Educational reform in general, and the various pedagogies to be applied throughout the educational levels, in particular, have marginalized the weight of reading as the fundamental key in the educational process, perhaps due to mental laziness, and the absence of debate and the necessary reflection to apply the necessary concept of connectivism, without abusing technology. To alleviate this lack, appeal to an open, creative and innovative vision of the concept of innovation, and after exposing the comprehensive project to promote reading, called La Anaconda Feliz, which for various reasons could not be put into practice, we will propose Some concrete clues to return a book to its basic and nuclear function, as we consider the concept of innovation in the open. This integral project had the vocation of constituting a pedagogical experience consisting of carrying out the book on the street, generating readers and provoking an attitude of rescue of ancestral knowledge. Its beneficiaries were the inhabitants of the communities where the project was implemented by UNAE Amazonia, beginning at the beginning with the Kichwa population of Limoncocha.

The teaching-learning process of mathematics requires tools and instruments that serve as a guide and support to the teacher, for which the Laboratory ‘Rurashpa Yachakuy. Learning by doing’ from the UNAE arises to respond to that need of the contemporary teacher to develop logical mathematical thinking in students and answer the question What is learning mathematics and how do we learn? The methodology of ‘Learning by doing’ or in the Kichwa language ‘Ruraspha Yachacuy’ has a constructivist philosophy that starts from the traditional activities (sowing, harvesting, customs, others) that the Andean culture of Ecuador performs. Thus, the laboratory admits a dialectical relationship between mathematical knowledge and concrete manipulative materials. So, the students and future teachers in formation of the UNAE develop a significant learning of mathematics away from techniques or traditional methodologies of the memorization of algorithms and repetitions of formulas without a sense.

The student has a good school performance when he is motivated and interested in the classes that he receives. When planning the classes you must remember the diversity of strategies, techniques, resources and methodologies that exist and that facilitate learning. In the article presents a creative and innovative proposal aimed to a contextualized education, that is to say, to make the learning of mathematical curriculars contents taking into account the context; it is intended that students learn the content and give you useful for their daily lives. Within the proposed emphasis to the context to use it as a resource, or stage of learning. The context is part of the student; each student is different, have their needs, hobbies, and interests that arise depending on your environment; if classes have the objective of covering and/or enhance the characteristics of the students achieved a significant learning in them.

In this article, we talk about a research and innovation project being carried out at the National University of Education (UNAE) in Ecuador, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education. We are developing a school for students from 3 to 18 years old, annexed to the University, guided by the parameters of a new pedagogical model promoted at the University. In this work we focus on the role of art in the school and its broader pedagogical system, on our own understanding of the ‘aesthetic dimension’ in this educational project, and of the importance of the ‘aesthetic dimension’ in learning environments. We suggest that art can catalyse human development, community, and divergent thinking in important ways. We also show how an interdisciplinary understanding of the ‘aesthetic dimension’ can be put to work in Ecuadorian schools, and perhaps in many others as well.

When I entered the UNAE as a teacher of the Shuar Chicham and Aproximación Diagnóstica chairs with the first cycle EIB students in April 2017, I had the idea that I should be subject to rigid and inflexible working models in search of academic achievements of excellence. A pleasant surprise was the humanism that is promoted in the UNAE. It allows us to offer alternative and innovative learning, in accordance with the Pedagogical Model and that of the Pre-professional Practices, whose foundation tries to theorize practice and gives substantial relevance to "learning by doing". In this context, the subjects of Shuar Chicham and Diagnostic Approach make the experience direct in the Shuar communities of the Amazon, where the students have the pedagogical and cultural coexistence tour, in which they are involved in the life of the students, teachers and parents of the CECIB of the Shuar nationality of the Intercultural Bilingual Education System. In the article I explain the importance that the university assigns to the ancestral knowledge of the Shuar culture.

This article aims to relate some of the personal and pedagogical experiences lived as a teacher of students in the different levels of the Ecuadorian Educational System, through some reflections on the theme of the arts and its empowerment in Education, as strategies and resources for learning, linking music, dance, drawing, poetry, literature and theater. Emphasis is given to issues related to music, mainly considered as the driving force for changes from and to the integral formation of the human being. It is aware of the fragility and sensitivity of contributing and navigating with the artistic instruments considered in learning. Among the significant reflections is the mediation of art and inclusion in the daily learn and teach. Emphasis is placed on experiences, knowledge building with artistic backgrounds, fundamental for growth, emotional, personal and as a human being.

Introduction: the voice represents a fundamental factor in the construction of sexual identity. A gender-nonconforming voice places the individual at risk of feelings of inadequacy that should be taken into account by the voice professional. The objective was to analyze the self-perception of the voice in transsexual women through the TVQMtF. Material and methods: simple transversal descriptive study. The TVQMtF was applied in 17 transsexual. The TVQMtF has 30 items that describe experiences related to vocal functioning, psychosocial impact and restrictions on participation in society, which are scored according to a scale of 4 points: 1 never or very rarely, 2 sometimes, 3 often and 4 frequently or always, in addition the current and ideal voice is valued, by choosing one of the following five options: very feminine, something feminine, neutral, something masculine or very masculine. The scores were analyzed by establishing measures of central position and frequency ranges and the results were expressed as percentages. Results: the experiences related to vocal functioning and psychosocial impact of voice were the most frequent. The restrictions to participating in society were the less frequent. The current and ideal voice was considered somewhat female by most of the participants. Conclusions: TVQMtF can be considered a valid self-report tool to capture the MtF women’s experiences related to their voice and provide a means of information in the vocal training.
