Introduction: Burkitt's lymphoma is an aggressive form of B cell lymphoma generally diagnosed in children and young adults. This tumor has three variants: African (endemic), American (sporadic), and immunodeficiency-associated. Objective: present a case of Burkitt's lymphoma that manifested as a tumor mass in the upper right maxillary region of a patient with AIDS treated at Professor Edgar Santos University Hospital in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. Clinical case: a male 20-year-old HIV-positive patient was referred from another hospital with a possible odontogenic infection that persisted after drainage and antibiotic therapy. The patient presented a tumor growth in the upper right gingival mucosa. After biopsy, histopathological findings were suggestive of Burkitt's lymphoma. An immunohistochemical panel was positive for CD20 and Bcl6 and negative for CD3, Bcl2, and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase antibodies. The Ki67 expression level was 80 %. The final diagnosis was immunodeficiency-associated Burkitt's lymphoma. The patient was successfully treated with cytoreductive chemotherapy (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone), followed by high-dose methotrexate, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin and vincristine, alternating with high-dose cytarabine, ifosfamide and etoposide. No signs of recurrence have been noted during the follow-up period. Conclusions: Burkitt's lymphoma is an aggressive neoplasia with a rapidly progressing clinical course. Therefore, differential diagnosis from other benign oral diseases is of great importance.

Placed in the IP "Actors and Factors of The Microentorno of the Esquel Delegation of the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the Patagonia San Juan Bosco National University", this work arises in which a specific tool of market research is applied. Semantic Differential (DS). The purpose of DS is to measure the meaning that has a certain object or situation for people, seeking to grasp the affective meaning. In the present work, the students are consulted regarding the degree courses offered by our institution, seeking to specify the qualities related to the same discipline in relation to academic and labor aspects. Questions that we try to answer are: What is the valuation of the student of degree of Economic Sciences of the profession for which it is being formed and of the race that is taking? Are there differences in these ratings according to the height of the race in which you are? What is your perception of the characteristics of the chosen discipline and its professional responsibilities?.The qualifications that the students contribute spontaneously regarding the races that they are useful, practical, important and interesting. That the chosen race was dictated in the Faculty was one of the motivational factors that determined its permanence in Esquel, to carry out its university studies. The opinion of the Faculty as an institution, both for the students who are entering the different careers and for those who are finishing their courses, is of acceptance.

Resumen
The concept of Creative Economy has been debated during the last decade in countries with different cultural, social and economic contexts. The creative economy is the cycle that encompasses the creation, production and distribution of products and services that use knowledge, creativity and intellectual assets as the main productive resources of cultural wealth. In Brazil, in 2013, the Ministry of Culture (MinC) created the Observatory of Creative Economy of Brazil (OBEC) with a proposal for coordination of action that was extended throughout the Brazilian society and coordinates the promotion of the public policies of culture, supports citizen action and cultural diversity to strengthen the cultural role of groups and communities, with access to cultural assets. The Federal University of Amazonas, in 2013, in the exercise of its ethical, political and social commitments in the Amazon region, as part of the Brazilian network of the creative economy of the MinC, has organized the Observatory of Creative Economy of the State of Amazonas ( OBEC-AM) whose objective is to map existing studies on production and consumption of the Creative Economy; promote new studies and create an information system and the exchange of experiences, spaces for innovation among producers and development agencies; and train professionals. The result of the work of OBEC-AM is the promotion of interactive actions of dissemination, exchange, information for public policies and structuring of technical actions aimed at creative skills.

Resumen
In the context of the National Higher Education Assessment System (SINAES), Brazilian Higher Education Institutions (IES) live a paradox that involves the research and academic production of teachers. The demand for research in institutional evaluations falls only on the universities. However, in the evaluations of the educational program, the production of teachers is required, regardless of the type of HEI to which the program is linked. This article is based on a broader research that is part of the author's doctoral thesis and aims to present and discuss the legal basis to which it deals with research and academic production in Brazilian HEI, as well as raise the discussion of possible improvements for the improvement of the SINAES. The main laws that regulate Brazilian Higher Education and the aspects related to academic research were studied. It was possible to demonstrate that the current legislation promotes an inconsistency between the organizational distinction of the HEIs and the indicators established in the evaluation instruments of the SINAES. As well as, it became evident that the current configuration of the system discourages the academic production of professors in graduation and favors so that there is a separation of teaching and research, making it necessary the discussion of prompts that can at least minimize these impacts . In this way, it seeks to contribute to the debates about the improvement of the SINAES and for the evaluation of the research activity in the graduation in all types of HEIs.

Resumen
The objective of this study is to characterize the behavior of consolidated purchases of medicines (CC), as a strategy of the most important public health policies of recent years to achieve cost containment since 2013. In addition, it is proposed to know if it has been achieved efficiency in spending that guarantees coverage of the needs of the population. To do this, it seeks to measure the efficiency of public expenditure (Ψ) in medicines by defining three goals: 1). "CC coverage index" (Θ). 2). "Expenditure Efficiency Index in CC per capita" (Λ). 3). "Composite Index of Price Dispersion" (ξ). This results in the Global Efficiency Index of the CC (Ψ); it will be done only with beneficiaries of the IMSS and the ISSSTE due to their better availability and information. The study carries out an evaluation of the consolidated purchases of medicines for the years 2013 to 2016, which are proposed as a public health policy aimed at containing expenditure and thereby achieving greater budgetary efficiency. It shows that there is a set of deficiencies that suggests the redesign and programming of the process in each of its stages. It is necessary that the authorities consider new criteria for the definition of drug codes that must participate and thus avoid an increasing number of empty codes, purchases outside of consolidated and non-compliance due to omissions of purchasing institutions as well as suppliers.

Resumen
Getting-up and sitting from a chair is a frequent activity during the day, and is an important requirement for achieving functional goals such as walking. Inability to sit-to-stand (STS) leads to severe mobility limitations like in Cerebral Palsy (CP) patients. The aim of this study is to describe biomechanical characteristics and analysis systems of the change from STS in children with CP by means of reviewing published papers in scientific databases. Fifty papers were fond and 11 were selected. An increase in the task execution time of the change from SSP was found in children with CP, along with compensatory movements necessary to achieve the task. Besides, a relationship between the GMFCS level and task execution time was also found. Assessing this kind of tasks are important for define functional independence in children with CP. Besides, it is important to consider compensatory movements when performing change from STS, like ankle position, and other variables like the height of the chair, when children perform the activity. Controlling these variables reflects a better functional performance of children with CP in their every-day environment.

Resumen
Lung cancer is a chronic pathology that favors physical and pulmonary dysfunction, affecting health-related quality of life, as well as a range of economic, emotional, and social dependencies. Pulmonary rehabilitation proves to be a treatment option that offers benefits in physical condition, autonomy and quality of life. Objective: To present the changes of a pulmonary rehabilitation program in a patient with a history of bronchogenic cancer undergoing lung wedge surgery. Method: Case study of a patient who was referred for pulmonary rehabilitation after having undergone a wedge resection due to bronchogenic cancer. An evaluation was made at the beginning and at the end of the study, recording sociodemographic, clinics and quality of life variables. There were 8 weeks of training three times per week of endless aerobic exercise, muscle strengthening and individual and group educational meetings. Results: The functional capacity assessed with the six-minute walk test shows an improvement of 39 meters in the traveled distance. Quality of life improves after the rehabilitation program by associating it with the domains to join the activities of daily living. Discussion: The pulmonary rehabilitation program had positive results regarding functional capacity and quality of life; quality life results can be complemented with the European organization’s questionnaire for lung cancer.
