The informal caregiver arises from the need to care for sick and elderly in their homes with the task of assisting with medications, hygiene and food without payment. This kind of aid raises overhead in physical, psychological and financial. From the quality of care emphasizes the need to look at and assist caregivers in helping hard their patients, which most are elderly. The aim is to present the perceptions experienced by informal caregivers, as well as recognition of the same burdens that affect them holistically: emotional, physical, financial and the importance of developing coping strategies through training on how to better care. The interviewed in the research belong to the North and Central Portugal, answer to the survey adapted from The Zarit Burden Interview. The interviews were analyzed with the support of NVivo 8 software. The data indicate that informal caregivers face more types of physical and emotional than financial burden. However, they stressed that despite the difficulties like taking care of their families. About being invited to participate in training on how to best care, some have confirmed their interest. We found that informal caregivers are lacking of an education that enables them to better care for preventing unsafe consequences.

This study aimed to make an integrative review of the literature on integrality and oral health care. Publications made after 2004, both official (Ministry of Health website) and academic papers (Virtual Health Library) were surveyed using five descriptors ('oral health integrality', 'dentistry integrality',' oral health integrality,' 'integrality oral health,' 'oral health comprehensiveness,' 'integrality' - filter 'oral health'). After the exclusion criteria had been applied, 39 references were read and analyzed in the light of the senses of integrality, of which two official documents and 37 academic papers. Unique professional attitudes, the way health services are organized, and planning policies aimed at integrality are contents present in the references. The idea of integrality was connected to their devices (outreach, connection, accountability), academic training, to teamwork, and to the need for different levels of assistance. Other aspects, such as the work process, management mechanisms and intersectionality, should be part of future studies involving the interface of integrality with oral health.

This article aims to cast a critical eye on the preparation process used for a set of teaching materials in health education, which was produced from 2007 at the Federal University of São João del Rei for use in a program aimed at combating intestinal parasites. The materials were analyzed in order to address the strengths and weaknesses that were found. As a result, such materials were reworked for use as educational media that respect identities and contribute to building knowledge on health. It is expected that the proposals that were made for material redesign and correction, along with the positive characteristics that were analyzed, may contribute to the production of new materials and contribute to improving the supply of products that mediate the process of building knowledge in health.

There can be a dual approach to every work situation. It is the place where a task is done, one which has been planned previously and which leads the worker to an intense intellectual activity. But it is also a unique moment in life, with its arbitrations. In this case, the task is no longer seen as the first. In fact, it enters the realms of the debate of rules that characterize the worker's activity from the critical perspective, the one of the choices a human being never ceases making. We believe these two perspectives correspond to Pierre Pastré and Yves Schwartz's views, respectively. They complement and enrich the analysis: the intersection between them gives rise, notably, to an unprecedented emphasis on the issue of skills.

How to recognize work when is not work anymore? This question entails two aspects: the first one is a question of method (how to recognize work?). The second one is about this hypothetical subject that is 'work when it is not work anymore?'. If we talk about non-profit and informal work opposed to 'standard' work, then 'work that is not work anymore' is actually still work. Although, from an ethnocentric point of view, it is different from 'standard' work, which is supposed to be a reference in order to identify the nature of human activities. However, when analyzing the norm in informal activities, whatever the prevailing kind of work in a society, and from a conceptual as well as from a practical point of view, allows us to consider that a social human activity cannot be informal. A few methodological points will help us to understand these activities supposed to be informal, focusing on ergonomic's and ergology's epistemic principles.

This paper discusses, from the perspective of ergology, the concept of work. We place the definitions of it throughout history by different currents of thought and debate about the unprecedented nature, invisible and visible of labor. What it entails and what it allows us to infer in terms of collective and personal human investment. What it reveals in terms of continuity of ways of doing and what it omits in terms of knowledge invested. We seek to rework the notion of work, trying to explain the dilemmas evoked. Finally, we suggest how this review of the concept of work could also interrogate the historian's work.
