Resumen
It is undisputed that big cities are the geographical areas which, due to the better opportunities they offer in terms of employment, as well as education and health services, have a higher population density. These large concentrations of population require more and more goods and services, which implies that the productive activities developed to provide these goods and services, generate important environmental impacts that must be mitigated. In this sense, the real challenge of urbanism, consist in incorporate the sustainable development principles and conservation of natural resources, within the planning of urban spaces, which are currently saturated with noise and pollution. Undoubtedly, the adequate and timely use of urban planning instruments can generate effective tools to control the greater problems on issues as water management, solid waste and urban mobility, making it possible for city dwellers to have more efficient services and a better quality of life.

Resumen
The following study carries out an analysis of physical environment, social and economic situation and touristic perspective of a region in the North West of León called Montaña de Riaño. In this way, we approach both problems that will must be tackle and solve, and advantages and attractions that could mean a touristic incentive. The main purpose of this research will be to set up goals and suggestions to implant a Plan of Touristic Development (PTD). Development and Environment Models; Case study of the city of Madrid. Thoughts on a city in progress
Sotelo Pérez, Ignacio

Resumen
The present work has the purpose of showing in a partial and general way the Model of Development and territorial organization, of the urban city of the current Madrid. City understood in this study, through two meanings. On the one hand, seen from a historical perspective, that is, the reflection of history in its streets, history that, without a doubt, and, more there are of the tourist itineraries, we can only guess in the layout of some of its avenues, buildings of historical tradition, settlement, ..., that would conform, with the step of the years, the different old planes like, for example, the old plane of Texeira. On the other hand, the city that we are currently treading is the living essence of the construction processes that make up the periods from the late 1940s to the present, that is to say, the city with which we now find ourselves is the practical embodiment of the law to the territory. A territory on which the current plan of a modern and contemporary city has been established, that has reached its normative and institutional consolidation in the literality of the Preliminary Title of our Magna Carta, where the constituent of seventy-eight reaffirmed as the capital of the Democratic State "the town of Madrid" located in it, although not imperatively, the fundamental institutions of the not so much, young democracy. Development and organization of the territory that has left a deep mark on the Environment and where the relation State, market and intervention of the public powers has configured a path that has been built in an increasingly more global reality.

Resumen
Andalucía is an autonomous community located in the south of Spain. This investigation puts the focus on the analysis of land use and land cover changes, and the decline of the Mediterranean forest in this particular location, from 1956 to 2007. Through the maps of vegetal cover, slope and impermeability the investigation looks for a demonstration that these indicators are directly interrelated with the recoil of the vegetal surface. Since 1956 there has been an increasing urbanization of the flat areas and a greater waterproofing of the soil, presenting a fragmentation of the space. This results in diffuse and non-concentrated growth. The cultivation plots suffer a decline of the extension in use, and leads to a greater intensification of the space. It is therefore proposed to reinstall the natural systems, avoiding the advance of waterproof areas that lead to further fragmentation of the city.

Resumen
In this article we have approached the reality surrounding the intervention of public authorities in the control of air pollution in our country. This is done through the planning, management and protection of the air we breathe. In Spain, as in the other countries that make up the European Union, Economic growth brings the constant increase in the consumption of natural resources, the generation of waste and pollutants that spread to the atmosphere generating “air pollution” and the exposure of citizens to numerous toxic and harmful substances that put at risk and generate dangers and uncertainty, among other issues, to human health. In this way, we can affirm, without a doubt, that the progress generated in the integration of the environment in the decision-making process and in the realization of sectoral policies they are relatively slow.

Resumen
Successive restructuring plans for the coal mining industry initiated in the mid-1980s did not have the expected results. The majority of the aid, directed from a purely economic point of view, was used to cover operating costs, as well as early retirement and redundancy payments. Thus, the reactivation of the mining basins did not produce enough economic alternatives to assume a real alternative to coal. Thus, in the current Closing Plan 2013-2018, the mining basins of Teruel face a future as black as coal, since if there is no economic alternative the territory's destiny is doomed.

Resumen
Many of the most important writings that had been produced during dictatorship periods in Latin America have included mechanisms of concealment that allowed them to elude both censorship and direct denounce. This mechanism, which emerged thanks to a hostile and dangerous production context, remained active in the subsequent decades when the de facto governments came to an end. In the case of the literature of the Río de la Plata, that type of writing gained certain prestige, but at the same time it became a cliché when producing texts about the problems and injuries dictatorial regimes have left as legacy.
