Resumen
The article critically describes and analyzes the different forms of preventive detention in the Alfredo Etcheberry’s Draft Penal Code for Chile, considering the existing constitutional limitations. It is concluded that only preventive detention for persons prone to crime would be constitutionally legitimate, since it has a purpose in accordance with international treaties (social reintegration) and a foundation compatible with constitutional order (the proven danger of the agent’s reiteration). In addition, it has a post-criminal nature, offers voluntary programs of social reintegration, has a
maximum limited duration and would be subject to periodic review by the courts. The rest of the proposed measures, however, do not appear to be legitimate, in the light of
constitutional limitations.

Experiences of research and implementation of sustainable sanitation systems have been developed in several countries since the 70's. For this, it is necessary that the wastewater generated be treated to levels that do not af-fect the environment to which they are dumped and to achieve a sustainable treatment, it is necessary to carry out a project that addresses the development of a process of biological treatment of waste water with low energy consumption and environmental impact. We present a proposal not yet implemented that integrates knowledge from the basic sciences, advancing to the concepts provided by the Sanitary Engineering, in the last year of the Civil Engineering career. We will work particularly with the students of the last level of the race. From physics we will contribute the study of the physical properties of the samples obtained and the analysis of the behavior of the fluid under study.

Resumen
The force concept is one of the basic concepts around which Classical Mechanics is developed. In teaching and learning processes, the so–called Free Body Diagrams (FBD) are used as a visual representation tool for interactions. From both the analysis of relevant theoretical frameworks and the results of research in science education, the importance of the use of multiple representations to help students to understand concepts and solve problematic situations arises, especially the recognition of the concept of force as a result of an interaction using the so–called Interaction Diagrams (ID) as a pre–step to a proper construction of FBDs.In this work, in order to achieve an adequate conceptualization of the forces acting upon a system, we present a didactic strategy based on problem solving activities of examples designed involving multiplicity of objects, their dispositions and states of motion. In the solving process we recommend the use of IDs.

Energy and its conservation as a structuring axis for the comprehension of electromagnetic phenomena

Resumen
Energy and its conservation law is an articulating concept in physics, and it is present in the teaching of all of its areas, but while in some of them, such as mechanics or thermodynamics, it is presented in an integrated way, in electromagnetism it is presented in a fragmented and incomplete manner. In this paper we propose a didactic sequence for basic university level, which resurfaces the Poynting theorem as an expression of energy’s conservation law in electromagnetism, to account for the energy processes that involve electric circuits as well as interactions between electric and magnetic fields. This sequence has been implemented for several years in a basic electromagnetism course in engineering and answers many authors’ claims that point out the absence of a discussion about the interactions between electromagnetic fields in electric circuits and the energy transfer processes between source and devices.

Resumen
It is proposed to carry out an experimental practice to determine the specific heat of a substance, with simple construction equipment, low cost (less than those equipment manufactured to work in the specific field of the laboratory), viable maintenance because Is nourished by commercial elements of easy acquisition, which is complemented by an instrument of daily use on the part of the student (his cell phone), and that allows the ob-taining of results with sensible improvements in relation to those that are obtained with a equipment and in-strumental Since instantaneous temperature values can be recorded and the uncertainties associated with the measurement process are reasonably lower. It also seeks to increase the process of acquiring new knowledge, by making the student "motivated" by the use of a "familiar" element such as his cell phone, is more likely to develop the proposed activity.

Resumen
The topics of energy, its transformation and the sources of electric power are seldom covered in detail in the syllabi of courses of the first years of secondary school. So as to understand how a hydroelectric power station works, in this proposal we begin by building a power generator, an experience that promotes the posing of questions about its operation and allows the study of electromagnetic induction effects. This proposal was created as the final project in the Teaching Practice Workshop III of the third year of the Physics Teacher degree of the National University of Rosario. In this paper, a modified implementation of the proposal is included.

Resumen
In this project we try to revalue the experimental activities within the classroom being aware that it is very difficult to obtain laboratory material suitable and functioning within each school, either for the costs or maintenance required by this equipment. In this work we present an economical alternative for the development of experimental activities using an interface made with Arduino plates and sensors, which uses a free language. In particular the project used a lux meter, an ultrasonic sensor and a thermocouple. We also add some elements to form a teaching kit where students can cover basic needs for the realization of activities of heat and temperature, light, and movement. The prototype designed allows making changes and incorporating sensors. The interfaces were delivered in different schools in the area of influence of the National University of General Sarmiento with the respective training process for teachers to use.

Resumen
This paper presents a study of the digital, social and cognitive interactions that occur in an introductory physics course of the Bachelor's Degree in Physics when students interact in pairs with a video game of billiards. The objective of the instructional proposal is to apply the knowledge of the physical laws related to the subject "collision", to make predictions and to compare them with the results obtained. The predicted, resulting plays and explanations were recorded in pencil and paper. It were recorded the actions in screen and dialogues between students. The analysis of the dialogues and the actions allowed identifying the arguments about the relation between impulse and momentum. In addition, it was investigated the influence of technology on these processes. A tension between the students’ ideas and the simulation model was identified, through evidences in the modes of negotiation and attribution of meanings.

Resumen
In this paper we present a teaching proposal for the active learning of geometrical optics, intended for second year students of secondary education. It combines ludic, experimental and metacognitive activities; and relates Physics with issues of daily life and other disciplines such as history, astronomy, mathematics, biology, art. All the activities can be achieved with affordable materials of daily use.
