Resumen
This paper presents a general two-scale procedure for the non-linear analysis of structures, taking advantage of hybrid simulation concepts. This proposal considers the coupling and transition between elements of different scales, reducing the degrees of freedom in global analysis by reproducing complex phenomena in local scale models. To manage the interaction of the local models, the hybrid simulation platform, OpenFresco, is proposed for distributing computational work and allowing the interaction between experimental setups and numerical analysis models using different software. The methodology is illustrated through the solution of a linear-elastic system subjected to gravitational and seismic loads, comparing the behavior and analysis time of simplified models, finite element models, and those of the proposed procedure. Finally, to further assess and validate the methodology, the paper presents the pushover analysis of a steel frame, obtaining its capacity curve and showing the tendency of the two-scale method to approximate the results of a refined non-linear finite element model but with a higher computational efficiency.

Resumen
This research, grounded in the Resource-Based View (RBV), investigated the relationship between organizational resources, innovation, and performance in certified soybean seed producing companies. Employing a quantitative, descriptive, and cross-sectional methodology, the study used a survey administered to 30 companies formally registered with the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture. The hypotheses tested explored the influence of resources on innovative capacity and organizational performance. Results indicated that strategic resources shape market-oriented innovative practices, highlighting a demand-pull innovation process. Despite sample limitations, the study provides significant theoretical and practical contributions, suggesting actionable directions for the sector.

Resumen
Managing the collective knowledge of individuals has been a dominant business theme for decades, and numerous organizations have launched knowledge management (KM) or innovation-oriented initiatives. This research builds on prior theoretical work on how an organization’s culture and structure influence its KM programs. A 16-item innovation culture index is developed and tested on a large non-profit organization to provide senior managers with empirical evidence that offers an initial baseline assessment of organizational innovativeness and metrics for evaluating continuous improvement efforts.

Resumen
The main objective of this research is to determine the influence of artificial intelligence on e-commerce consumers' purchasing intentions. In addition, this research studies the mediating role of brand equity and the moderating variable brand credibility, which is still limited to e-commerce studies. We collected data through questionnaires from 216 e-commerce customer respondents. Data were analyzed using a structural equation modeling approach with two stages: measurement and structural models. The research results show that artificial intelligence cannot directly increase purchase intentions. Brand equity's mediating effect is needed to influence purchase intentions positively. Brand credibility also strengthened the relationship between brand equity and consumer purchasing intentions. This research develops an artificial intelligence model that can predict purchase intentions in e-commerce by examining brand equity's influence and credibility. This is an essential contribution to developing AI technology concepts that must constantly be updated, and previous research has yet to focus on the models offered. Providing input for policymakers in e-commerce companies in designing AI services that are more oriented towards increasing brand equity has been proven to increase consumer purchasing intentions.

Resumen
The UTAUT model has been extensively applied in fields like information technology and education, but its application in the agricultural sector, regarding cold chain technology adoption among vegetable producers, remains scarce. Despite its potential to reduce significant post-harvest losses and improve food security, the adoption of CCT remains limited in low-resource agricultural settings. Using data collected from 87 vegetable producers and analyzed through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), the study examines the influence of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions on behavioral intention. Data from 87 vegetable producers who used the technology was collected to test the hypothesized model. The model explained 58.9% of the variance in adoption intention, with performance expectancy (β = 0.491, p ≤ 0.000), social influence (β = 0.211, p ≤ 0.05), and facilitating conditions (β = 0.206, p ≤ 0.05) emerging as significant predictors. The Effort expectancy, while positively perceived, did not show a significant effect, suggesting that ease of use is secondary to perceived utility. The findings underscore the importance of performance-driven messaging, peer influence, and supportive infrastructure in scaling agro-technologies. In conclusion, Vegetable producers indicate willingness to accept, adopt and use the technology; it is recommended that the training on the operation of the technology should be taken into account. This research contributes to the technology adoption literature in agriculture and informs policy and practice aimed at enhancing food system resilience and achieving sustainable development outcomes.

Resumen
Digital transformation is an essential part of the fourth industrial revolution, also known as Industry 4.0. With the COVID-19 pandemic, the process of adopting digital transformation has accelerated and is booming among companies of different sizes, sectors and regions around the world. In Brazil, 90% of MSMEs are at the initial level of digital maturity, which contrasts with the reality in developed European countries such as Denmark, Finland, Belgium, Malta and the Netherlands, where digital maturity is higher and largely results in the development of employees' digital skills and competencies through specific training for the development of online products and services. The study is relevant because it expands the empirical understanding of the effects of digitalization and the managerial characteristics of the ICT area of companies in a developing country like Brazil. For the academic sector, the research contributes by providing empirical evidence on the impact of digitalization on MSMEs, offering new perspectives for future research. In the business context, managers can use this information to formulate more effective digitalization strategies, adapted to the specific needs of their organizations.

Resumen
The study of artificial intelligence (AI) in educational processes has generated growing interest in the academic community. In this context, innovations are being developed in public and private organizations that have installed the need for professionals who demonstrate AI-related competencies. This work aims to analyze the self-efficacy of AI according to the sociodemographic characteristics of business students in Chile. The methodology used is exploratory in nature. Exploratory factor analysis was applied and significant differences were examined. The results show differences according to sex, occupation, family income and territory. In relation to these findings, it is suggested to include AI tools in educational innovations related to the training of business students. Finally, the implementation of new approaches that contribute to the implementation of innovations that facilitate the installation of AI competencies in students of Higher Education Institutions in Chile is recommended.

Resumen
This study investigates how the human characteristics of chatbots, such as warmth and competence, impact customer experience in the banking sector of Lima, Peru. Given the increasing adoption of artificial intelligence in the financial sector, this analysis is warranted by the need to understand its influence on user satisfaction and loyalty. Through a non-experimental quantitative methodology and virtual surveys, we evaluated whether the personalization and social presence of chatbots enhance user perception, particularly among younger generations. The findings reveal that, while users value these characteristics, neutral responses persist, indicating a lack of emotional connection in certain cases. This underscores the importance of optimizing chatbot implementation to maintain competitiveness in the digital age. This study highlights the relevance of tailoring AI solutions to customer expectations to foster a more positive and personalized experience. During the course of this study, we found no similar research conducted within the Peruvian market designed to measure the impact of relevant variables on consumer experience in the banking sector when interacting with a chatbot.

Implications of Technology Use for Entrepreneurial Intent in the Context of Mexican Higher Education
Ortiz Gonzalez, David Josue; Machucho Cadena, Ruben
Facultad de Economía y Negocios, Universidad Alberto Hurtado
Resumen
This study investigates how the use of educational, communicative, and recreational technologies influences the entrepreneurial intention of 371 university students in Mexico, employing a quantitative approach. A non probability sampling method was applied, and multiple linear regression analysis was conducted following a factor analysis to validate the instruments. The results indicate that educational and recreational use has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial intention, while communicative use was not significant. It is concluded that integrating digital technologies and recreational activities into education can foster creativity and entrepreneurial innovation. However, longitudinal studies are suggested to generalize these findings across different contexts.
