sensible gains for rehabilitation nursing care with a swallow optimization program in a person with compromised swallowing. Methods: Qualitative study, type of case study. It focuses on the application of the Nursing Process, respecting the CIPE® language, and uses the Documentary Pattern of Care of the Rehabilitation Nursing Specialty for the substantiation of the implemented interventions. We present the case of a person with compromised swallowing, of neurological etiology, admitted to a Hospital Center inpatient unit, assuring the ethical principles in their approach. Results: There was no evidence of complications in the implementation of the program and complete recovery of the swallowing function was observed after ten training sessions. Conclusion: The systematization of rehabilitation nursing care proved to be effective in reversing the observed change and contributed to increase the person’s autonomy.

Objective: To determine the benefits of the application of neuromuscular bands in the rehabilitation of the foot in post-stroke patients. Methodology: A systematic review of the literature according to the model of Joanna Briggs Institute. Studies have been included in adults after stroke to which neuromuscular bands have been applied. Five independent reviewers performed the critical evaluation, extraction and synthesis of the data. Presentation and interpretation of results: The 4 included studies reported improvements in body posture, ambulation and sensory perception. Conclusion: The studies analyzed suggest that neuromuscular bands may be a promising method to be used as a complementary method in the treatment of the patient's foot post stroke, and further studies are needed in this area.

In the work that is presented, a brief analysis of the role that research plays in the training of new professionals is presented, a situation that should not be alien to the Ecuadorian university educational community. In this sense, it was proposed as an objective to briefly analyze the positive impact, if the research is used appropriately in relation to the theoretical treatment of the information that emerges from the curriculum and its subsequent practical application. For the execution of the proposed purpose, it was required to resort to the bibliographic method to search for the information and its subsequent analysis, comparison, synthesis until reaching general and particular conclusions that were reflected in the manuscript that is exhibited. The findings showed that although there are regulations in force for the research training of university degree students, however, for compliance with the legislation to be fulfilled, other supplements are required, such as budgetary improvement of higher education institutions, the link to the chairs of professors with vast experience in research tasks, in addition to granting the necessary time to teachers and students so that they can be linked to said actions. By way of conclusion, it was possible to determine the importance of the domain of research for the development of skills of search, treatment and use of information in a relevant way

The present work addresses an analysis of how science influences the development of society, particularizing from its basic and applied conceptualization and the method used to achieve it, the information corresponds to scientific bibliographic sources. In the academic essay the importance of science teaching was analyzed, emphasizing some theoretical evaluations such as the definition, the foundation of basic science and applied science, and a contextualization of the scientific method; as well as an approach to what is understood by knowledge and the characteristics that science possesses. For which, the methodology used was based on the heuristic review of scientific texts, from a qualitative approach that allowed describing the ideas that are exposed throughout the work. By way of conclusion, it can be mentioned that without science there is no human evolution and that with the help of the scientific method, which consists of several stages, it is possible to reach the truth of the facts, a truth that is never absolute, but, whose Results will serve as a basis for new approaches to research processes and social-technological development.

The teaching and learning of computing burst into educational spaces without its own didactics, a situation that has been overcome through the epistemic construction of a theory enriched by instrumental praxiological contributions, both as an object of study and as a means of supporting the teaching process. educational. This article seeks an approximation to the updated information on this matter; for which a bibliographic review study was developed, based on historical-logical methods, content analysis and hermeneutics. Among the main findings are the foundations of the didactics of computing in the contributions of Piaget, Vygotsky and Ausubel on constructivist theory. Learning mediated by the computer can be assumed from two positions: learning with the computer and learning through the computer. Active methods are those recommended in computer teaching to promote meaningful learning and ethical values.

In the present investigation, the concept of bullying was contextualized, comparisons of the problem were made between different countries, the way in which bullying manifests itself among students was analyzed, the subjects involved in this phenomenon, the consequences and how to prevent it from the role of teachers and parents. The methodology used was based on documentary analysis, heuristic review and triangulation of the information. The main conclusion that was reached was the need to raise awareness and train the entire educational community, this implies teaching and learning personnel, as well as getting parents involved in the prevention of this socio-educational problem.

Las bibliotecas universitarias dirigen sus esfuerzos hacia el desarrollo y la formación de profesionales que la sociedad necesita, con sentido de su identidad nacional, identificado con su cultura y su nación socialista. En este sentido, es oportuno significar cómo al bibliotecario universitario le corresponde este encargo social y para el cual debe estar preparado, a fin de cumplir con eficacia y efectividad las funciones inherentes al cargo que desempeña. De ahí, que la presente investigación responda a la necesidad de aportar una estrategia de superación técnico- pedagógica sustentada en un modelo de igual naturaleza, debido a la existencia de insuficiencias en su preparación limitando su desempeño profesional. En la búsqueda de alternativas de solución para revertir la situación descrita, se revela la necesidad de fundamentar una propuesta teórica y práctica asociada a la formación permanente de los bibliotecarios de la Universidad de Oriente, a partir de comprender sus particularidades, necesidades, limitaciones, ventajas e intereses.  El modelo es contentivo de: conceptos, caracterización, componentes y relaciones que lo fundamentan. La estrategia se organiza y estructura en tres etapas. La viabilidad y pertinencia de los aportes se corroboran a partir de métodos y técnicas como el criterio de especialistas y talleres de sensibilización y socialización. Palabras clave: Biblioteca universitaria, superación de bibliotecarios, estrategia de superación, modelo pedagógico.   ABSTRACT   The university libraries direct their efforts towards the development and training of professionals that society needs, with a sense of their national identity, identified with their culture and their socialist nation. In this sense, it is opportune to mean how the university librarian is responsible for this social task and for which he must be prepared, in order to effectively and effectively fulfill the functions inherent to the position he holds. Hence, that this research responds to the need to provide a strategy of technical-pedagogical improvement supported by a model of the same nature, due to the existence of inadequacies in their preparation limiting their professional performance. In the search for alternative solutions to reverse the situation described, it reveals the need to base a theoretical and practical proposal associated with the permanent training of librarians of the Universidad de Oriente, from understanding their particularities, needs, limitations, advantages and interests. The model is content of: concepts, characterization, components and relationships that support it. The strategy is organized and structured in three stages. The viability and relevance of the contributions are corroborated from methods and techniques such as the criteria of specialists and awareness and socialization workshops. En la Agenda 2030 para el desarrollo sostenible se establece en el objetivo 5 las metas para prevenir y eliminar todas las formas de violencia contra las mujeres y las niñas; en tal sentido la presente investigación va dirigida a revelar esta problemática en las atletas con discapacidad intelectual moderada del equipo de Gimnasia Rítmica de Santiago de Cuba que tienen trece y catorce años, teniendo como objetivo la aplicación de acciones educativas- terapéuticas para la prevención de actos de violencia en las atletas. A través del trabajo educativo realizado en el proceso de entrenamiento se logró identificar, caracterizar y transformar las conductas de las mismas, desde el sistema de influencias educativas para prevenir la violencia en las estudiantes- atletas. El estudio realizado por las autoras del presente trabajo tuvo un periodo de observación y aplicación de actividades de 8 meses durante el entrenamiento del equipo, que unido a otros métodos científicos tales como la entrevista y la observación permitieron corroborar el problema y aplicar el objetivo. Los resultados obtenidos muestran cambios en el comportamiento de las atletas desde el punto de vista físico, estético, biológico y psicológico que se consideran las conclusiones parciales de esta experiencia pedagógica. ABSTRACT The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development establishes goals to prevent and eliminate all forms of violence against women and girls in Goal 5; In this sense, this research is aimed at revealing this problem in athletes with moderate intellectual disabilities of the Rhythmic Gymnastics team of Santiago de Cuba who are thirteen and fourteen years old, aiming at the application of educational-therapeutic actions for the prevention of acts of violence in athletes. Through the educational work carried out in the training process, it was possible to identify, characterize and transform their behaviors, from the system of educational influences to prevent violence in student-athletes. The study carried out by the authors of the present work had a period of observation and application of activities of 8 months during the training of the team, which together with other scientific methods such as interview and observation allowed to corroborate the problem and apply the objective. The results obtained show changes in the behavior of the athletes from the physical, aesthetic, biological and psychological point of view that are considered the partial conclusions of this pedagogical experience. Esta investigación centra la expresión del “plagio académico” concebida como un factor que afecta a los derechos de los autores e impacta de forma negativa a nivel académico y profesional. Es una investigación de corte cualitativo, donde se analizan y describen a detalle las desventajas de este concepto a través de la técnica de revisión bibliográfica. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran que, el plagio es un obstáculo en el proceso formativo de los estudiantes que limita la capacidad crítica, con causantes principales como el déficit de conocimiento en redacción académica, falta de ética, carencia de sistemas anti-plagio en las instituciones. El plagio es una práctica deshonesta que limita la capacidad de pensamiento crítico, creatividad y ética, tanto en el ámbito académico como en el profesional. El auge de la tecnología ha sido un aliciente para acrecentar las estadísticas de plagio, sin embargo, esto no es un contratiempo reciente, puesto que desde la antigüedad se ha llevado a cabo este tipo de práctica desleal y antiética.  Palabras clave: plagio académico, proceso formativo, ética, transgresión de derechos, ejercicio profesional.   ABSTRACT This research focuses on the expression of "academic plagiarism" conceived as a factor affecting authors' rights and negatively impacts academically and professionally. It is a qualitative investigation, where the disadvantages of this concept are analyzed and described in detail through the technique of bibliographic review. The results showed that plagiarism is an obstacle in the student process that limits critical ability, with major causes such as the knowledge deficit in academic writing, lack of ethics, and lack of anti-plagiarism systems in institutions. Plagiarism is a dishonest practice that limits critical thinking creativity and ethics, both academically and professionally. The rise of technology has been an incentive to increase plagiarism statistics, however, this is not a recent setback, because this kind of unfair and unethical practice has been carried out since ancient times.
