Resumen
This article reflects on the state of knowledge of the academic success experiences of women with disabilities in Costa Rican higher education 2016-2020. Guidelines developed for the construction of the state of the art are described, with the aim of identifying patterns of configuration of a systematization of knowledge. The method used was grounded theory, through the paradigm of coding were elaborated the theoretical and explanatory categories as main axes for the development of the same. Among the results and conclusions, it is highlighted that there is a lack of studies regarding the academic success of this population, the research related to this topic are linked to educational support and the predominance of barriers in university contexts.

Resumen
This article reports on public opinions in relation to a legal reform of the electricity and telecommunication state-owned compan, as well as the sector in general. The opposition to this legal reform generated a widespread protest movement, the largest in the last fifty years. The survey took place at the height of the mobilization. It touches on positions, motivations, information and behavior.

This article analyzes the informative photography of the political conflicts. The chosen subject of the study is the discourse proposal of La Nación, regarding the recent educator strike, wich took place between May and June of 2003. The investigation is based not only on the product, the published photographs, but also on the productive factors that limit the performance of the graphic reporter.

Resumen
Con base en un estudio de caso en el Asentamiento Campesino de Bagatzí, localizado en el Pacífico Norte de Costa Rica, este artículo demuestra como la desmejora reciente en el uso del agua de riego se debe a una red compleja de factores físicos, de características socioeconómicas del grupo de usuarios y de las reglas de uso y acceso al sistema de riego en este Asentamiento. Por otro lado, se demuestra como el fracaso de la acción colectiva surge por la ausencia de mecanismos de monitoreo y sanciones efectivas además de la falta de un elemento que motive la organización. Finalmente, este artículo sugiere que el Estado puede tener un rol proactivo en el desarrollo de la organización local en el Asentamiento.

Resumen
El artículo realiza un análisis comparativo de dos de los momentos más conflictivos en la historia reciente de Costa Rica: el generado con las reformas estructurales impulsadas por el “Pacto Figueres-Calderón” (1995) y el que se produce con el intento de apertura de las telecomunicaciones y de la generación eléctrica (2000). El propósito es avanzar una explicación de los proyectos de sociedad en conflicto que tales coyunturas traslucen, así como discutir sobre la pertinencia analítica que para estos casos tienen los conceptos de “movimiento social” y de “acción colectiva”.

Resumen
A study on knowledge exchange among farmer experimenters who are members of the Unión de Pequeños y Medianos Productores Agropecuarios de Puriscal. The study focuses on the social networks in which they are involved at the local and regional levels. It addresses the internal and external factors that foster or hinder production and circulation of new technological knowledge by men and women farmers in three areas within the district. It also discusses the strengths and weaknesses of informal experiments, the role of local kinship networks and interactions among neighbors, and other types of formal and informal networks at the regional level. Finally, it makes a number of suggestions or recommendations.

Resumen
This paper describes and analyzes the votive ceremony honoring the Mexican heroes of the emancipatory fight of september 1810, which was profuse regarding symbolical and allegorical courage elements. In such a way that was the great building of a provisional monument dedicated to the honour of these heroic figures, designed by the architect Federico E. Mariscal. The reminder activity was realized in 1910, October 6th. It helped to close the commemorative acts of the First Centenary of the Mexico’s Independence.
