Introduction: During the period of pregnancy and breastfeeding, women experience physiological, psychological, and structural changes; these changes can impact their sexuality. Health professionals should pay special attention to their particular needs and sexual rights. Objective: To understand the perception that nursing students have about sexuality during breastfeeding. Method: This is qualitative, descriptive, and exploratory research. Sixteen nursing students from a public university in the interior of Bahia, Brazil participated in the research. To collect the empirical data, the projective technique of drawing a story about a given theme was used and the result was analyzed using the technique of content analysis. Result: After the analysis, three categories were revealed: dormant sexual feelings and desires due to the attention given to the baby and household chores; sexuality represented by the demonstration of love, support, companionship, dedication, and respect to women during the period of breastfeeding; and sexuality interference permeated by the commitment of the woman's self-image and self-esteem. Conclusion: It is concluded that breastfeeding and sexuality were perceived by nursing students through socially established concepts, experienced or not. Therefore, it is extremely important to approach this topic during the training of health professionals to help them deconstruct those socially ingrained taboos.

Introduction: Self-care is an important strategy for military firefighters to preserve their health in a work activity involving daily insecurity and stress. Objective: To identify military firefighters' perceptions about their work's health repercussions. Methodology:This is qualitative research, conducted in the framework of the Convergent Care Research developed through participant observation, focus groups, workshops, and collective interviews with 34 military firefighters from a battalion located in Southern Brazil. The data obtained were subjected to thematic analysis. Results: There were three final themes: “Strategies for self-care and health promotion for professional firefighters” and “Repercussions of work on self-care”. The analysis of the data from the collective interviews included the theme “Points of convergence: research as a promoter of self-care”. Conclusion: Although participants are aware of the strategies that contribute to their self-care, they also emphasize the negative repercussions that work has had on their health.

Introduction: Birth has experienced changes in the understanding of childbirth as a natural process, making it amenable to interventions, such as those related to shorten the labor time by medication. Objective: to describe the prevalence of the use of drugs, instruments, and protocols in the labor and delivery profile of assistance in a public maternity hospital that nurses low risk pregnancies. Method: This is a cross-sectional, descriptive, exploratory, and quantitative study with population (n=26 health professionals). The sociodemographic characteristics of nurses and doctors who provide direct assistance during childbirth were analyzed in addition to those related to the use of medications, instruments, and protocols. Data were tabulated in the Epiinfo 7.2.2.2 program; then, a descriptive statistical analysis was performed. Results: it was observed that 53.8% are obstetric nurses and 46.2% are obstetricians. Among the interviewees: 65.4% assured that they always or almost always completed the partograph, 61.6% always or almost always applied the Bishop index, 57.7% used medication to induce labor. The prevalence of professionals who stated that there were no childbirth care protocols in the institution totaled 80.8%. Conclusion: the present study was relevant to demonstrate that most professionals did not use drugs for labor induction; they considered the integrity of the membranes before these drugs; and, when induction was needed, there was a higher prevalence of the use of oxytocin in relation to misoprostol in cases with the same conditions of the uterine cervix. Most professionals said that they still use childbirth care protocols although they are not institutional.

Introduction: The process of organ and tissue donation is defined by actions to transform a Potential Donor (PD) into an effective donor and begins with the diagnosis of brain death. Objective: to analyze the clinical and sociodemographic profile of potential organ donors, as well as the factors that influence organ donation. Methods: This is a quantitative, cross-sectional, retrospective, and analytical research carried out in a region of Northeast Brazil by collecting data from 455 medical records of patients with brain death, who were diagnosed using a structured form. Subsequently, descriptive analyzes were carried out and for the associations between the independent and dependent variables, the Pearson's chi-square test was used. Results: The age groups with the highest incidence were between 21 to 40 years old and 41 to 60 years old, with a 33.8 % each, with a predominance of males (64.1%). Regarding the cause of death, traumatic brain injury was the most common with a 36.5% of the sample. From the 83.3% of the family members that were interviewed, 53.5% of them authorized the donation.  Male potential donors constituted the 59.01% of the authorized donations (positive interviews). There was no relationship between the interview results and the age group of the PD.  When correlating the results of family interviews and the cause of death, 40.63% of them were caused by traumatic brain injury and, out of this total, 63.63% had the donation authorized. Conclusion: The most effective donors were young and male whose cause of brain death was traumatic brain injury and whose families allowed the donation.

Introduction: the human body expresses the injuries resulting from psychic workloads by the occupational diseases, mainly in health workers, who are directly linked to the patients. Objective: to analyze the scientific evidence available in the literature about the use of digital resources to promote the mental health of health workers who will be then considered for this study (all who had had direct contact with patients). Method: this is a systematic review protocol that follows the Cochrane manual and that will use the PICOS anagram for Patient, Intervention, Comparator, Outcomes and Study design during the development of the research. The following platforms will be consulted: Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature, Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences, a database produced by the American Psychological Association, Elsevier's database, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (a foundation of Clarivate Analytics). Results: The results will be presented in narrative form, with graphs, tables and charts. Conclusion: the research protocol guarantees the methodological rigor of the review process. In this way, it is expected to find evidence of interventions through digital means that promote the mental health of the worker.

Introduction: The use of antineoplastic chemotherapies acting at the cellular level with the aim of treating malignant neoplasms can lead to the emergence of dermatological toxicity caused by extravasation. This toxicity consists of tissue damage resulting from the infiltration, by intravenous route, of the chemotherapeutic agents to the surrounding tissues, requiring quick and effective professional action to avoid unfavorable outcomes for the patient. Objective: To understand the nurses' perception of care related to extravasation of antineoplastic drugs. Method: This is a descriptive-exploratory field study with a qualitative approach; it was carried out with fifteen nurses who work in the outpatient and adult oncology wards of a philanthropic hospital located in Recife/Pernambuco, Brazil. Data were collected between January and December 2020 through interviews and underwent thematic-category content analysis. Results: Two categories emerged: Preventive Care: from the identification of risk factors to the patient and health team education; and Direct Care: from the identification of the occurrence to the institutional management of the event. Conclusion: It was understood that the nurse's perception highlights the importance of care planning, including immediate intervention, event registration, and patient follow-up after extravasation, to perform specialized care and with greater safety.

The article shows an innovative perspective in a second language teaching through Physical Education´s contents. The main objectives of the present investigation were to know 1) fun-boredom; 2) student´s perception; 3) tactical foundations and 4) language skills from students of grade 1 in CSE (Compulsory Secondary Education). An innovative didactic model was used in PE (Physical Education), developing a DU (Didactic Unit) in PE-CLIL-TGfU (Physical Education in content and language integrated learning and Teaching Games for Understanding) during two months (24 sessions). The hybridization of both models (CLIL and TGfU) involve the teaching of a L2 (second language) using sports´ contents in order to stimulate student´s decision-making. The results indicate that satisfaction increases after implementing the DU regarding students' perception being positive in terms of fun and novelty, observing an improvement in tactical thinking by gender, being higher in the female than male and enhancing linguistic skills (speaking and listening).

The objective of this research is to identify the perceptions that pre-school, Primary and Secondary Education teachers (Universities of Murcia and Valencia, Spain) have about their education and training to teach climate change. Methodologically, a questionnaire has been implemented for teachers in training (n=756) between the 2018-2019 and 2021-2022 courses. The main results obtained indicate that the training received on climate change is reduced at the university stage compared to the school stage. Regarding training, this obtains average values, being one of the demands of the teaching staff to improve said training, the reception of more information and resources. To sum up, there is a need to train future teachers on these contents in higher education to face scientific and rigorous teaching-learning in the school stages.

In the present work, an educational innovation in Physical Education is presented in order to sensitize students about the repercussions on health of a sedentary lifestyle. The experience was based on the hybridization of two pedagogical models (Adventure Education and Health-Related Physical Education) through a Didactic Unit on orientation that was experienced for two groups on the first year of high school. A sedentary activities questionnaire was administered to the students, the results of which served as a starting point for the development of the sessions and an evaluation of the teaching staff, and the innovation experience was also carried out. Results show the high number of hours of sedentary activities spent by adolescents, finding differences according to gender and type of day. Students value very positively the implication of the teachers, as well as the learning acquired from the proposed hybridization model.

Social and emotional learning is a fundamental part of holistic human development. This study analysed the potential of an educational after-school sport programme to generate social and emotional learning in participating schoolchildren, taking as a reference the framework established by the Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning. For this purpose, qualitative research was carried out in which semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with 63 informants. The information obtained was subjected to a content analysis with Atlas.ti software. The results showed that social awareness, relationship skills and responsible decision-making were developed. It was concluded that the programme studied has sufficient potential to generate social and emotional learning, and that this cannot be separated from the individual in his or her training, and that it is necessary for educational after-school sport to have a clear formative approach.
