The current article aims to underline the exegetical comments given from the 6th to 15th centuries by some Latin Fathers, theologians, and hymnographers on several metaphorical expressions, such as templum Dei, tabernaculum, domicilium Deitatis, arca, and other similar terms referring to spaces or containers reserved for godhead. We have used as a methodological strategy the comparative analysis of Latin Christian primary sources: the writings of the Church Fathers and theologians and the medieval liturgical hymns. After collecting the large set of exegetical comments in this regard, the comparative analysis of these texts allows us to confirm that all the Latin Christian masters analyzed here coincide in interpreting the metaphorical expressions above as eloquent symbols of God the Son’s incarnation in Mary’s virginal womb. However, beyond this significant concordance, these Christian thinkers brought during these ten centuries three different, inherently interconnected, and complementary exegetical variants: one, strictly Mariological; a second one, strictly Christological; the third, as a binary option, Mariological and Christological at the same time.

The employability of university graduates is a topical issue and an issue of vital importance for the analysis of the quality of higher education and its curricula. This new issue has become one of the main concerns of today’s society. Among the European countries with the highest unemployment rates is Spain, along with Greece, Portugal and Italy. However, it’s important to note that these rates are falling in inverse relation to the educational level of the population. The aim of this article is twofold: to analyse the labour market outcomes of graduates of the Degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources at the University of Seville in the academic years 2013/2014, 2014/2015, 2015/2016 and 2016/2017 and to find out whether the training received by students meets the expectations required by the labour market A structured questionnaire has been designed to collect information from all graduates. The items of the questionnaire collect information related to the duration of the studies, the period of time until they found a job, as well as the degree of satisfaction with the skills and competences acquired throughout the training period, observing the differences from a gender perspective. Among the results obtained, we highlight the significant employability rates of the graduates in Labour Relations and Human Resources, exceeding an average of 70% in the four academic years analysed in terms of labour market insertion.

Transformations at working places produced relevants changes in economical, social and cultural areas. Digitalization at working places, has generated, through time, great challenges for working people. Nowadays, regulations on tutoring and education are requiered, more than ever before. Specifically for the weakest part of the working chain: the worker. Reflecting on the importance of professional development has become a must. A right that contributes to expand frontiers, in accordance with the working skills and experiences acquired by the worker during its working trajectory. In Uruguay, professional development in the private field has its own characteristics; an integrated system, which generates rights, warrants, and duties of social actors. Particularly this task , developed by the private field, is analized by Professional development and employment national institute; within this particular pandemia context. A real challenge, which work has been reinforced as a legitime participative and regulative mechanism, which contributes to the social and productive development

Today we cannot think of the work of the future without 3 elements: technological, process and people. We must rethink processes, markets and paradigms within the framework of a new organizational culture emerging after the pandemic. The catalytic effect that technologies have had in conserving jobs and recovering those lost is undeniable; teleworking, distance training and on-demand digital platforms have taken a leading role in the world of work. In addition to this, the current labor reality shows how far the salaried worker scheme is, for which the existing social security was designed; This suggests a rethinking to protect the worker from the risks of health, disease and old age.

To contribute to transforming professional practices, we created a distance learning course for Continuing Education in Health facilitators. Upwards of 150 professionals from Londrina took part in the course. This study aims to examine the contributions of this course from the participants' perspective. This is a quantitative and qualitative survey, and data were collected from focus groups and semistructured interviews. The focus group discussions and interviews were taped and transcribed, and the closed questions processed using the Epi Info software. The results indicate that the course allowed the deployment of collective spaces for reflection on practices and drove team integration. The facilities and difficulties involved securing space, time, material and support, but motivation, interest and participation were also highlighted. It is concluded that a contribution was made to a more humane, welcoming practice among both management and care health professionals.

The aim of this article is to get to know and understand the health needs, through one's self-perception of the state of health and disease, considering the social inequalities there are in the rural town of Rincão dos Maia, Canguçu, Rio Grande do Sul. The method triangulation approach was used. Twenty subjects were interviewed in the qualitative design. The sample was intentional, illustrative of the different life situations, and the analysis was thematic. The results indicated that the feeling of being ill is strongly tied to how one experiences the disease, in view of the inability this state brings about, whether physical or mental. Alternating between feeling sick or healthy comes from the practical verification of the fact that no state is continuous. Observing the natural environment signals just how tenuous the states of health and disease in fact are. The 'life situation,' compiled based on the living conditions and on the mobilization of social resources, showed that despite the economic differences, this group was socially cohese, especially in its farmer cultural matrix. The need to consider the meaning of the health and disease phenomenon as an indispensable tool to formulate health prevention and promotion programs for the rural population is therefore emphasized.

The purpose of this article is to present the perspective of students who were completing the college of Dentistry about their learning in the Collective Oral Health area, and to get to know their perception about the Single Health System (SUS). Almost all of the students mentioned the importance of the content that was worked on in Public Oral Health, acknowledged that the way their professors approached the issue was appropriate, noted the positive aspects of the SUS, and saw a real prospect of entering this field of work. However, most of them are more interested in traditional clinical activities, even while considering entering the SUS. This is possibly driven by the large amount of clinical subjects offered by the colleges of Dentistry. In order for the SUS to be effective, it is essential to get health professionals involved in strengthening social control, particularly in the alliance with the population and in service management. Because of this, training in Dentistry must deepen its discussion regarding those factors and about the enhanced clinic perspective, allowing the achievements made by the SUS to afford concrete benefits both to healthcare professionals, while performing their function of transforming the social reality, and to the population in the conquest of their constitutional rights.

Community health agents (CHA) are among the professional players that make up the Family Health Strategy (FHS) teams, and their performance is considered as critical to the expansion and consolidation of this strategy. Since the first local experiences with CHAs in the late 1970s, their sociodemographic profile has been changing. This article aims to present and discuss the aspect of education and training of the CHAs who work in Program Area (PA) 5.2 of the city of Rio de Janeiro, integrating work and education and understanding the work as an emancipatory principle. This study was formulated based on the methodological triangulation idea, reached here based on the original formulation of Denzin. Data on the CHAs' education were obtained via an individual self-applied questionnaire answered by 301 of the CHAs of the 12 FHS modules and six Community Health Workers Strategy (CHWS) modules of PA 5.2. The presentation and discussion of the data show changes in this worker's educational profile, and it can be concluded that the CHA is a worker who is in search of alternative schooling and vocational training. An expansion of the schooling and technical education is defended as a process to consolidate the Unified Health System.
