The labor framework has high demands for the correct behavior of the worker. This often feels serious levels of shame, guilt, or, conversely, feel organizational pride. The human organizational experience makes people get used to moral feelings. Several studies show that the female gender is more emotionally reactive. The study's general objective was to identify the effect of the work environment, gender, and age on emotional moral judgment, moral horror, pride, guilt, and emotional moral balance. A statistical factorial and variance analysis was applied on the indices and subindices. The participants were 154 employees, 78 female and 76 male, in four different work environments: educational, commercial, global corporate, and industrial, located in the Tabasco state, Mexico. Work environments had a medium impact on the level of workers' moral emotions and moral judgment. Contrarily, neither gender nor age represented differences in the indices. It is concluded that judgment and moral emotions are regularly affected by the work environment, and, finally, neither age nor gender affects emotions or moral judgment.   Keywords: moral emotional balance, emotional moral competence, pride, guilt, work environment.

As the digitalization of financial services increases, it is the customers who benefit, and the banks have more capacity to enhance the experience and digital satisfaction of their target customers. The paper focuses on an important issue of the Vietnamese banking system. It is the process of digital transformation through applying leading fintechs to their core banking platform. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to explore the possible relationship between customer satisfaction with digital banking services and the other observed variables due to the theory of SERVQUAL. This study reaffirms and adds to the measurement scale system of customer satisfaction concepts while experiencing digital banking services. This helps researchers in the banking sector of Vietnam and around the world have a scale to conduct their researches on customer satisfaction. The author also uses quantitative analysis for a random sample survey within the banking network of Northern region of Vietnam (290 samples in total). Descriptive analysis, reliability analysis of scale, exploratory factor analysis, or multiple regression analysis all provide better perspectives on the relationship between customer satisfaction and the digital services that banks are offering. The major findings of the study involve the fact that focusing on minimizing response time to customers' inquiries and individualizing services to each one of them are the things that the digital banks in Vietnam need to do beforehand. To conclude, the roles of tangibles and responsiveness in the digital banking services can only be examined much more thoroughly in the upcoming researches while this one cannot.   Keywords: Customer satisfaction; Customer loyalty; Digital bank; E-banking service; Vietnam

The Solidarity, Social and Territorial Responsibility (RSST) arises from the theoretical advances that seek from the individual feeling to give meaning to the co-responsibility between human beings towards their habitat. Thus, the need to carry out this research emerges, seeking to analyze solidarity and social territorial responsibility as an emerging development model for Bogotá. Wich is framed in the governance of the rule of law, which promotes public management by activating the territorial society against the distribution and use of space in market economies, taking as reference population the street vendors of the city of Bogotá, where there are a total of 50,038 registered in the RIVI according to a publication made by the Institute for the Social Economy. The Praxeological methodology exposed by Bautista (2016) and Juliao Vargas (2011) was used for research development, and the results allow to establish equity in the natural resources administration and the balance in the land use against the environment; demonstrating the governance incidence, solidarity, social responsibility and the territory in the emerging development of geographical space, the improvement in its competitiveness, the inclusion and the well-being of all its inhabitants.   Keywords: territorial solidarity and social responsibility, emerging development, competitiveness, governance, welfare.

In recent years, both knowledge management and sustainability at the supply chain level have attracted the scientific community's interest because of their potential to generate a competitive advantage in organizations, so their adoption together could increase benefits not only for organizations but also for people's planet. Therefore, the study's objective was to examine the research state on the relation between knowledge management and sustainability at the supply chain level. The methodology used was a structured literature review, during which articles published from 1980 to March 2019 were reviewed for qualitative analysis of content; the results may be useful for the academic community and the business sector in identifying lines of future research and frameworks to guide their action, respectively. The findings position knowledge management as a driver of sustainability in the supply chain context and reinforce the need for more research to investigate its relationship and effect on business performance. The value of the research lies in the contribution to understanding both constructs and identifying their current state, drivers, and future lines of research.   Keywords: knowledge management; sustainability, supply chain; literature review, management

This text proposes a methodology for re-learning and incubating Inter-Transdisciplinary Collaborative Collectives in higher education institutions that allows addressing the urgent needs in the face of the complex socio-environmental problems of the 21st century. Through the transdisciplinary participatory action-research methodology, the research results of more than six years of collective academic work are reported. As institutions that generate knowledge, the universities are increasingly obliged to influence the restoration of our chaotic humanity and nature in general. Everyday realities present situations (problems and paradoxes) that are more difficult to address with reductionist, linear approaches and individual and disciplinary practices. It becomes relevant and urgent to build actions based on new paradigms, with logics of thought and action capable of generating empathy scenarios based on inter-transdisciplinary approaches. In this sense, what is presented here is an experience of knowledge generation within the university educational field. It arises from the collaborative work that has been generated by the academic group that writes this article from different areas of knowledge of the University of Veracruz, from the construction of synergies from inter and transdisciplinary dialogue. This proposal aims to be an instrument that, step-by-step, guides the formation of groups of academics and/or students and can move towards collaborative inter-transdisciplinary research. In this way, situations can be approached with a more comprehensive approach, and responses can be given considering the interwoven, complex, transversal, and sustainably human wholes. Keywords: Human Sustainability; Complexity; University Transformation; Planetary Crisis; Alternatives.

The objective of this article is to analyze the participation of the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) in the actions of University Social Responsibility (RSU) of the Technical University of Machala. Its contribution is managed through three dimensions, which are economic, social, and environmental, so it seeks to expand not only economic benefits but also at an environmental level that allows the sustainability of the activities carried out by the higher education institution. A methodology was approached from a quantitative approach, using the deductive method that allows synthesizing the general facts; the technique used was the application of a digital survey carried out on the student community of the different careers of the Technical University of Machala. The results are obtained by applying statistical tests such as the Chi-square 〖(X〗^2) using the Stata 16 program to measure the association of the two concepts involved in the study, which are presented in tables of contingency for their respective analysis. It is highlighted that the results indicate that there are certain USR actions given by the university which are not fully understood or assimilated by their interest groups; in this sense, the HEI should implement certain strategies that allow overcoming this barrier. Keywords: Triple Bottom Line; University Social Responsibility; Sustainability; Corporate Social Responsibility; Society; University.

Several decades after the appearance of the Social Responsibility (SR) construct, it continues to evolve. However, the authors continue to cover different aspects; during the health contingency due to COVID-19, SR has moved towards a business perspective with a feeling more human, more social, and more critical. From a global perspective, companies that fail to fulfill their social responsibilities have become a common phenomenon, giving way to what some authors call corporate hypocrisy. Given this scenario, this document aims to analyze and explain the relationship of hypocrisy perceived by human talent with Corporate Social Responsibility from an analytical and interpretive perspective. A descriptive analysis of border literature was used from different approaches, business lines, and countries, which converge in the same critical position of Social Responsibility between saying and doing. In this document, different views of authors are exposed who promote the benefits that are a flag of conviction to have the Social Responsibility approach; for this reason, it was necessary to analyze the counterpart with the points of view of other authors. It is concluded that corporate hypocrisy within the actions of Social Responsibility can only be avoided with consistent and permanent action by all interest groups that are part of the organization. Keywords: Social responsibility; corporate hypocrisy; communication; transparency; human resources.

Some researchers have sought to accurately measure unobservable phenomena, such as organizational culture, as an initial condition for organizational change and adaptation to dynamic global environments. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the organizational culture in agricultural companies in the south of Maracaibo's Lake, Zulia-Venezuela, to determine the type of culture that prevails in these production units. Concurrent triangulation research design is used to obtain information concerning the current status of the organizational culture, with a mixed approach, an empiricist conception of truth, and a pragmatic paradigm. To support the central variable of the study, it was necessary to consult authors such as Barrientos et al. (2021), Cancino and Mellado (2019); Denison (1996); Falcones (2014), among others. The sample consisted of 14 agricultural production units from the Sucre municipality in Zulia State, where 42 individuals were surveyed, using questionnaires as data collection instruments, allowing the triangulation of data. The results were processed from descriptive statistics using SPSS25®. As a result, it highlights a stable organizational culture, emphasizing leadership and decision-making processes in maintaining the status quo of the companies, and an inclination towards organizational activities, on which their productive continuity and adaptation to environmental factors have depended. It is concluded that the organizational culture of the agricultural company presents the distributed features such as stability, respecting principles of coherence and reliability, socialization, and ethical codes. Keywords: Organizational culture; adaptation; leadership; agricultural company.

This paper aims to perform a bibliometric and gender perspective analysis of scientific publications in Scopus and Web of Science in the area of Peruvian nursing. A bibliometric analysis design was used. The analysis comprised 130 articles in Scopus and 104 articles in Web of Science. The main indicators included the annual production of articles, the most cited authors and articles, and a thematic analysis of the keywords. In terms of authorship in Scopus, there are seven women among the first 10 authors, but in Web of Science, there are only 3. For citations, female nurses and authors at Scopus receive a higher proportion of citations than males. However, in Web of Science, male nurses receive proportionately more citations. Regarding the first 10 journals we found on the Web of Science, Emerging Source Citation Index journals have more indexed articles than Journal Citation Reports journals. The statistical correlation coefficient between the articles published in Scopus and Web of Science is 0.92. The scientific production in Peru in the nursing field shows no female bias in Scopus, but that is not the case for Web of Science. In addition, the total number of articles published in Peru respecting other fields is low, as is the level of international collaboration between the authors. Keywords: Bibliometrics; Gender Perspective; Gender Studies; Nursing Research; nurses; Gender differences; Scopus; Web of Science; Peru.

Engagement and burnout have been defined as extremes of a continuum to represent the health and well-being of people at work, whether as a work result or other life circumstances. On the other hand, it must be recognized that the pandemic times have considerably affected all areas of human life, and the organizational one has not escaped this. In this context, this research aims to review scientific articles that deal with Engagement and Burnout to know the contributions made by researchers in this relevant organizational field, focusing the analysis on the times we live in as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. To achieve the objectives, a database of 315 articles published in Web of Science (WOS) indexed journals during the period 2020-2022 was analyzed. Following the guidelines of Toulmin's argumentative model (Rodríguez-Bello, 2004), the following causal assertion was defined: "The engagement and burnout of workers during the COVID-19 pandemic is influenced by the governance of organizations". The reviewed articles were established as evidence and the database as collateral. The main results show that social and organizational governance influences the health and well-being of workers, which impacts their performance and thus the outcomes of their respective organizations. Keywords: Engagement; Burnout; Organizational Governance; People management; COVID-19.
