Resumen
Nowadays in Colombia, women living in María la Baja, a municipality in the department of Bolívar, persist in their organizational processes to attend to the development of claiming objectives in view of the consequences generated by the armed conflict. Their interactions, efforts and mobilizations to claim the State, focus their attention on the search for the restoration of their rights and those of their families due to displacement. They aim to achieve the return to their lands, to have safe housing and public services, to work in a dignified and honest manner, as it always was and has been their aspiration. In these processes, they identify and experience new ways of understanding the social phenomena, thus directing their social bets and introducing changes in their family environments and daily life.

Resumen
This article is about the implications of oil palm cultivation in the agricultural production structure and food security of María la Baja, Colombia, one of the municipalities with the highest representation in agricultural production in the Caribbean region, and especially palm of oil. For this, the agricultural evaluations of the period 2001-2014 are analyzed, as well as the results of both a survey applied to oil palm producers and an interview with sellers of agri-food products in the market square. The above results are contrasted with the analysis of the vulnerability of food security developed by the Department of Social Prosperity (DPS) and the World Food Program (WFP). The results show that the growth of oil palm has led to a significant decline in food crops; food security vulnerability has also increased.

The pedagogical processes in initial education : a proposal for the construction of social subjects.

Resumen
The present paper describes, analyzes and represents the pedagogical processes carried out in the Centers of Child Development –CDI (In Spanish), institutional modality of Cartagena, in order to show the incidence of these actions orientated to the construction of autonomous, reflexive and researcher subjects. Ten CDI of the city were analyzed and it was found that the initial education offered in these institutions directly affects the strengthening and development of cognitive, communicative, corporal, socio-emotional and aesthetic capacities in children under 5 years of age who participate Nonetheless, there is a disarticulation between the initial education offered at CDIs and formal education, which constitutes an obstacle to the improvement of the quality of education and to the recognition of enhanced capacities in children through initial education.
