Resumen
The objective of this article is to explore the visual identity of Modern Face Roman (Didones) font in relation to the historical and theoretical evolution of typography, assessing why it has been the subject of such disparate evaluations in different typographical theories and reconsidering certain elements of those theories. With this aim, this article analyses the history of this typeface, opinions about it and the context in which it arose, as well as its formal and technical characteristics. The conclusion drawn is that the forms of this font, arising in the late eighteenth century out of a quest informed by rationalism and the Enlightenment, together with incipient industrial systemisation, were central to the functional, theoretical, and historical evolution of Western typography, with its duality of headlines and body text. Hence itsambivalent character (traditional, modern, classical, romantic) and the criticisms later made of it by the reform movement, which in the twentieth century extended its position on book design to the very heart of typographic theory.

Resumen
This paper explores and discusses tools and methodologies associated with the recovery of industrial environments from the perspective of its territorial and urban scope. The analysis focuses on describing the theoretical foundations that define the reality of a specific industrial reality, using the study case of Valdivia. From a perspective that emphasizes the capacities of the cities of intermediate scale as resilient urban environments that support the changes derived from deindustrializing processes, a contemporary recovery tool is contextualized. In the first place, this article presents a framework of global perspective where the industrial and geographical antecedents are pointed out, in order to later define the essential aspects and arguments regarding memory, territory and society. Finally, the challenges and opportunities derived from the contextual approach of the proposed working instrument are explored.

Resumen
The energetic and luminous benefits of solar radiation are some of the factors that best regulate the quality of life in the human habitat, both in private and public spaces. However, this condition has been strongly disrupted in the last decades with the appearance of high-rise buildings —verticalization for this research—, which is a result of a prevailing real estate model and one of the typologies of contemporary gentrification. The present article proposes to install the definition of solar access in the urban discussion, establishing its regulation as a citizen right, and to integrate it properly to a process of urban renewal that reverts the expulsion of original residents. First, the norms in our Chilean legislation regarding the direct or indirect regulation of solar access are analyzed. Then, the case of the Estación Central district is explored from a normative approach of solar access and applied to a highrise building, and complemented through participant observation and interviews with key actors of the neighborhood. As part of the main findings, it is argued that although the accelerated verticalization of Estación Central is a common practice, this situation has not been confronted as a matter of urban development. On one hand, the lack of sunning produced by a high-rise building is not really evaluated as a problem, and on the other, those who are suffering this situation are normally people without defense resources. Finally, recommendations are presented that seek to improve both, the understanding and regulation of solar access, in order to be approached as a proper urban right within the Chilean urban regulations.

Resumen
This article reflects on the presence of architectural spaces in Chilean cinema’s commercial releases over the past 50 years. A paradigmatic group of films from the analyzed period witnesses a process where references to architecture reduce, ceasing to be considered as key features within local fictions. The methodology involved the study of a series of films released under democratic governments, which include two generations of filmmakers, in order to identify variables and categories referred to the architectural elements that are shown. After detecting such parameters, these were used to examine the cinematic narrative of local productions and its relationship with architecture, offering an interpretativeapproach regarding the role played by the elements that shape the vision of architectural spaces within the film’s plot. Thus, the study reveals a gradual process where these architectural traces begin to fade. As Chilean productions’ releases increase since 2000, instead, we can see an atmospheric representation of habitable spheres that are more difficult to identify. In turn, it is possible to read this factor as a symptom of the current urban condition, confirming that thecinematographic art maintains its validity as a denouncer of Chile’s s urban problematics and its social dynamics.

Objectives: To identify the opinion of Family Health Strategy teams about the healthcare regulation process and describe their instruments concerning the informational content and its use by the team. Methods: A descriptive, quantitative study, supported by primary and secondary data sources and held in a small city. A questionnaire was administered to professionals of family health teams in 2012, with content referring to the regulation process in healthcare and completeness characteristics and readability of the information recorded in charts to medical specialties were analyzed. Results: The family health professionals reported uncertainty about the conceptual and operational proposal of the healthcare regulation system. Only 50% of the subjects knew about all the reference specialized services in the healthcare system. About 70% reported the existence of protocols in the network and/or in healthcare facilities. There were problems in the completeness and readability of information in medical charts. Conclusion: The research findings have ratified the close relationship between the healthcare regulatory process and information management, as well as the importance of the participation of family health professionals in the regulation mechanism in healthcare.

Resumen
This article reports the experience of access by Haitian immigrants via academia-service-research integration in primary healthcare as part of the Unifenas - BH ‘Internship on Primary Health Care’. The experience took place in the Primary Healthcare Centre Novo Aarão Reis (CSNAR) via a multifaceted accommodation service for the Haitian immigrant community comprised of: 1) dialogue with the immigrant support center; 2) active search and home visits by one community health agent and two medicine interns, 3) administration of questionnaires; 4) presentation of these research findings to the Haitian immigrant community, CSNAR health professionals, Unifenas - BH academic community, and other interested community members. This process enabled the accommodation of Haitian immigrants at CSNAR and their registration at the Unified Health System; sensitized health professionals to the importance of developing cultural competence and provided an opportunity to exchange knowledge about the Haitian and Brazilian health systems in a comparative perspective.

Resumen
Objective: To assess the accessibility to medical appointments in public health services. Methods: Transversal, analytic, population-based research in a medium-sized city in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The data were collected from a semi structured questionnaire presented to a representative sample of the city, of 2150 people. The statistic treatment considered p<0.05 as the level of significance. Results: 19.4% of the interviewees reported having sought a public health professional/service up to 15 days prior to the interview. Among these cases, 75.6% occurred in the Primary Health Care (PHC). The majority of these seekers were females (p<0.001) and people with no private health insurance (p<0.001). The majority (77.2%) was seen in the first time they sought the public health service. A bigger prevalence of no access could be highlighted when the patient sought the PHC and for treatment/rehabilitation (p<0.05). The use of medical service in that year was reported to be 54.4%, with a higher average for women, adults and people with no private health insurance (p<0.05). Conclusion: It is necessary to think over the public health management and professional conduct to make medical appointments effective. Therefore, adopting welcoming and permanent teaching measures among family health professionals is advised.
